I appreciated it having English & Spanish descriptions. There were two of us, two menus they brought, and only one water. Had to ask for the 2nd one after we realized it really wasn't coming. They bring you chips & salsa. That salsa is good but it is spicy! Proceed with caution & ensure beverage readily available. We got a bean & cheese papusa just to try. It was decent. I actually don't remember if it had cheese i'd order again with different filling. I enjoyed my chicken quesadillas. They were stuffed with meat and the side portion of rice and beans was large and good. The cheese to meat ratio wasn't right for a quesadilla - some ate more like a soft taco than quesadilla) but my arteries are probably in a better place with less cheese. The beans could benefit from a tad of flavor. I was supposed to get pico but believe we may have had a communication issue as my Mom asked for no pico (on hers). Not a biggie though. My Mom enjoyed the nachos. Chips are different than what we're used to. We were both disappointed in the consistency, taste & flavor of the guacamole. It was not good, seemed to come from a tube, near revolting. The prices are a little on the high end. We both brought half our meals home so not so bad when divided out that way. Unfortunately I'm not fluent in spanish so there was a minor language barrier but all the staff were smiling, welcoming, and we did well enough! I would like to go back to try more.

I tried the Pupusa plate and the whole fish plate. I took it To-Go. The pupusa's were cooked just right crispy on the outside and not doughy on the inside like some places. The sides was delicious too. The fish was crispy on the outside and quite tender to my surprise. If you want to try the fish right now they run a special on Fridays. Walking it the indoors dinning area is a little small but they make the best use of their space by adding a bar seating along the window. There is also several cute colorful tables for outside seating. At first I just went in for tacos and ordered my go-to breakfast potato, egg, cheese taco. Then after I ordered and paid I started looking around and saw they had a brunch breakfast and they had menudo in their buffet. So I asked if I could order menudo to go since I didn't have time to stay for the brunch in house. The ladies taking the orders are nice and the buffet looks amazing, I'll have to come back and try it out. I did feel like they took a little while to get my to-go order out. It would have been faster for me to eat in house. They brought my order out and good thing I looked at my order upon getting to my car because I noticed they had forgotten to give me the breakfast taco I had ordered first. They were pretty nice about it and I appreciated their apologetic and positive attitude about it and bringing it out as quickly as possible. So now, the first bite of my taco...OMG DELICIOUS! the tortillas are fresh and home made (made sense why it took a little longer) and it was piping hot! Also, the potatoes tasted fresh and not frozen, which makes a huge difference! The salsa was also very flavorful with the right amount of kick and I just wanted to drink it! I still haven't taken my first bite of the menudo but I'll come back and update the review once I do. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and the tacos...I'll be back again to try their brunch buffet and write a review on that...you should join me in checking them out! Edit...had to add that fifth star after tasting their menudo!!! WOW! So flavorful and every bite just kept me coming in for more! I will definitely be adding them on my go to places for menudo and tacos! Delicious! ...at every bite!
