It didn't look like a lot of stuff but there was a TON of food packed in. At least 6 beef dishes plus pork and chicken items. All with the original names in Spanish. Wow they were delicious. The chicken mole was my favorite. They had pozole, menudo. A LOT of sauces and salads and they tasted homemade to me, pickled onions-just tons of condiment type things. But wait-theres more. Then the breakfast dishes-eggs with every meat you can imagine and my husband said they were fantastic. I think the flour tortillas were homemade but whatever, they were good. But wait-still more!! You can order from a special menu that had waffles, pancakes, quesadillas (with steak!) enchiladas Rojas and verdi, and a couple of more things. It was just overwhelming. Real Mexican food! Good Mexican food. And it was hot! Most buffets can't seem to get this goin but they need to invest in these beautiful clay things (chafers?) I highly recommend this place.
