The restaurant itself is always clean and orderly. And the staff is always friendly and efficient. My favorite go-tos are the Queso Blanco and the Chicken Fajitas. The Queso is second to none. The Chicken Fajitas always have a nice wood grilled flavor to them that is sure to please you! A few times I have made it to dessert, but not very often. My favorite dessert herebis the churros. The third course was the entree course, consisting of a number of grilled steaks, poultry, and pasta dishes. The chicken was a bit salty for my tastes but the pasta and the steaks were competently prepared. Lastly, the fourth course was a delightful dessert consisting of flan, chocolate mousse, and a passion fruit mousse. The passion fruit mousse was especially good, but I think each of the desserts worked well to balance each other out. I would like to see dessert with some more variety of texture. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing open tables available while we were still left waiting without any explanation or acknowledgment. We ultimately felt ignored and unwelcome. We were looking forward to enjoying the Latin food at Gloria's, but the lack of basic customer service completely overshadowed the experience. Hopefully management can address this with the staff, because guests should at least be acknowledged and given an explanation if there is a wait or seating issue.
