Hands down, the best pupusas ever! Let's also celebrate how they're dirt cheap at only $1!! We weren't initially greeted so we just sat down at a table that already had menu and then someone came to serve to us. I didn't hear our waitress speak a lick of English, which is not ideal, but thankfully, the boyfriend speaks Spanish. I could probably get by with coming alone and just pointing at things on the menu. Lol. If you don't know what to get - chicharron con queso pupusas! I've never written a review before and I'm so sad that the first one I'm writing is a negative one. Recently we started coming here after a couple of years of not doing so. The food was amazing, and the service we received on our first trip back was exceptional. Because of this we decided to go back on 4/10/22 and we completely regret our decision. This time around service was terrible. As soon as we sat down the vibe was off. Our server looked as if she was annoyed that we even sat down to order. She then proceeded to rudely ask us for our order, and walked away. We then noticed that she did not bring us the complimentary chips they usually give, we only realized because we saw other people being given chips. When we asked her about It she said she just forgot and then proceeded to not bring them to the table. We had to ask another server who was equally as rude for them. After that she brought our food to our table and didn't completely bring out our order until we reminded her. Then we never saw her again the rest of the time we were there. Other tables were also having terrible experiences, one tables server spent 20 minutes flirting with a table of construction workers and telling them her life story instead of checking on her other tables. Once she brought out their food It was cold. It also seemed everyone was just in the back of house chatting the day away instead of paying attention to their patrons. I want to believe this may have just been a bad day for the restaurant or something, but honestly I don't think we'll be going back after this experience. read more

This hole in the wall place serves great food with very large portions. The price is way too low for the quality of the food. I bought food for two of us and the portions could have fed 4 people all for less than $20. The pupusas were freshly made and really tasty. Would definitely recommend. read more

The husband and I were looking some seafood to eat very late at night while waiting for our boys to be finished with practice out in Irving. We pulled up this spot and took a chance. My only complaint would be the wait. It's best to call in and order your food ahead of time to pick up.. Or eat in. We had the calabaza/queso pupusas with the camarones a la plancha. Lots of flavor! When u order ur food by phone to eat there they will tell u in 30 min is ready ... we get there in 30 min the take 20 min to go ask u for ur drinks we let them know we order by phone .. and she still says give me. Few more min the food was cold when she brought it out she never came back to the table to see if everything was ok .. will never come back ... very very very bad service read more
