La Hechizera Tortas was an incredible experience. This restaurant hits all the marks. I had the Torta Cubana & it was simply amazing. The fresh ingredients were cooked & prepared perfectly. The sauces were divine. In terms of service, stelar is the best description. The staff were helpful & very courteous. The restaurant was impeccably organized, and superbly cleaned. Do yourself a favor & visit soon !!! And my deep appreciation to the kitchen for an outstanding meal ...

Torta conessuier here so when I see a restaurant dedicated to them I have to go. Delicious. Initally i thought it was a little pricey but sandwich huge. Could really split it for two. Great bun and fillings.

Tlacoyo: hard, cold, old tasting, flavorless at $13.00 not worth it

Very clean, nice staff, but they're way overpriced!!! Food isn't good, I purchased the Tlacoyo and it was dried, hard, and flavorless, had a cup of coffee and a tamarind water to go $22.00. I inquired about the menudo, $19.00 a to go bowl. While there I saw 4 couples leave the rest after looking at the prices. We have excellent Mexican Restaurants in Mansfield with great reputations and exquisite food where a bowl of menudo with "pata" and all the trimmings will run us $9.00 while a Tlacoyo $7.00 One Star is for cleanliness the other for the front of the restaurant staff.

He made sure our water was filled, food was pleasing, cocktails were made to perfection, and our needs were met. He was super friendly and interjected just enough of himself to make it a great night for us. I ordered the pollo con champiñónes. They were absolutely delicious! It was served up similar to how fajitas traditionally are served, on a hot plate, along with onions, peppers, pico, and cheese. The roasted jalapeño was an added touch. Nice! It came with beans and rice, but I opted for double beans. The beans were flavored good enough, with cheese on top. The table was served with chips and salsa. While the chips were just alright, the salsa was flavorful but not too spicy. Jorge made up our piña coladas and they were SO SO good! They serve the TRADITIONAL ones with crème de coco, rum, and pineapple juice, like what we get in Mexico! No premix in a machine, but the real deal. Super! The ambiance was adorable, not fancy, but very traditional Mexican decor. You can go dressed nicely or casual and feel comfortable here. Try them and enjoy!

They were stuffed with tender meat and were not excessively greasy. They come with onion and cilantro and three different salsas. Kind of embarrassed to say I ate it all but I couldn't help it. Service was friendly although they gave my plate to the person next to me, they went back and brought me my food fairly quickly. The horchata was also very good.

It's easily our favorite place for anything birria. From the birria pizza to the tacos, everything is incredible. The service is great, and the Chicano art painted throughout the restaurant gives the whole place such a cool, authentic vibe. We always share the combo because you get a little bit of everything, and trust me, it will definitely fill you up. Seriously, get it. I can't believe that I've never before visited Mariano's Hacienda Ranch. I've been missing out on some great Tex-Mex! I knew I was going to have a great meal when I got out of the car and smelled the Mesquite smoke from the grill that Mariano's uses. The food was awesome and delicious. My Margarita was tasty, with a very generous pour of Tequila. The two salsas, traditional and warm chipotle, were fresh, with vibrant flavors of tomatoes, chilies, onions, cilantro. The guacamole was the perfect combination of avacado, lime, salt, cilantro, and onion. Our queso came with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Picadillo ground beef. My lovely Wife had 3 Shrimp en Brochette with a Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada. She was overjoyed with her flavorful Mariano's Hacienda Ranch Tex-Mex dinner! I was so very happy with my delicious Beef Fajitas (they used tender outside skirt steak) with onions and peppers, all grilled over Mesquite coals. The flavors of Mesquite permeated my fajitas with smoky, sweet goodness, while the marinated meat was grilled perfectly over high heat, to yield juicy, seared, melt-in-your-mouth, beef flavor. Service was friendly and professional. Our meal was relatively inexpensive, offering great value for the high quality of the very tasty Tex-Mex cuisine. I have a new favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Arlington/North Texas. I offer my highest recommendation of Mariano's Hacienda Ranch in Arlington, Texas, at Hwy 360 & Majesty Drive. I can't wait to go back (especially for the Mesquite grilled Tex-Mex meals).

Everything starts with the fire-roasted salsa. That stuff is ridiculous. I'd pour it over a 2x4 and eat it. Smoky, fresh, and addictive. I have to stop myself from filling up on chips before the food arrives. The fajitas are the star of the show. Tender, flavorful, and consistently excellent every single time. This is one of those places where you don't need to study the menu. Just order the fajitas and thank me later. The service is always good too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps everything moving without hovering over your table. If Mariano's ever changes their fajita recipe, I'm prepared to testify before Congress. Until then, this place gets an easy five stars from me.
