We were excited to try this place as they had a fun and unique menu for both food and drink. We arrived at 11am on a Saturday and were told the wait was about 25 minutes for inside and immediate for outside. The weather was beautiful so we opted for outside. We looked at the menu and were able to order our food as soon as our waitress Bri came to us. Our food and drinks came at the same time and it was QUICK! We were impressed. I haven't been here since they first opened, and I would have to say it did get a little better. There's not really a lot of places for a good and decent brunch other than in the city (Dallas). I decided to give 360 brunch another try, and like I said it was decent. They definitely condensed their menu a bit because when I first went it was a whole BOOKLET! I ordered the biscuit and gravy and it was what you expect, the biscuits were soft and buttery, I just wish there was more for the price if that makes sense. I went and ordered the country fried steak, which came with fried potatoes and 2 eggs cooked your way and chose to have them over medium. We also ordered the seol omelet, which had BBQ pulled pork packed into an omelet with onions and tomatoes with BBQ sauce drizzled on top. It also came with a thinly sliced baguette. The country fried steak was looking lovely, and the gravy was creamy but appeared premade from a can. The steak tasted great but was on the chewy side. The fried potatoes were piping hot and as crispy as could be and deep-fried golden to perfection. My only downfall with the potatoes were that they were pre made and I felt for a place like this they should be using more fresh products instead of pre-made because of the environment they set with the interior design and ambiance. The Seoul omelet tasted great, and I enjoyed putting the pulled pork egg duo on top of my baguette. Overall, 360 Brunch House was an A-OK in my eyes, but with just a little tweak and peaks, I feel they can become much better by using fresh products instead of pre made frozen items. The whole reason I used the waitlist is because I was pressed for time to make a flight. Ridiculous. Don't offer a waitlist online if you are not going to use it. So things to know if you go when it is busy, we went on Sunday after church. You can make a reservation or get on the wait list ahead of time, and if you don't make a reservation, they will not seat you until your whole party is there. There is plenty of parking in this shopping center. It has a cute atmosphere. They have bar seating, outside seating, and corn hole you can play while you wait. They also have decent seating in the "lobby" while you wait. When we got seated, our waiter came to our table immediately and answered all of our questions. I ordered the Baja chicken bowl, it was very tasty, and it was a good portion size. My daughter got chocolate chip pancakes and a side of bacon. My daughter killed the pancakes, but her bacon was cooked so hard it looked like charcoal. My husband got chicken and waffles. Update : September 2023 I won't return here. Calvin, the manager, is the reason for the review going down from a 4 start to a 2. It was his frugality. I ordered a "twisted sangria" which was advertised as "fresh fruit, peach juice, and champagne" It was terrible, had muddled fruit and fruit "debris" that looked like seaweed or bug wings floating around it. Every sip I took, I swallowed fruit chunks. I asked the waiter could I exchange it and he went to get "Calvin," the manager. I asked Calvin could my drink be exchanged for the mojito, which was not the absolute best (liquor-content wise), but better than what I currently had. He gave me a run around answer, and I had to get him back on track: "so for clarity, you're telling me no I cannot exchange this drink." He tried to give me a run around answer again, but at this point I was tired of talking about it. He finally said no, and explained in so many words that since that's THEIR recipe for the Sangria, and it was no fault of theirs, that I would have to pay, regardless of if I drink it or not. I asked him to remove it from the table. He said he won't remove it from my tab. Irritably, I told him I don't care about that, and that I just asked for him to move it off the table because I did not want to drink it. There must have been some language barrier there, because at the end he asked if I wanted him to remove it. YES!!! This will be a $12 lesson for the business, because I won't be returning. It's not just him as the reason either. The food is mid, and the service is tier 2 mid. I may just be one person, but they lost future business with me, my guest (who did no like her food. Chicken unseasoned. $20 flaming whiskey pancakes MID) and whoever else decides to read my review and want to visit another place that doesn't rely solely on aesthetics to secure patrons.
