The service here was decent, and our server was very attentive throughout our visit. However, when it comes to cleanliness, I feel like there is definitely room for improvement. Unfortunately, the food also wasn't quite on par with other locations I've visited. The atmosphere is essentially that of a packed restaurant, with the staff doing their best to keep up with the crowd. First time at this location and well, the wait can be long, so make sure before heading there, to join the waiting list. I joined 20 min prior to arriving and still waited another 15 min or so, while people who didn't join had to wait 30-45 min. My boyfriend got the chili chorizo omelette and it was pretty good. He also got the mimosa, which was on the pricy side compared to other places we've been to. I got the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy with eggs, which I had before. Still one of my go-tos. Yes, the other First Watch (very 1st) was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida back in June of this year. I didn't catch our great servers name but she was trying to be on it. I ordered a single pancake due to the fact that they are large. Chicken chimichangas with potatoes & onions. Sissy, ordered a Belgian waffle with crispy bacon and eggs. I definitely recommend to put yourself on the waitlist which I did 30 mins prior to my arrival. By the time I arrived they sent me a text that my table was ready. Once we left there was a line and wait, so it's probably wise to get there early. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy with eggs, my husband ordered an omelette plate, and we ordered a pancake to try them out. The biscuits and gravy was exceptionally delicious, but the potatoes are very bland. My husband said the omelette was okay but also kind of bland. Neither of us were crazy about the potatoes. The pancake we ordered was very dry. We doused it in syrup but it just wasn't great and didn't finish it. Our friend ordered the million dollar potatoes, they were okay. I wouldn't pay extra for the cheese and bacon on them though. However the juice drinks are really good!! That Morning Meditation is chefs kiss!! Love a good juice drink! Easy parking and pretty big location. I decided to sit at the bar since it was just me and the wait was 20-30 minutes for a table. I've been to a few of these locations so happened to be in the area and decided to try this one. It was a little loud but they have plenty of space for seating whether you're eating or waiting. Plenty of windows for outdoor lighting so that was nice. Now on to the stars of the show... Purple haze (drink): 10/10 this drink hits every time. We went with the intention of having a nice girls brunch on 4/1/26 At approximately 12pm. A young man at the table adjacent to us started to choke and his mother was performing the Heimlich maneuver which resulted in the young man vomiting on and around their table; not only did any of the staff offer any assistance or even ask if they were ok, the family moved their own unaffected meals to another table to continue their meal. Other patrons were the only people to ask after their well being. It is inexcusable that no staff member or manager came to offer even a napkin or a glass of water; it was disgraceful. This is our go-to spot for breakfast, the food quality is consistent. The avocado toast pairs nicely with the chicken sausage patties. There is a dish called "healthy turkey" which is very low calorie and taste isn't compromised. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. If you don't have a large party and you don't feel like waiting for a table, the bar is a good option to be seated right away. We've never had to wait long to have someone greet us and bring drinks. It took a little while for the wait staff to make his way to our table, but we were in no rush, so problem. I can't believe this is our first visit in the THREE years they've been open! In my defense, this location opened during COVID, and I've heard the wait can get pretty long. But on a weekday morning, in that sweet spot made for brunch (11am), we were immediately seated in a booth, with plenty of open tables around us. The interior was spacious, but still cozy, like Chip & Joanna Gaines had a hand in decorating and furnishing. Everything was above and beyond. Service was great, from hostess to waitress. The quality and quantity of food will explain the higher-than-average prices. When my Superfruit Bowl came out, I was bummed by how little pudding was under all the fresh fruits, but add in the granola, almonds, and a thick side of toast, and my kids had to help me finish. The enclosed entrance is a must in TX to maintain the indoor temperature; these also help keep the smell of sewage on the outside. If the Gaines had a say, they'd probably lose the umbrellas in favor of sturdier shade to give the tiny patio a little more space. The garage doors DO roll up in the encased room, which is very useful, but again, it's Texas; there WILL be wind. Regardless of that, I'm already planning what to eat on my next visit to First Watch! read more

I had a long black hair entangled throughout my food. I sent it back and they brought me it back but this time my eggs were barely cooked that when I touched the eggs with my fork it shot yolk out all over my clothes. I tried calling the management while waiting on hold for 10 minutes, to then be put on hold again and then hung up on. I waited a few minutes and tried calling back but they wouldn't answer the phone at this time. I didn't raise my voice I tried handling like an adult but in my opinion the female manager is a CHILD!! I had to go back to hotel and wash my clothes so that I could continue the days meetings and hopefully get the yolk out of them without ruining them. I would not recommend this location!! Could use a little more flavor. The biscuit with gravy & roasted potatoes were FLAVORFUL! I'm not a big fan of biscuit & gravy, but I really like this plate, except the bland scrambled eggs. First of all i must say that the space is huge and it is well utilized. There is a small patio on the backside that basically faces the road. Just the glass encased seating allows the space to be more open and brighter. Food menu is quite overwhelming at first but then you realize that it has everything that a brunch place should have. Omelettes, bread, pancake,waffles, biscuits, muffins etc etc. Its same for drinks. The menu has options of fresh juice which is nit freshly squeezed I believe so but tastes good. I had kale , apple juice and my sister had a cold coffee . I just hope they even had my cappuccino but only regular coffee is available. Service was good. Our stomachs were happy. read more

This was a to go order for several people. It was not up to par. Good: turkey egg white omelette and scrambled eggs with sausage; million dollar bacon. Bad: waffle and Floridian French Toast (fresh fruit on top). The French toast was a HUGE let down. The bread was barely dipped in egg mixture and tasted like plain bread, and no powdered sugar. They weren't even that busy so I don't understand if they forgot about us or didn't care to provide good hospitality, regardless we ended up leaving and ended up at the Arlington location (which is so much better by the way!) They have a pretty good seasonal menu that changes so theres always something new to try. It is very crowded and busy, so you should expect a wait and service isnt always the best. Be careful not to leave during your wait because you will lose your table (they only wait 2 minutes before giving it away). Otherwise food is good and its got a good brunch house vibe. read more

My only complaint would be that the last time we were there, my son's pancake tasted like cornbread. I'm not sure if they accidentally mixed up the batter or if it's a new/revised recipe or what.
