Super burger/sandwich place with a huge menu and lots and lots of choices. The restaurant is located right across from the hospital and medical center. My wife and I were finishing up a medical appointment and our tummies were growling. We'd been talking about stopping for burgers when we saw Hideout Burgers. I checked out the reviews and said let's give it a try. We were not disappointed when our burgers arrived. The owners are so gracious and friendly. They checked with us several times to see if there was anything else we needed. My wife is a traditionalist. She likes her fries and a regular ole burger, nothing fancy at all. She loved the fries, and her burger was perfect. I love a good chili cheeseburger and onion rings. Oh my, when I took the first bite, I was in heaven. I had a very happy tummy. The onion rings were over the top. The rings were tender and had the perfect amount of breading. We'll definitely stop in the next time we're in the area. Large menu with many types of burgers & fried sides but also chicken, steak fingers, turkey (burger, club, melt), chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steaks & a couple salads. They also have ice cream & malts. Burgers are 1/2 lb and appear to be handmade! You order at counter and they give you a number to take to your table. We went around 1130am during the week. Easy parking in front of store. There were about 4 tables already eating and people picking up to-go orders. Appeared to be several regulars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered, grabbed our drinks and table, had time to wash our hands then the food was being delivered as soon as we got back to the table! We enjoyed our CHEESEBURGER (I get dry) and MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER! We wanted to try different sides so we each got a 1/2 order of a side. Now that we know the burgers are 1/2lb, we will probably split burger next time. The FRIED MUSHROOMS were great! I enjoyed the light batter. Probably met my max sodium intake for the day by the time I was done. The SWEET POTATO FRIES with sea salt were also great! They offered us sea salt, cajun, or cinnamon sugar as the seasonings! I was excited to try this new burger place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When it came time to get our drinks, a chunk of mold came out of the soda dispenser. The staff member was very kind and immediately offered us canned sodas, which I appreciated. However, seeing mold come out of the drink machine made me question the overall cleanliness standards of the restaurant. The burger itself was about a 6/10 -not terrible, but nothing that really stood out. Customer service was great, but the issue with the drink dispenser overshadowed the entire experience. Went In Monday evening, was not crowded I ordered the chicken strips basket and my son ordered the ghost burger! My son said it was probably the best burger he ever had! The chicken strips were hot and delicious and they give you 5 of them with a side of fries which were also amazing! Nothing spectacular about the inside just a clean burger joint. But the taste of the burger makes up for the ambiance. I have to say this is the best burger I've had in awhile. Disappointed by the Experience, Not the Food I've been a fan of this restaurant and have enjoyed the food on prior visits, but unfortunately, today's experience left a sour taste before I even got my order. I placed an order through DoorDash (since they don't have a direct online ordering system) and arrived just a few minutes early for pickup. Upon walking in, I was approached by a woman who I believe may be the owner. I told her I was picking up an order for "Mac, spelled M-A-K-K." Rather than clarify whether I was a customer or a delivery driver, she immediately assumed I was with DoorDash and walked off mid-conversation. When she returned, I attempted to show her my phone to clarify I was the actual customer, not a third-party driver. She acknowledged the order was still being prepared and quickly moved on to another customer. A few moments later, while I was quietly waiting--out of the way--she told me, "Sir, you can just have a seat right there," in a tone that felt dismissive and borderline patronizing. The entire exchange made me feel like I was being processed, not served. I wasn't rude, nor was I obstructing anything, yet I was addressed in a way that felt more like a burden than a welcomed guest. This isn't how you treat loyal, paying customers--especially not those who've visited before and enjoyed their experience. Sadly, as much as I like the food here, I don't know that I'll return. There's a way to hustle in a busy kitchen and still treat every customer--delivery driver or not--with dignity and clarity. That was missing today. read more

Had a burger craving today and this place really satisfied it!! I had the Green Chili burger with cheese and it was delicious, comes with Chipotle sauce which is tangy but not too spicy. My partner had Bacon cheeseburger and he loved it, also he ordered a ghost sauce dip on the side which was very tasty and decently spicy. First, I was greated at the counter promptly and my order was taken and repeated back to me. I liked that method, no room for errors. My MS burger arrived at my table steaming hot. My tots were golden crisp on the outside and hot and tender on the inside. The MS burger was much larger than I was expecting. Definitely a two hander to eat. The patty was thick too. Mushrooms and jalapeños were grilled together then top with Swiss cheese on top the patty to make a gooey goodness. The beef patty itself did not seem to be seasoned. My mom and I ended up here after leaving The Porch restaurant next door. It wasn't representative of what was advertised and it was stinky and dirty so we tried Hide OuT Burgers. I wasn't sure if we sat down to order or go up to the counter but I figured it out pretty fast. You order at the counter and then sit down and they bring it out to you.
