Nice that they have a kids menu! Kids cheeseburger is a decent size they give option for same toppings as regular menu burgers. Nice amount of homemade fries with the burger. It just loses a point because the bun is way too large for this 1/4 lb burger. Service is pleasant and attentive. Ambiance is clean, basic, I guess I'd eat in their sitting area if I had no where else to go. Always prefer to support our local mom n pops instead of fast food and chains. Let me start by saying this place feels really familiar. I had a craving for a turkey burger and cajun fries. My favorites spot was a bit further than I wanted to drive. The food was good and the service was pretty quick. Cons: the grilled onions were huge. I'm talking the size of onion rings. It wouldn't have been a deal breaker if they were all grilled. The Cajun fries are Awesome! And they are real potatoes!! The bacon cheeseburger was great. It's a pretty sizable burger. It comes with grilled onions instead of the nasty raw ones. I will definitely be back to try the wings and get more fries! Whatever type of bun they use it's really soft. I paid $14 for a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. read more

This was the best burger I have ever had. It was seasoned to perfection, juicy and flavorful. I ordered the blue cheese burger all the way and fries. The service was good as well, she delivers the burger to the table and the napkin holder because you're gonna need it. There wasn't really anybody in there and it was clean. This place has the best burgers around...and I've tried almost every burger in the area. Not only is the owner incredibly nice, but the food is so good. The burgers are cooked perfectly, the buns are delicious, and the fries are so tasty. The only suggestion I would make is to order the bun off the burger unless you're going to eat it immediately, because the juice from the burger will make it soggy if you wait too long. read more

Simply Awesome! I use to eat at the 360/Green Oaks location all the time and this place is identical! It's just a great crafted burger! I love the whole FRESH jalapeño sliced on a burger. I've been to 2 of their locations and always clean and well staffed - each burger is cooked fresh - so expect a 10-12 minute wait. I can see why this place has been around for some time now. The burger was fresh and juicy.It's just a good old-fashioned burger like people used to make.There is plenty of seasoned meat. Not some thin piece of meat that hides between two buns. The cajun fries were crispy and spiced just right. The service was what I expected from a small business. Burger (bleu cheese) was juicy and good. Great gilled onions on it. Cajun fries were a little bit softer than I would like. I took him home and put them in the air fryer. My only regret is that I've lived in this area for years and have never tired the best burger ever! While we were waiting on our food, the people buy us got theirs and the smell was amazinggg and it made me ever more excited for our food! The portions are huge, the burger is so juicy and fresh, the bread was very tasty as well. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a real long time. The service was great! The lady who took our order was very friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. The restaurant itself is nice and quiet. Mannnn I fools with Simply Burgers. First off, let me say that walking in total his restaurant it smelled clean. Really clean. I loved that, especially now that COVID has drop kicked everybody and their mamas. As I ordered I also noticed how clean the kitchen appeared to be. It mad me feel really confident and safe in ordering out during this unsettling times. As for the customer service, it was great. I mean this restaurant is a burger joint so I didn't expect much. I still appreciated being warmly greeted and treated nice during my visit here. The food here is your basic burger...ya know...the kind that you got from the corner store when you were a kid. Mansfield is possibly the best burger city in Dallas with Jake's, Rick's, Steven's, Hideout, JJ's, Moyahh and Patties and Myrtle's are right there and this place. I got a mushroom burger and chili cheese fries, I also tried the avocado burger and liked it. The cheese fries were a good amount for the price and good. I have been to this place several times and each time, everything was delicious. I have to admit that I am comparing this to In and Out but this place has more of a "gourmet burger". I definitely liked it more than Shake Shack in Austin. They start with a 1/2 pound patty with a higher percentage of fat. Of course, this makes the burger juicier. They do make burgers "made to order" so you have to patient and wait for your burger to be made. Their fries are crisp and fresh as well. I even enjoyed their Grilled Chicken Salad. I think they have a great price point as well. I would definitely recommend eating at the restaurant versus taking the food home. The juicy patties might make the bread soggy if you wait too long. Ordered a burger to go, fast, friendly, and good food. I treated myself to cheese fries, I appreciated how for a to go order they put the cheese in a separate container. Other places they put their cheese on the fries and they are soggy when you get back to work or home if you picked up your food. The fries alone were excellent! Also, good quality cheese. Like real cheese, not that off yellow weird tasting stuff if you know what I mean. The bun on the burger was GREAT. That's one of the main reasons I decided to try it out, love it when they are toasted. The burger itself was pretty good. Good size and ratio of burger to bun. Truly one of the best burgers we've ever had. My sister and her husband have a tradition with my husband and me. We go every month to eat burgers together. And my daughter ordered a kids meal hamburger with sweet potato fries . Let's get into this black bean burger ! It's huge just a FYI.. the onions were cooked to perfection, the lettuce was nice and fresh ( not welted) not to much mustard and not to much Mayo! This was a perfect burger !!! I don't see how anyone can like this place. I ordered a burger with fries. Simple! Very hard to go wrong with a burger and fries. However my burger was extremely salty! I even tried to remove some salt with a napkin but it will still salty. My fries looked like they were soaked in grease but not crispy ( also very salty). The worst place I have ever eaten at. Even though it was smaller than expected, I thought the amount of meat in the burger was good and the burger had good flavor. I also liked the sauce options. There are a few different sauces near the fountain drinks that you can grab for your meal. If I had a younger child or if this was closer to home this would definitely be in our regular rotation. Nice place for the kids to play, good food for everyone to eat.

Two beef patties with hickory sauce and melted cheese, lettuce, red onion, chipotle mayo, topped with two slices of beautiful chicken fried bacon. He let me have a bite of the bacon. It's crazy good. My burger came, the Bacon Bleu Burger with Bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a creamy bleu cheese dressing with crumbles. I had ordered extra pickles on the side and I received four but I absolutely love them so I asked for four more right away. I think it's sacrilege to just put whole intact slices of onion on anything without separating the rings, so I had to "operate" before I could eat. I also asked for a plain bun. Disappointed by the Experience, Not the Food I've been a fan of this restaurant and have enjoyed the food on prior visits, but unfortunately, today's experience left a sour taste before I even got my order. I placed an order through DoorDash (since they don't have a direct online ordering system) and arrived just a few minutes early for pickup. Upon walking in, I was approached by a woman who I believe may be the owner. I told her I was picking up an order for "Mac, spelled M-A-K-K." Rather than clarify whether I was a customer or a delivery driver, she immediately assumed I was with DoorDash and walked off mid-conversation. When she returned, I attempted to show her my phone to clarify I was the actual customer, not a third-party driver. She acknowledged the order was still being prepared and quickly moved on to another customer. A few moments later, while I was quietly waiting--out of the way--she told me, "Sir, you can just have a seat right there," in a tone that felt dismissive and borderline patronizing. The entire exchange made me feel like I was being processed, not served. I wasn't rude, nor was I obstructing anything, yet I was addressed in a way that felt more like a burden than a welcomed guest. This isn't how you treat loyal, paying customers--especially not those who've visited before and enjoyed their experience. Sadly, as much as I like the food here, I don't know that I'll return. There's a way to hustle in a busy kitchen and still treat every customer--delivery driver or not--with dignity and clarity. That was missing today. read more
