I usually have a good experience at this sonic which is why it was kind of messed up that they would mess with my food this badly. I came to this sonic while getting off my work shift after working a double and this was on the way home. I ordered 1 large popcorn chicken and 1 breakfast bacon toaster. If you look at the photos they filled up 3/4 of my popcorn chicken up with tater tots and filled the top out with actual chicken so I couldn't tell until after I started eating. For my bacon egg and cheese toaster there's literal bacon bits on my sandwich which seems like what would be the crumbs of what was left of a larger batch. They gave me the end piece of the bread both of which were stale. Overall I feel ripped off, and kind of hurt because after a long day you sometimes just don't want to cook. Genuinely feel robbed of my money, and just don't understand how you could do that to another person intentionally. I would assume it was just luck of the draw if it was just the bread and bacon issue but deliberately filling up half of the chicken with tater tots is low. Even letting me know there wasn't enough would have been fine but this was intentional. This location gone downhill terribly. I leave a tip on the app, and the service is disgusting from most of the employees. They don't even say "hello" or "is this for"... I recently ordered an iced coffee, it tasted sour ( spoiled milk ) went through the drive thru and was told "hmmm no way it's spoiled everything's fresh" ... fun fact now 2 days later I have food poisoning. The service here is horrible. I ordered ahead for 4 drinks. Even left a tip on the order. Drove up to the location and stopped by the drive thru intercom and no one said nothing. I gave it a few minutes and said hello? No one response. After a few try I thought their speaker was broken. I drove to the drive thru and the lady told me I had to order at the intercom. I informed her on what had happened and she said we'll we are busy servicing other people with a very nasty attitude. I told her I have just four soft drinks and it's already been ordered. She told me to go back through the line. Like wtf. I canceled my order. Mind you I ordered from Sonic app at least once a week from various locations. I've never had this experience anywhere. I love sonic for their slushes, nobody makes anything that comes even close. The other must have is their homemade onion rings sliced and breaded in-house (no other fast food restaurant does that) they take pride in their onion rings. The service today was great. Good job guys and girls. Besides from being an avid Yelper I worked the kitchen of Sonic 30 years ago as a high school student. Those leaving this sad negative comments never worked this hard. Went to this Sonic this afternoon and ordered Honey BBQ wings, Totchos and a drink. Brought it straight home, 1.1 miles. The wings weren't even warm. This what I got for Totchos and I crumbled the bacon, it was just laying on there. It would have been cheaper, and probably better, to have ordered tots with a side of bacon! But what tickets me off the most?!?!?! Where's the zesty cheese sauce I paid $3.49 for??? Then! On top of that, they don't have straws long enough for the Rt 44 drinks. Drinks were sticky (it's all I ordered). The drinks were given to me, then the server stated my card didn't go through. I showed the server on my phone where it was charged and the server wanted to take my phone. I offered to press the button to clear up the confusion but the server wouldn't resolve the issue until I gave the drinks back. I handed the drinks back and waited additional time for the server to return stating that "yes, you have paid". I spoke with the manager who was rude and didn't listen to my issue. I would talk about one thing and he would talk about another. One of my poorest customer service experiences in the metroplex. read more

This sonic has got to be one of the most chaotic I have ever seen. I come to this sonic because it's the closest one to the house and easy to get to and get out of. However I have learned it doesn't matter what time of the day or night that you come the service is always slow. I came in last night to grab a shake for my sweet tooth. I pulled into the drive thru because I have learned you wait longer if you pull into one of their car stalls to order. I sit in front of the speaker for a good 3 minutes before someone finally spoke through the speaker to ask me to wait a few minutes they would be with me. (Hadn't I already done that already) she came back on the speaker and took my shake order....just one medium shake y'all....she told me my total and I pulled around to see two cars were in front of me. So I was thinking my shake is going to be melted and liquidy by the time I wait through this mess. One car leaves....the next car leaves....my turn yay!! They haven't even made the shake. The little teenage boy at the drive thru tried to hand me a coney and tots. I told him I had a coconut creme pie shake. Oh okay.... The he shut the window. Many minutes later they handed off my shake. I looked behind me and there were six cars behind me. I imagine the coney and tots for one of those cars was cold...., can't imagine if i had ordered a meal. This sonic because of its location could make some good money but the management and service would need an overhaul first. My shake tasted more like vanilla...didn't have a real coconut flavor like they normally do but they were in a hurry. Nothing like waiting around 10 minutes for a hastily made not so great tasting shake! Thanks sonic! read more

This sonic has improved within the recent months. I actually go on a semi-regular basis again. They have one dollar large drinks before 11 so some days when I have early lunch, I'll go get one along with some food. read more

Sonic has been around for a long time. I think they get complacent witch effects the customer service.

just flew in from Seattle. needed a 9pm snack after all day in airports and airplanes. Hands down, the worst burger and fries I have ever tasted. am pretty sure the fries were left over from the day before yesterday. the double cheeseburger had less flavor than wonder bread. 0 flavor in the tomato. at least the dill pickles reminded me of dill. read more
