I came back on early Saturday evening after a nice cooling rain. It was pleasantly not crowded. I got a couple of empanadas from one truck and a couple of smash burgers from another. Both items were delicious. When I go back, I want to try something from the hibachi grill. I got an Oakcliff smashburger and my son enjoyed a Dallas. We loved our burgers. You could tell they were made fresh with chunks of avocado and bacon for me! The empanadas were good if a bit small. The dough pocket could have been premade, so I'll have to try something else from that food truck. That's the beauty and draw of a food truck park as pi your able to try have what you want and still eat together! I hope people come out and give this place a try. So I ordered a dozen of queso tamales and think we had 5 out of the the dozen that had cheese "queso". I would not rate these tamales or the birria in the top tier of what Fort Worth has to offer.
