However, I will say that the fries I had on my previous visit were even better. They reminded me of Popeyes' Cajun fries, but with a flavor I enjoyed more. The fries I received this time were still good, but those first fries were easily five-star worthy on their own. Staff are friendly and give service with a smile. However, it is clear that they are understaffed. The three employees there were constantly on the move yet still everyone before me, myself, and after me got their food late during my visit. The lady behind the counter had to apologize to each customer for lateness, but this is more of an operations management issue than employee-related ones. They serve Coca Cola products at Williams Chicken, but there was no ice in the soda machine.
