Chicken was good. It was pretty moist but I've had Pollo with more flavor. What i didnt like. Way too much mayo on the coleslaw. Great flavor, but i could not eat it because of the amount of mayo. Beans were too spicy for husband who likes spicy beans. I realize they just opened and may need to make some adjustments based on their clientele. I'll give them a month and try again. I could used a good roasted chicken place around here. Also, I ordered dark meat and they gave me breast meat. They need to learn what a thigh and half breast look like. read more

Food's great but we always have issues with getting their signature dressing. We've had to ask several times for them and there are occasions where even with all the reminders we didn't get them. We do not ask for additional sauces, just the ones for the order. read more

Don't go to this location unless it's your last resort Slow service . Took them 12 mins just to come to the front to take my order . They kept saying " I'll be with you shortly " I've been here 3 times and it's always the same . This was our first visit. We went over the past weekend during their grand reopening celebration (complete with very noisy DJ). The place is small, but it wasn't overly packed when we arrived so we found a table right away. We used a buy one get one free coupon that we'd gotten in the mail, but the bad thing was we then had to have the same meal - Since I had to have the salad, we each chose the chicken salad (mine was grilled, hubs had crispy). The wait for the two salads was pretty lengthy. Not sure what the hold up was, maybe it was because of the celebration, but there were certainly plenty of people working. When the salads finally came out, we were pleasantly surprised. They were larger than expected and tasty. I'd say the amount of chicken was on par with most other fast food places. We each received just one tiny dressing packet, which wasn't nearly enough for the salad. While it was good, I'm not sure it was worth the 7.99 they charge for their salads. The great thing was they were raffling off meals and other swag that day and we won some free meal coupons. Yes, we'll be back for the free meals, but I'm not sure if I'd be willing to pay the 7.99 per salad otherwise. Nice, friendly staff though :) read more

I just went to this location again after 4 months of last coming here... we had left with a horrible experience both times!!! Theirs no way I go back to get my food again because they had offered to give me a personal meal when the first time I had gone with my whole family. But today I go in around 2:30, the manager at the time today 9/28/2022 was lovely and nice , she honored the message I had gotten from I guess so supervisor. But when I recieved the food today I got 2 extra pieces out of their nice employees. When I got home I look at the food and they gave me two small ass pieces out of their 'generosity'. read more

Really decent chicken. I mean as far as fast food Latin chicken is concerned. I cannot really get down with their sides. Last time I was there I tried the corn salad and the tomatoes in the salad were frozen. The roll tastes very generic like something you'd buy at Walmart on sale. I won't be getting that again. They do offer tortillas so perhaps I'll try that next time. Like another reviewer mentioned just buy the chicken then get everything else somewhere else or just go home and cook some sides. One of the best Chicken Places in Irving if not the best. The quality of the food is much better than KFC and Church's put together. Even their white meat is extra juicy. I recommend the Empanadillas which are similar to a puff pastry chicken turnover. And for the price they're even better. The Camperitos are the best Nuggets you can try right next to Cane's and Chick-fil-A. The Yuca Fritas are a must. If you want a great combo, get a bucket of chicken here and the fried rice at Pho Empire on Beltline next to Tomb Thumb. You'll thank me later. Enjoy! read more

Ordered the 2 piece breast and wing with Campero beans and corn tortillas. I tried ordering baked but they said they only had fried. The flavor was excellent. A nice spice to the crispy juicy chicken. The Campero beans were awesome! I ordered dine in and it was served on real plates with metal silverware, not a paper boat. They are always "out" of grilled chicken. I have been here about a dozen times over the past year or 2 and it's 50/50; which is funny because they'll have window clings and marquee sign out front advertising it. Always a different excuse ("we didn't make any", "didn't get shipment of some ingredient", "machine being worked on", etc.). I love the grilled chicken but until they get their act together I don't know why I would drive there when I could drive somewhere else. Had the chicken nuggets and french fries. The chicken nuggets are super fresh, and I love that you can tell that it was from one chicken, not a mesh of others. The french fries are amazing! I have to admit that I was given some coupons for a free 2 piece meal since my work orders company lunches pretty often from here. I have been here 3 times now and I LOVE LOVE LOVE their chicken! It's so delicious and hot and fresh and just a fresh take on chicken compared to KFC and Churches. As I mentioned, I LOVE the food but the customer service can be a bit. . . frustrating. Each of the 3 times I was here I asked for the 2 piece meal with a breast and thigh and EACH time my order was wrong and so each time I had to point it out and wait another 5 minutes.
