This is one of my places that I go to to get a quesadilla which are fabulous and I also have the free chips that's in Bend for the chips is in the dining room it was empty so a customer sticks his hand in and starts eating the crumbs inappropriate disgusting so I told the ladies in the back but one of the ladies proceed to pour chips in anyways and that makes me wonder how clean the restaurant in itself or the employees how kind they really are so I'm sure going to find another Pollo regio to go to or another place that serves quesadillas read more

My mom and I love pollo regio in general but this location is the last place on earth to try! I look up the website and see they accept online orders. I click checkout and an error pops up saying "something went wrong. Unable to accept online orders". Okai. So I called and a guy answers and I ask him if I can place an order for pick up. He rudely responds with an attitude and says "online orders only for curbside. Try again". So I try again and the same errors pops up. I'm tech savvy so I know the error is from their end of their website. I called again and they didn't answer my call.
