i love bojangles but this was my first time at the euless location and i will never go back. we were the first people to step into the dining room, but it took exactly 33 minutes to get our order at a FAST FOOD restaurant. by the time i actually sat down to eat after multiple trips to the front to ask for the missing items of forks, sauces, drinks, and biscuits, it was 38 minutes past the time we had ordered. people who came in after us were waiting at the front register for a while before the worker even came to the front to let them know the screen was broken and that they have to order on the self kiosk. it was freezing inside enough so that a few people decided to wait outside. everyone else waiting inside looked annoyed and cold. the food was still the same quality but i've never had to wait so long for fast food. walked in at 9:00, didn't eat till 9:45. the few minutes further drive to the bedford location is definitely worth it! read more

I am truly impressed by Bojangles. The Bo-berry milkshake is hands down one of the best shakes I've had in a long time. The Bo's chicken sandwich was hot, juicy, and tender. At first glance, I wasn't sure if the chicken would lack flavor. When I order from fast food, I select spicy chicken sandwiches. I can't describe it, but Bojangles' chicken was delicious with whatever seasoning was added. The Bo's fries were like Popeye's crispy Cajun fries but better. I purchased 2 dipping sauces that weren't needed. I haven't tried the peach honey pepper yet. The Bo special sauce is like salad dressing. I would only order it with a salad. I enjoyed the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich. It was an extra charge to replace the regular biscuit with the Bo-berry. The inside and outside of the restaurant were clean. It is not 24 hours. Either change what you advertise, or pay a wage that attracts more night shift workers. I attempted going here 3 times between 12am and 3am and nobody was there. The gravy is awful. Do not order. Even the workers will advise you not to order. The chicken and biscuits are okay. Love me some Bojangles, but this place is not really Bojangles in my mind. They only serve tenders and sandwiches. I needed some real Bojangles chicken. They were nice and made me and the other only other customers scalding hot chicken tenders. It was drawing closer to closing, I think. But they just don't have the punch of the real thing. Very good. Glad to see them expand to our area. I've only had them once in a great while traveling outside the state. Nice to have the new choice. This particular location is super clean, still has that newness. It appears we just happened to show up when corporate was paying a visit so they were on all hands on deck, so it was especially good today. The service people are extra nice. At the end of the day, it's fast food chicken, but very good, southern style, comes off like the Carolinas to me. There's a neat viewing window to see them prepping the chicken, reminds me of old memories of Shakey's when you could watch 'em tossing the pizza. It's a nice touch to show you how clean and tidy the food area is. The food was great, the chicken strips style of batter reminds me of like that lumpy chicken fried steak style, a little spice worked in, VERY filling. I got 4 piece but I could have easily done with just 3. What I am most impressed with is the buscuits, which taste great and are "the real size", not those little bottlecap-sized crap most places get away with. I really like them! This is the furthest-west outpost in the US and A of the legendary chain from Charlotte. Having any connection with Charlotte makes me instantly fond of the person, place, or thing. So I was more than a little surprised as I was driving from the airport in the D side of DFW into the FW side of DFW and saw a sign for Bojangles off of the highway going the wrong way back into the D side. This seemed way too far west for a Bojangles chain, just like when the first In and Out opened in Texas this felt way too far east for it to come, at first, but then I learned how much Anthony Bourdain loved In and Out and I felt a lot better about that situation. I mentally bookmarked this Bojangles location for a later day I was going to be wearing my Charlotte FC t-shirt, since that would be the anointed day. The anointed day came later after a rope drop morning at Six Flags where about half of the thrill rides were broken down and it was well past 100 degrees out so there was no reason to stay out in the heat and sun any longer. By the time I rolled up at Bojangles the drive-through lanes (they have two, which is s-m-r-t!) were empty, but the store was busier with walk-ins. Since I had my air conditioning and Joshua Bassett's The Golden Years going in the car I decided to utilise the sensible modernist drive-through rather than parking, walking in, waiting, and walking out to a hot car. Since the drive-through was empty the voice on the speakerbox instantly hit me the second I crossed the threshold of the drive-through vicinity. That is good service for their drive-through team to be that on top of service even when it is not busy or at peak rush. I needed a minute to review the "limited" menu that others have referenced in their reviews, as this is not the full menu you get in Charlotte or at other places more traditionally considered to be Bojangles-country in the deep fried south. Once I had my order ready the sentient speakerbox was ready to take it and I pulled around to the first window. The young lady was pleasant and efficient. Then I rolled up to the second window. The young man handing me the order was very pleasant and wanted me to enjoy my order. Since I was staying in a hotel I had to bother him to ask for a fork or some type of plastic implement to eat the mac and cheese with. Without an attitude he went to go get me a spork and delivered with a smile. I don't know much about Euless, but this is the good, friendly/neighbourly service you would expect out of one of the Charlotte locations. In exchange for $12.65 I acquired some chicken strips, a honey mustard dipping sauce, a biscuit, a side of Country Mac's famous mac and cheese, and a vanilla milkshake. A review of the Euless Bojangles in four acts today. Chicken strips - perfectly breaded, moist chicken, but WAY too heavy on the spices. You could tell this was Tejas and not North Carolina. This was way too heavy of a hand on spices. We wanted chicken, not torture. Tone it down on the spice level por favor. Honey mustard dipping sauce - it has high fructose corn syrup so this is really not worth spending much time on, it is not real food and if you care about that sort of thing you are definitely not in your underpants reading my reviews about fried chicken joints in DFW right now. Biscuit - they are known for their biscuits. I am not a bread person but I did admire the sturdy, sensible build of this biscuit. Mac and cheese - now we are talking. Slightly salty, sensual, flavourful, this is the moment right here. Best side that Bojangles makes in this or any other state. Vanilla milkshake - I drink your milkshake!! Far and away the highlight of the meal. This is how you make a milkshake. You can taste the vanilla. It is cold, tasty, and absolutely decadent. I would drive back here from Fort Worth just for the milkshake. After I sweated out a lot of body weight on the Titan earlier in the day it only made sense to replace those electrolytes from fast food and nothing else. The line was too long at In and Out for that shake, so Bojangles came in clutch and on the anointed day to pair Charlotte's own fried chicken magick (now available in Euless) with my Charlotte FC shirt. read more

Man, I don't know what happened to this place, but they don't know which end is up anymore. I waited for TWENTY MINUTES in the drive-through for two chicken sandwiches with sides and a four tender combo. And they still forgot one of the sides. When I went to ask about it, I saw the drive-through employee on their phone. They don't even take your order in the drive-through. It's an automated order assistant. It glitched while I was placing my order so I had to circle the building and do it a second time. I waited over 30 minutes to get food that I didn't even order. When I got there, a lady was already complaining that she was there for 20 minutes and still hadn't gotten her order. I should have taken that as an omen of things to come. How are you a chicken spot, and run out of chicken, Mac and cheese, and dirty rice at the same time. I told them that I was on my way to the airport, and now I was running late because they were taking so long. You would've thought that would have put a little more pep in their step, but not really. Actually, I take that back... there was this one guy that was on his first day at the job, and he tried to speed it up. But he wasn't ready to work the front counter on a holiday on his first day. I ended up telling them to just give me what they had ready and I'll just leave with that. So they broke apart someone else's order that hadn't come in to pick it up yet. Shout out to Bridget!! She made this visit 4 stars! Super friendly and accommodating, and I saw her being that way with all the customers she interacted with. Maybe I came on a good day, seeing as how quite a few people have had issues with the customer service here. I came around 11a and it was a little busy, but my order was immediately taken. I ordered the chicken sandwich with an order of fries and side of buffalo sauce. Everything was fresh and delicious. The chicken sandwich was really good, there was a nice sized chicken filet and very crispy. The fries are just ok, but they were fresh. This chicken taste similar to Popeye's to me, just mildly saltier. I've also had the chicken breakfast biscuit which was way better than Chik Fil A, the biscuit was buttery and fresh, chicken well seasoned. This place went from 5 stars to 2 stars in just a couple of months. The first time I went, I was blown away by how good my sandwich was. Everything was super good, fresh and hot, and even the pickles seemed different, as if they were homemade or something. The second time I went it was maybe 4 stars, if that and I had to wait about 20 minutes in the parking lot. Tonight, the chicken sandwich wasn't even warm and the pickles were regular dill pickles, which I don't like because they give me reflux. Not what I paid $7 for. I'm not rounding up from $6.81, either because I was only given back 3 dollar bills. Is it hit or miss? Not sure, first time coming here it was excellent. The food was good, nicely flavored all the sides came out hot and ready, good service but very inattentive. Tenders were delicious. Crispy and moist. Downside is you have to pay for sauces which sucks. You only get one sauce and then have to pay extra if u need more. 2nd time went here food was not as good, maybe cause it was night time compared to afternoon? Chicken tasted stale and old, like old oil. But better service, they actually let you know you can substitute the biscuit for boo biscuits for like 50 cents. I came here for a second time. I like bojangles but I still don't understand why the Texas locations only have tenders. That kills me inside but luckily their tenders are actually good. But STILL... we want the fried chicken on the menu please. However, I ordered the three piece combo with dirty rice and ranch. I like their dirty rice. Its simple and not overly seasoned but still a good flavor. The tenders were good per usual. I like that they have a seasoning unlike some others. I also tried the peach cobbler. The peach cobbler wasn't bad in flavor. I prefer a regular crust instead of the biscuit, but it was still pretty good. I think next time ill get the blueberry biscuits for dessert. The lemonade is really good too. Not too sweet and not too tart. It was just right. Service was great and the lady at the drive thru was really sweet and nice. I ate the food in my car and had a good lil lunch just vibing out. I hope to see some locations open up on the far north side of dallas soon instead of all in the same area like they are. Went to this place last night to order food for my GF and saw a guy scratching his head and handling food at the same time. I ask to get my order remade and the girl at the window starting laughing and got upset! I ask to speak to a manager and then the same girl threatened to come outside with some of her co workers to fight me. I ask the manager to handle it and he in no clue knew what to do! I ask him several times if my card got charge and he told me it didn't. But it did, Brian and Alex are refusing to give me my money back. Either I went at the right time or the previous reviews haven't been right. I had been waiting for a Bojangles to come to Texas for YEARS. It was always a stop for me when I was in North Carolina. So I was extremely excited see this one open. I tried to go during the opening week but the lines were extremely long. This week I finally was able to stop by on a weekday during lunch hours. There was a little line but it moved very quickly. When you pull in there are people standing outside with a menu and are prepared to take your order. The only problem with this method is there on the paper menu they give you there are not any prices. Once you order you still wait in the line to pay. it seems a little counterproductive to just place the order and still wait in line to pay and then wait in line more to get your food. I see they are trying to do things the way Chick-fil-a does it but the execution isn't there yet. I ordered the 3piece tender combo with jalapeño ranch for the sauce. I got the Mac and cheese for a side and lemonade for the drink. I also added a small fry and 2 bo-berry biscuits. When I got home everything was still hot and fresh. The tenders were delicious and had a nice spice. They didn't ask if I wanted milk or spicy so I assume they only come one way. My biggest complaint about the food was that the fries were EXTREMELY over seasoned/salted. With every bite I could feel my cholesterol rising so I only ate a few. The Mac and cheese was fine. I'm not sure why a lot of the previous reviews were bad, this place is SO good! I didn't get a picture of any of our 5 meals because my family ripped into them and devoured them before I could get a chance. So many things to compliment about the food: 1. The chicken tenders are HUGE! The 2 tenders in the kids meals here are probably enough for 2 small kids to share. 2. The sauces are BOMB! We tried Buffalo, Creamy Jalapeño and the Peach Honey Pepper. 3. Everything is seasoned and seasoned WELL. The fries, chicken and Mac are so full of flavor. I tried two dipping sauces. Honey mussssssssstarrrrrrd (Iykyk) & jalapeno ranch. They can discontinue the jalapeno ranch. It didn't taste anything like the title suggested. Coleslaw: C: It has potential. It was a tad bit on the dry side. Some additional slaw dressing was needed. Tea/lemonade mixture: B: The lemon is freshly squeezed in-house. We had heard that this was must-try.. but honestly thought little of this place since most chains who serve chicken all end up the same. But this chicken is absolutely delicious and truly has evidence of their brining process. Yall, this chicken is tender, flavorful, and has a perfect crunch you would want from a good fry. The fries are seasoned with their "famous" blend and are a great complement to the chicken. Macaroni tastes like your grandma made it with love. We tried out their honey mustard and peach honey pepper sauce. The honey mustard is creamy and great for dipping while the honey pepper sauce has a little bite to it! The most surprising part of my order was the last minute decision to add on the dessert biscuits... these are TO DIE FOR!! They look like biscuits, but they're so much more... get them! To top off this delicious visit, they have a badass running their front of house who takes care of you like your her bestie. I already knew that I wanted the 3-piece meal with two legs and one thigh, because this is what the website for this location was showing. The person said sorry; we do not sell bones in chicken. We only sell boneless chicken. My spouse and I ordered the 3-piece meal with fries, and I also ordered the same but with mac and cheese. I drove back home, and this chicken had too much salt, and the fries even more. The mac and cheese was okay, and the biscuit was very good and not dry at all. The chicken tenders were juicy and crunchy, the Bo's sauce was flavorful, the biscuit was fluffy on the top and throughout the layers until you got to the bottom then it had a perfect crunch and the Bo Berry biscuit was delicious but very sweet and I could only eat half.
