Review is specifically for the current online ordering / to-go experience. In the past, I've always either called and placed an order with their very efficient (ex) bartender, Homero or went directly to the bar and placed my order, paid and had him bring it out to me. All happening in one location. At times he'd even offer me a drink while I waited. When calling got no answer, I decided to order online, only to find the prices listed for online orders were higher than the menu prices. So I figured I'd just go there and order at the bar like in the past. Got a confused, "deer in the headlights" look from the new bartender who told me to go order up front at the host stand. The person staffing the host stand was having trouble keeping up and I had to wait a very long time to place my order. Partially due to everytime she took an order she had to walk clear across the restaurant back to the bar area to get the check for the individual to sign. Or she was walking back there to get food orders. I guarantee you she gets her 10,000 steps in every day. After I finally paid and ordered, I informed her I'd be sitting in a nearby booth waiting for my order. She never brought me my order even though she walked by me many times bringing orders to others who were waiting. I finally asked another person and they found my order sitting on a table near the host stand. No clue how long it had been sitting there. Not having any confidence in their abilities at this point, I verified on the attached receipt that my order was correct. It was!!! YES!!! But when I got home and opened the bag, my order was wrong! Ugh! The restaurant remodel and new menus are nice, but I guess at the expense of efficiencies in ordering. Was so easy and accurate with Homero--he'd verify the contents were correct before giving the order to me. At this point I doubt I'd ever return. At least not for a to-go order.

Stuffed Bell Peppers: delicious. Green beans: yummy. Red Beans& Rice: classic. Pork Chops: super thin and tasty. Cajun Rice: ok. Ice Tea: weak. Service: not bad, never could tell which of the five (or was it six?) folks service the whole time was the actual waiter for the table.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Hit the spot after a long day of seminars. Mixed just right and a good price.

Really only giving 2 stars due to the friendliness from the front desk person. My order was for a pick up order. The fries were honestly indelible. I picked it up myself and started eating it once I got in the car. With that being said it didn't make sense why the fries tasted so bad. They were lukewarm and had absolutely no flavor or texture. The shrimp po'boy was a huge disappointment & I felt like I was practically forcing myself to finish it, due to Joe hungry I was. It was bland & just overall not a good sandwich. Unfortunately I will not be back again.

Sadly, the food here is not nearly as good as it used to be. The last time I ordered I requested a refund. I haven't been back.

Ordered the shrimp and crawfish fried rice and a beer, and damn it the spot. Lots of shrimp and crawfish, good flavor, and a decent sized portion. Raul served us on Friday and again on Saturday night when we decided to return. My dad got the beans and rice and loved it, couldn't finish his portion. I enjoyed the Cajun pasta, again, a healthy amount of shrimp and a nice kick to it. Raul was quick to serve us and we got meals quickly. Personable guy too. Enjoyed the experience.

So I am thankful this places closes at 2:30AM!!! I ordered the Combo #2, market price was only $42.99, which came with snowcrab, 2 lbs of crawfish, sausage, potato, corn. That was a pretty good price for a Californian! The crawfish were okay, the sausage was really juicy and I enjoyed. The snow crab smelled like ammonia ong. I didn't expect much but they should really get on that. The sauce was brown and gritty and soo dang salty! This place was 10 minutes from DFW and open late so I got what I got. Strawberry Daiquiri was basically a strawberry syrup slush mocktail. The restaurant was connected to a food court it appears, and is pretty old and casual. The storage freezers were next to the dining tables. Would never come back for sure, but my server was really nice! I was about to order chocolate cake and homegirl advised me not to LOL!

So good!! The mild house sauce is delicious and not spicy enough to leave a tingle in your mouth,…read morebut full of flavor. The shrimp and snow crab legs were our favorites. The lobster tail was a bit tough and overcooked, which is a waste. Mussels were good too. Garlic noodles were not our favorite. Corn and potatoes are good, but they're a bit stingy about it only giving you one of each. When your seafood boil is $70+, you should get more than one of each. The flavors linger in your mouth for a bit. It lingered for almost 2 days for me, but would definitely return!

Unfortunately, the service was questionable. Our server had difficulty communicating in English, which led to a costly misunderstanding. When we ordered crab, she never asked what type of crab we wanted and instead assumed king crab, which is significantly more expensive than other options. As a result, our bill was much higher than expected. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill without it being mentioned to us beforehand. While restaurants may choose to add gratuity in certain situations, customers should be clearly informed so there are no surprises. My advice: enjoy the food, but be very specific when ordering. Confirm exactly what type of crab you're getting, verify the pricing, and check your bill carefully. Also remember that gratuity should be clearly communicated and not assumed. Better communication would have made this a much better overall experience.I'd rate it 2.5 out of 5 stars. Great food, but the service and communication issues took away from the experience.

I am so happy I stopped in for lunch today! I'm visiting from out of town and was craving some…read morecrawfish and this place satisfied my craving! I got the cajun crawfish fondue was so creamy and yummy. The flavor was great, not greasy or broken, no heat, and generous crawfish tails in it. This was my favorite! Then I had the crawfish etouffee. Again lots of crawfish tails in a well-seasoned sauce on dirty rice. Cooked well, no heat and not overly salty. Not the best I've ever had but it was good. I wish the sauce was just a bit thicker. Dessert was a zydeco dancer. This was not what I expected. The "cheesecake" part was thin and creamy not very cakey. Strawberries were a bit watery but the topping was good. This could be easily tweaked to provide a bit of texture variety to make it great as the flavors were great. Service was excellent. Chris (female) was super sweet and friendly. She checked on me often and made sure my drink was full. It was nice to have a smiling and attentive server for my meal. Overall this place is great and I would visit again and recommend!

Slow, poor service for mediocre food. How dreadful? Don't recommend…read more A group of friends and I (five of us total) came to Razzoo's for lunch at 1:30pm on Sunday (3/2). While our waitress was nice, our service was extremely slow and she never apologize for the blatant delay in getting anything. I asked for a straw for my water and it took 20 minutes to get that (not joking!). I asked for a cocktail and it took 30 minutes to get it! She even came to the table to ask us if we wanted anything, while we were waiting on our appetizers to come and I was waiting for my cocktail! All I could say was "yes, my drink." Her response to that was "it shouldn't take much longer." Ten minutes later, it arrived. I was annoyed! Another friend asked for a beer and he never got his drink. Never. Like it didn't come. And this was never acknowledged by anyone. No apology. No follow up. Nothing. Another friend has a glutten allergy, and nothing on the special "glutten free menu" was actually glutten free! My friend seriously looked up the ingredients on everything from the list and all of it had glutten in it. She asked for a manager to discuss this, and came over. She ended up getting a salad and they spend over an hour to identify a glutten free dressing they had, which she ended up just having ranch. It was not good service. The food took over an hour to arrive. Again, I'm not exaggerating. It arrived lukewarm and nothing really to write home about. The chicken wings were weird to me but not bad. They tasted like they were cooked in old kitchen grease and then some Cajun seasoning was thrown on them. THE OYSTERS WERE TERRIBLE!!!! They were tiny, and didn't taste like anything to write home about. Disappointing to say the least. After the meal ended, the manager came to our table to thank us for coming in, but all of us were so outdone but didn't feel it was worth saying anything because what difference did it make at that point. We were all finished eating, and she didn't ask us about our experience so we didn't kick her while she was down, but this experience was awful. Nothing was comped and nothing was taken off the bill. There was only like 3 people waiting tables in the whole restaurant, which had about 25-35 people present. It wasn't enough to provide good quality service. I can understand if you're short-staffed, but an apology or acknowledgement about that goes a long way, and that wasn't done. Waiting 15-20 minutes to receive a straw is unacceptable. Waiting 25-30 minutes for a signature cocktail on YOUR menu is unacceptable. Waiting over 40 minutes for appetizers and over an hour for food is unacceptable. And above all, all of this going with no acknowledgement from staff is dreadful. I won't be back.
