Five Stars across the board! Texas centric from atmosphere to cuisine. Took a customer for business lunch and both of us were impressed with the experience. Met at front desk by well trained greeters who immediately entered my name and phone number into the cue system. Less than 3 minutes later my name was called by America . She asked our preference in seating and escorted us to the table. She introduced us to our servers Edgar and Sarah. I can't say enough about the care and meticulous service the provided. One of the best teams I have ever had. Chef Jorge Rivera provided us with his outstanding queso and chips . Wow what a start! We each ordered Fajitas, One chicken only One combination beef and chicken. Every morsel was savory. Looking around at the food being served to nearby tables confirmed that a return visit was definitely in order. I highly recommend this all Texas unique dining restaurant. When in Las Colinas, make sure to stop here. The bar is huge and well stocked. See you there!

The Ranch is consistently good- I've been a few times and never had a dish I'd classify as less than amazing. Friends and family are always impressed with the food and atmosphere. The steak is cooked and seasoned to perfection; and paired with the tallow fries? *chef's kiss* Recently I tried out to the drinks and was blown away with the selection- Michael recommended the perfect tequila for my ranch water, which wound up being the best one I've had. Finish any meal with their chipotle chocolate cake and you'll never be happier leaving a restaurant

The Ranch does it again!!! I dined here for brunch for the first time, and it was nothing short of amazing! We received the BEST service and sat on the patio in the shade, enjoying the beautiful weather. We had the blueberry biscuits with lemon sauce--when I tell you it was so good, I've never had anything like it! It was warm, buttery, and fluffy, and the lemon sauce took it to the next level. We also participated in the $30 Cowgirl Dinner for Women's History. You get a martini, Caesar salad, fries, and steak! Everything was seasoned to perfection, and we topped it off with mimosas. I can't wait to dine there again!

Nice place. I stopped at The Ranch restaurant in Irving on a Tuesday night, and the entire place was packed, which was definitely unexpected. The space is beautiful, and the service was truly attentive. Their double cheeseburger is exceptionally good, and the bread is super tasty. Overall, it's a fun atmosphere, and I look forward to returning. Five stars.

Food was delicious, nothing was wrong with anything! The drinks are strong which is amazing. Service was quick, very professional. Felt like a fancy barn. Crowd is bougie so if you're not dressed decent you will feel so lol. Not California expensive but close. 2 steaks, 4 margaritas, 2 sides came out to $230

Party of 7, big order--Cowboy Feast, ribeye, drinks, desserts--the works. Food and vibe were amazing. Had a little accident with steak drippings, but the service was next level. GM came by, offered dry cleaning, and treated us to a dessert tray. That's how you do hospitality.

Saw an ad for The Cowgirl Dinner so I rounded up 5 of us to have a Girls Night Out. Food was delicious and each of our steaks cooked to the correct temperature. Victoria was one of the best servers I've had: friendly, attentive and our glasses never went dry. Angel was good assisting during busy dinner hour. We sat on The Porch which is my favorite area as it's a bit brighter and just the right atmosphere for GNO. And I can't end the review without mentioning the phenomenal dessert platter! We were all full but found room for a few bites each of the deliciousness. My favorites were the decadent chocolate cake and dessert filled empanadas. So glad The Ranch's ad caught my attention and made me remember why I need to add them back into rotation.

Came here famished & exhausted from an early flight. Good thing it was a Thursday around 3-ish that we were here so we did not have to wait. Ambiance was amazing! Aside from the holiday decors, the local feel if Texas is there. The staff was great! I thought it was only ours but whoever you talk to has that cheerful spirit thst is not forced. Food was excellent! I ordered the catfish and shrimp plate and side salad. Oh my, the dressing was light and the meal was on point. We had to order dessert even though we were stuffed and both if our orders hit the spot. Unfortunately we did not get to try their cocktails because we were all exhausted. Highly recommend this place and would definitely he back when given the chance.

The interior, true to the restaurant's name, is designed to evoke the main house of a ranch, with a solid, rustic atmosphere. The staff wear cowboy hats, adding to the full Texas vibe. The menu ranges widely--from Tex‑Mex to steaks, meatloaf, and seafood. The ingredients are high‑quality, and the food is genuinely tasty. The salads and sauces that come on the side have a unique, original flavor you won't find at other restaurants, making you want to come back again.

Food is ok but not what was expected. Expected southern food vegetables to be done not to crunchy like right of the garden but buttery and a little soft like Grandma would make southern style. Had chicken fried steak and garden vegetables a mix of zucchini and squash and onions etc. service was arguably not to my southern taste. Ambiance was sub par to country definitely Not southern style except the the deer horn chandelier in the middle of the main dining room. Please absolutely don't waste you time and money on this place for country dining . Oh and to Top it... got sick after getting home. $88.00 down the drain literally sucks. Will never step foot in this place again. Beware!!!

Nice day for enclosed patio. Several TV's for March Madness. Great place for a late lunch. Women's Month Special was a great value...steak, fries, salad and a choice of martini for $30. Service was great. No rush as it was late lunch. Very spacious for indoor, outdoor and enclosed patio. Vibe is very casual to upscale.

Y'all can see I come here around the same time a year to celebrate with my people and it never disappoints! This time though we went early and saw things I haven't seen before. Everything was absolutely delicious, the service was amazing and the ambiance is always a good time (minus the fight for parking).

I've never had anything that wasn't perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served the correct temperature. And that's what really matters in a restaurant, of course. But the vibe is odd. I can't put my finger on it. It's "clique-y". Every time I come, I walk into an empty restaurant with no host. And it seems I've walked in before they opened. They have lots of private events which are walled off with weird partitions. And they sometimes (according to others I overheard) completely close down for private parties. I don't ask for much. I require very little attention. I grossly over tip. And, yet still I feel very unwelcome in this restaurant that I have frequented several times. I don't get it. The other customers were very nice to me, but the staff seemed annoyed by my presence. It's bizarre. Anyway, the food alone earns them a top rating. Pro tip: Do NOT sit at the bar. They don't tell you this: but it's for the regulars. You'll feel like you've wandered into a party you weren't invited to. AND.....order the Prince Edward Island mussels!

I loved seeing the steaks and oysters beautifully displayed, and the open kitchen was such a nice touch -- watching the chefs in action added to the whole experience. Our waiter was phenomenal -- super accommodating, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs all night. We shared the cowboy steak ($72) sliced for two and WOW... perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a moment. The sides to choose from ranged between $16-$18 We ordered the creamed spinach and it was rich and delicious. The wedge salad was fresh and satisfying. The corn brûlée? A crowd favorite -- everyone at the table was obsessed! The only miss for us was the mac and cheese -- good texture, but it didn't leave a lasting flavor impression. What truly made the night special was the energy -- the experience felt personal, warm, and inviting, making it the perfect place to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday. Wicked Butcher didn't just serve a meal... they created a memory. 10/10 would recommend for celebrations, date nights, or when you just want to feel fancy and fed.

Food - 4 Service - 3…read more Ambiance -4 Went on a Tuesday night while visiting from out of town and decided to give this place a try. The restaurant was practically empty, so we sat in the bar/lounge area. The host and other staff were friendly. Our waiter came off a little smug at first and barely cracked a smile. He honestly seemed a bit annoyed that he had to wait on us, which felt very unfriendly. My friend managed to get him to loosen up a bit as the night went on though, so maybe that's just his personality. To his credit, he was very informative when it came to the main course options. The lighting was dim and intimate. Ambiance was simple and modern. I ordered the sea bass and my friend ordered the beef Wellington. Honestly, after tasting my fish, he ended up enjoying my sea bass more than his own dish. The sea bass was like butter, just as the waiter described it. If fish could fall off the bone, this one would have. It came with rice, cashews, and a ginger miso sauce. The cashews added a really nice crunch and texture and the flavors worked really well together. I thoroughly enjoyed it as b the only downside was the portion size. Like a lot of nicer restaurants, you get one small piece of fish... about the size of my pinky finger. My friend's beef Wellington, on the other hand, was just okay. He didn't say it was bad, but it definitely didn't stand out, especially compared to the sea bass. We also ordered potatoes as a side and the white truffle Caesar salad. The salad was good and the truffle flavor wasn't overpowering, which I appreciated. The potatoes were solid too and paired well with the meal. Dessert, unfortunately, was not it! We ordered the Wicked Sundae. Our waiter had actually recommended the banana pudding or the chocolate tart, but we decided to try something else. We probably should've taken his advice. The sundae tasted mostly like ice cream and was missing the main part of the dish -- the brownie. Nothing to run home about, and it also happened to be the most expensive dessert on the menu. Definitely not worth it.

I'm writing this review in March when the Texas weather is beautiful. While the inside of Pacific Table is elegant with blue booths and white tablecloths, the outdoor seating next to Lake Carolyn creates a view that's almost impossible to find in DFW: fine dining by the water. 1 Star. Service - The service is great. Our server was attentive, helpful, and best of all shared the special of the day.
