First time going to the Rowdy Cowboy and it didn't disappoint! We dined in to eat after having a long flight and were sat immediately. The restaurant was pretty busy and lively as the football game was on. We have a wonderful server who was very kind and attentive. She was very sweet and super fast bringing our drinks and there were plenty of food runners as well. The ribeye was juicy and cooked to perfection, we got a side of brussel sprouts and they were cooked as seasoned perfectly. Normally I need extra dressing for my salads but the Caesar came out perfect and my chicken was also juicy which was amazing !! I didn't even feel like going out but my partner wanted me to take her out on a date, we came here from a friend's advice, and it ended up being an amazing night. Food & Service is Great - The one star is too high for the Bathroom. This bathroom is a total and utter failure. I asked AI if they could design a Worst Bathroom and it said "NO". To make it worse, nothing in the bathroom works or is functional. You have a drinking establishment designed mainly for Men and you have Ray Charles & Stevie Wonder Design your bathroom. This bathroom should be used at Architectural Schools for what NOT to do. There is No Way this is ADA compliant, there is no way a wheelchair is getting in this shoe box, much less four adult Men. You have two urinals and two stalls in a room the size of a small walk in closet. BOTH toilet seats are broken. One stall opens outward, blocking all other movement in the room and the other opens inward and you literally have to stand on the toilet to get past the inward door so you can close it. Which is probably why the toilet seat is broken. You have to walk a Halloween corn field maze just to get to a urinal, and they both back into the stalls so if someone enters or exits the stall you are getting bumped into the urinals. You cannot move anywhere, if there anyone in the room, without getting bumping or pushed against a wall. Since you only have two urinals, the two stalls are used as urinals and there is urine all over seats and the floor because you have a business dominated and catered to MEN & DRINKING. Stacking four porta potty sideways would be a more effective and efficient design. Since you have a staff of almost entirely WOMEN no one checks or cleans the Men's Room, which is why it is nasty, trashed, broken and disgusting. To know that the cooking staff is using this bathroom makes me cringe they are making my food. Trying not to fall off the broken toilet seats onto the nasty floor, I can't remember if you have automatic flushers, but my guess is you probably don't or they don't work. How can you design such a great food and bar for mostly Men with great success and totally fail on the bathroom for Men. I really want to do a video of this bathroom and post it online to have a contest for anyone to beat this bathroom as the worst ever. A lot of waitresses spend time flirting and and sitting on guy's laps instead of checking on their tables. Bartenders can straight up ignore you. Which is what happened my last time. Bartender came up, I asked for a water, a drink and a menu. She gives me the menu and never came back, didn't make my drink, bring water or check to see if I was ready. Nothing. Another bartender walks to the lady directly to my left asked her if she wanted another drink and completely ignored me. She goes to the man to my direct right and does the same thing! I was blessed with the opportunity to meet the brand new bartender from KC named Meriden. Both her and Hannah were great! Meriden was awesome!! I don't know if Rowdy Cowboy recruits these young ladies or they see on social media what a boss place this is to work but the effect is amazing! Finally had a chance to check out Rowdy Cowboy to see what the vibe was all about. We usually spend our Saturdays grabbing a cold one and watching some sports, so this place seemed like a good fit. Plenty of TVs around the bar and a decent selection of beers on tap. No complaints there. We ordered the pork chop platter with jalapeño creamed corn and Parmesan Brussels sprouts, plus a 10-piece naked buffalo wings with fries. The food was okay, but nothing really stood out. You get 2 chops of pork for the whole platter. Good enough to share along with the sides. Wings and fries were average, decent for bar food but not something I'd go out of my way for. Service was ok but wasn't attentive, especially sitting at the bar. You have to flag the girls to fill your drink, looks like they pay attention more for people they know on the first name basis.
