Well at first I was disappointed at the fact that they don't sell bone-in chicken anymore, but the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders my wife had were so fresh and delicious that it made me forget about the fact that they don't have bone-in chicken here. I have been hearing about this place so we decided to try it. It was $70 but I got enough food to feed an army so that's fine. But the food was bland nothing special except for the blueberry biscuits those were so good. I said I was excited about the country steak biscuit. I've been going weekly asking for a country ham biscuit hoping they changed the bad decision of not carrying the country ham. The biscuits are the only thing I'll say thats good there plus the employee attitude but other than that how quick the service is, compared to McDonalds its super slow, that and when i ask for a coffee with creamer and sugar its like it was 4 drips of creamer and a sprinkle of sugar unlike McDonalds again where they actually give you the creamer and sugar. Also looks like employees are standing around in the lobby chatting away instead of working so maybe that has to do with the drive thru speed. read more

We knew what we were in for as far as the wait time goes. They've only been open two days and they're so busy with people excited to try it out that they're running around like crazy. The food was good! We tried the tenders, biscuits, sandwich, fries, macaroni and cheese, jalapeño ranch, regular ranch and a Bo'berry biscuit. The fries were over fried, and they accidentally gave us sweet tea instead of unsweetened but overall, our meal was very good. Be sure to ask for napkins and cutlery, we forgot to and didn't receive any. I'm concerned for the employees they've got outside directing traffic and taking orders, it's so hot and they're all wearing long black pants. Traditionally this location has been great especially being a Georgia native. My last visit I attempted to order breakfast after breakfast hours in Texas because in Georgia you can order anytime. No biggie the manager explained to me the issue and made things right. Which is why this next visit just took the cake.Today (12/8) @ 8:08am this store was in disarray according to the manager as I waited over 25mins for a steak and cheese biscuit combo. Now the runner was doing his best with what was being communicated to him. Unfortunately, I ended up going in to get my order which still wasn't ready. To hear the manager complaining about being short staff to me when I explained why I was now asking for a refund. Instead of making things right I asked was it ready because I know when the runner saw me as I came in he went back to ask. She states it's ready which it wasn't they were making it. Customer service goes along way with me don't complain fix it and make the customer happy. It isn't my fault that your short staff. Offer something to make things right. read more

Their food is fantastic, and the service is decent. I enjoy it every time. The biscuits are buttery & fluffy. The Mac & cheese is yummy. The ranch is the "good" ranch. Unfortunately I am lactose intolerant & I get an upset tummy every time I eat there. They probably use milk products that have lots of lactose. I don't think it is them. It is my silly body betraying me for not being able to digest the tasty food. If you are lactose intolerant enjoy every bite & plan for some quality time in your bathroom later. If you have no issues with lactose, well, I'm jealous. You will get to enjoy everything without having to make time later to spend crying in the bathroom like me. read more

Let me say first the food was average to okay. The most off-putting thing for me was the service & the attitude I received when I paid for my order. I requested a receipt for my purchase & was informed that their "capability" to do this was not working. I informed them I wanted/desired some form of proof regarding my purchase. I was given an eye roll & again attitude. Finally the cashier scribbled on a piece of paper (illegible & uncomplete) & handed to me rudely. I know things can happen, but many years ago, they had (and still do) the ability to use a handwritten order & receipt. If you want any form of customer service do not order online. I wanted a delivery order, it got charged as pickup order, so I got charged twice, the delivery order left off the drinks, and the delivery driver will only tell to request refunds through the app, which you can't do. You cannot reach them at all locally, busy signal, after busy signal..... The corporate number is a joke. As I stand now I've been charged 2x for the same order and didnt even the complete order, and do have any method to reach out to anyone that does result in a phone that has a busy signal.
