Placed mobile order on 6/30 at approximately 9:55am. Arrived to the drive thru at approximately 10am. I was the only person in the drive thru, associate was on her phone when I pulled up but she was courteous. When I pulled around to get my food, I had to sit for a few minutes (which I didn't mind). Unfortunately, my issue was the lady handing me my order and not saying thank you. I think that's extremely rude. No sorry for the wait. No thank you or have a nice day. For this reason alone, I won't go back to this location. Do better! read more

Outstanding Customer Service!!!!! We all know how good the food is and that they have well trained, courteous staff. Well this location is the high bar all others must aspire to meet! Even the upper management (corporate/regional management) went out of their way to help me, halting their meeting to do so. They made me feel as if it was nothing, and they were so eager to make me feel like I wasn't interrupting them. I can attest to the cleanliness as well. Although I didn't see anyone actively cleaning the children's playroom was spotless... no dust, no trash, no smudges on the glass and the smell was clean and fresh! Highly recommend this location! read more

The young lady behind the counter seemed overwhelmed despite the fact that there weren't many in line. Brenda on the other hand was amazing. Friendly and helpful. I finally tried their southwest chicken salad, which had been highly recommended to me. It was pretty good and really filling. Some salads are obviously not very filling, but this one was. I liked the slight spice from the chicken and small jalapeños. I enjoy texture and this salad definitely has many different textures-beans, corn, lime pepitas, tortilla strips, etc. I got the avocado ranch dressing, but didn't need it bc the salad was good all by itself. I would not hesitate to get this again. They have fresh flowers on all of the tables! Maybe I don't come to chick-fil-A enough, or maybe this is unique to this location. This has been my dream for years to go to Chick-fil-A and order a giant cup of ice cream. Now I probably could have done this stuff a long time ago but I remembered the last time I was at a Chick-fil-A. That I gave not so good of review. The last thing that guy said was you can order quarter of ice cream. I literally thought he was being funny with me. Today, I would like to thank the staff at this Chick-fil-A. GREAT CFA! Don't believe the negative reviews. I've been coming here multiple times a week for 3 years with not a single reason to complain. This is as good as a Chic-Fil-A can get. They handle the gigantic, double-line of traffic with ease. With employees standing in the car lanes to take your order, a second wave of them assigning orders to cars, and the final window handing food out. Usually chick-fil-a never disappoint today is a different case, I love their salads because of the avocado lime ranch dressing but they gave me a rotten tomato in my salad, plus it looked like half of my salad was missing, I'm not sure who trains their kitchen team but they need to practice consistency and quality control. I don't think I'll come back to this chick-fil-a, the one in front of Love field airport is better in my opinion. read more

I mean it's chick fil a. The service is impeccable. I have 3 kids, play area isn't huge but it's definitely bigger than most chick fil a places. Despite all the hate I get for still "supporting" this establishment (yes I'm an ALLY) I come because I'm a mom of three and I've watched them clean. For my sanity if they want nuggets I I'm coming here not the arches. Sue me. I'm just recently discovering honey roasted bbq sauce also, and I needed to tell someone about it. It's life changing. I don't even like honey mustard but this is so good. Ask for extra packets, that's all I Have to say. read more

I love this chick fil a. All of these chains are great! And the staff always goes above and beyond! My daughter, who just learned how to run, loves the playground! It is always clean and it's small. (It says it's 3 and under, but there's always big kids in it) My order has never been wrong, which is rare for new places. And the lines are never atrocious, which is rare for chick fil a's. And duh the food is amaze-balls. (People still say this, right?) read more

The staff is literally all 17-20 year olds with no sense of urgency or professionalism. Well, except one of the cashiers. But that's it. Can't really blame em tho. Management presence is non-existent and when there is a manager, again, there's no sense of urgency or execution. Everyone dragging their feet and talking. Wasn't even busy inside or out, they have a stacked crew, and food is still taking forever. Basically, this isn't Chick-fil-A service. This seems like a bunch of macdonalds or whataburger employees the one star is for the location ‍ read more

I'm so excited that it's finally open!!! Living in Rhome my whole life and commuting to Roanoke for chick fil a or any other food is horrible because it really gets congested fast. My first time at this location after it's opening and all I can say is YAAAAAAAS! The service for the drive thru is amazing and at the window the service is still amazing. That and the food was spot on! The fries have that nice crisp outer shell but that soft middle while the cool wrap was well made. I can't say enough good things about my first experience here. Amazingly fast service that's also pleasantly nice?? Count on seeing me a lot during the semester because I'll probably stop in a couple of times a week after classes! read more

This Chick fil a is so convenient! One of the best things about this Chick-fil-A is that they have cherry Coke! I love Cherry Coke and I love that I have the option to have cherry Coke from this location! This location is easy to access off 360, their stuff is so awesome and very polite and nice. Every single time I get my order is 100% correct. They have the play area, very nice seating room/dining area, and a patio. They have double drive thur & again, they serve Cherry Coke! read more

I visited this establishment twice and they are decent. They catered a breakfast for me. I ordered the large tray of mini chicken biscuits. They had the order ready for me when I arrived but it took a while for me to get through the line. It was nice that they had the order ready along with all the sauces. I also came here for a personal order a week ago. The drive-thru line is very slow. Be prepared to wait longer than usual. The quality of food is good but nothing too exciting. read more

This chick-fil-a location is exceptionally TERRIBLE! It seriously blows my mind how they manage to leave out items from my order EVERY time I go through the drive-thru. When you read that, maybe you thought I meant (most) of the time, but NOO- I mean EVERY time! I live nearby and I go there a lot, usually for the salad and they still manage to ruin the order- one way or another. This time they left out my requested sauces, last time no fries, time before that no salad toppings, and the time before that they left out my chicken minis (makes me sad just thinking about it.) Love this Zesty CFA for its solid service and great staff. FOOD is always FRESH! My favorite order is the spicy chicken sandwich meal! PRO TIP: upgrade the fries to a large for like 30 cents! Love their spicy chicken sandwiches. When I go this is usually what I get. I don't usually eat fast food, but I do frequent chick-fil-a when I'm at the airport. I like to enjoy a good heavy meal before a flight. These sandwiches keep me full for awhile and are always tasty! They also have some decent breakfast options. I like the cheesy hash browns with chicken bites in them. I appreciate that they have consistently throughout their restaurant establishments. read more

Young, high-energy staff and everybody was friendly. I had an adorable little waitress who was possibly high as a kite. But flower high, not the bad stuff. Honestly, it worked in everybody's favor. She was upbeat, extremely polite, and got my order right. I'm happy. The menu is one of those long double-sided laminated things with probably 50+ breakfast choices. Everybody should be able to find something. Prices looked to range around $10-17 per entrée, and the portions were solid. They also had a bunch of turkey and chicken sausage options for non-pork eaters like myself. I ordered the chicken fried steak with hash browns, scrambled cheese eggs with onions mixed into the eggs and hash browns, plus two pancakes. Around $15. Pardon the food pics. I forgot to take them until I had already loaded everything up with every sauce known to man: ketchup, hot sauce, gravy, syrup... probably a few others. I definitely recommend this place. A gem.

The eggs were not seasoned at all, and the poblano peppers were listed as roasted. However they were raw, cold, and crunchy. Also nothing was distributed well, all the eggs were on one side and the turkey sausage on the other, so you just get a big mouthful of on thing with crunchy peppers. It is a big honking burrito, but I wouldn't order this one again.

When I do so, an employee calls out asking if I have a pickup. Turns out my order had been waiting at the register end of their very long assembly line for who knows how long. How was I supposed to know? Why have an online order area if you're not going to use it? It felt like I had to a regular to know this magical info. Salata - My suggestion would be to fill in your online order shelving with something else useful and stick an "Online Pickup" ceiling sign over the registers so people know where to go.
