Placed mobile order on 6/30 at approximately 9:55am. Arrived to the drive thru at approximately 10am. I was the only person in the drive thru, associate was on her phone when I pulled up but she was courteous. When I pulled around to get my food, I had to sit for a few minutes (which I didn't mind). Outstanding Customer Service!!!!! We all know how good the food is and that they have well trained, courteous staff. Well this location is the high bar all others must aspire to meet! Even the upper management (corporate/regional management) went out of their way to help me, halting their meeting to do so. They made me feel as if it was nothing, and they were so eager to make me feel like I wasn't interrupting them. I can attest to the cleanliness as well. Although I didn't see anyone actively cleaning the children's playroom was spotless... no dust, no trash, no smudges on the glass and the smell was clean and fresh! I finally tried their southwest chicken salad, which had been highly recommended to me. It was pretty good and really filling. Some salads are obviously not very filling, but this one was. I liked the slight spice from the chicken and small jalapeños. I enjoy texture and this salad definitely has many different textures-beans, corn, lime pepitas, tortilla strips, etc. I got the avocado ranch dressing, but didn't need it bc the salad was good all by itself. I would not hesitate to get this again. They have fresh flowers on all of the tables! Maybe I don't come to chick-fil-A enough, or maybe this is unique to this location. They handle the gigantic, double-line of traffic with ease. I'm so excited that it's finally open!!! Living in Rhome my whole life and commuting to Roanoke for chick fil a or any other food is horrible because it really gets congested fast. My first time at this location after it's opening and all I can say is YAAAAAAAS! The service for the drive thru is amazing and at the window the service is still amazing. That and the food was spot on! The fries have that nice crisp outer shell but that soft middle while the cool wrap was well made. I can't say enough good things about my first experience here.
