I ordered delivery from Wingstop and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The order arrived 30-40 minutes later than expected, and by the time it got to my house, the wings were cold and overcooked. I was hungry so I tried to eat some of it, but it just wasn't good. I ended up going to the store in person with what was left, hoping they could help or at least make it right, but I was told there was nothing they could do. I understand that delays can happen, but the combination of late delivery, poor food quality, and lack of any effort to resolve the issue was frustrating. I hope management takes situations like this more seriously in the future. read more

The food was ready on time for a lunch hour during the week. I've been to a few Wingstops and this one is by far one of the cleanest and friendliest I've been to. I ordered a boneless combo from here , went home shared the combo; halfway through she saw she took a bite out of one of the raw boneless chicken piece , mind you I don't know how many were raw that we ate and didn't notice until then. I took pictures went to the store asked the Nice Lady at the register who was the one to help me earlier. I told her what happened , nicely asked for the manager to refund me my money , she asked me to wait for her and I did , no worries. While I sat down I overheard the cooks Talking in Spanish ( I understand and talk, but I ordered and talked in English , which I don't think they knew ) The girl from the resister was telling them what happened , which I understand I don't mind it nor wanted any problems just wanted my refund and go on about my day. Simple. But the cooks (lady with red and and man) Were aggressively talking loud and clear how I should have the pieces of it to prove it, Pictures don't count (But I did have the piece that WAS raw) I just glanced at them and the lady with red hair looked at me with a mean mugging face , which I don't appreciate. When the manager came she asked if I had the food but I pulled out the piece of chicken I had wrapped ,out of my bag . same piece from the pictures I took and showed her , She was helpful and gave me my refund. I just don't appreciate how LOUD and CLEAR the cooks were talking like I couldn't hear or understand what they said and face expressions towards me through out the whole process. I understand things happen and never blamed them just wanted my refund but to not be able to take accountability and take it out with such Way is not appreciated in any way. I arrive and my order is ready (good start) so I ask the lady at the counter, is my order correct? She was very firm in her answer..."yes sir it is". I normally check my order but 2 people came in right after I did so I felt confident it was correct and I didn't want to hold them up. Can anyone guess what happened next! Bueller...Bueller...Bueller...YEP it is incorrect! I go back in and walk to the side and the young lady sees me and the look on her face was priceless. I saw the manager (or Assistant Mgr.) so I started glaring at him. He saw my stare and walked over and said "can I help You"? I said why yes you can. This young lady emphatically stated that my order was correct but my guess is either you or the other guy prepared and sacked up my order. I showed him my ticket and he said yes, your order is correct. No hombre, it's not! You gave me Cajun corn instead of fries. He looked at my ticket while I pulled the corn out and to my disbelief he stated that I could keep the corn and he would only charge me for the fries...??? I don't want the corn sir and you expect me to pay for something I didn't order? He stated that it would be a wash and proceeded to tell me how he came to that conclusion. Walking in we were greeted by a young man in the back you could barely hear say welcome in, the cashier was friendly and was fast in asking how he could help. On Saturday night August 26th, I called into Wingstop in Euless to place an order to feed 8. The lady who took the order was pleasant and made great recommendations on quantities and flavors. I placed an order for 40 traditional wings, 10 boneless wings and 2 additional orders of fries. The total was a little over $63. She told me the order would be ready in 18 minutes, so we left the house shortly after and headed over. When I arrived to pick up the order the young lady clear repeated back my order, I paid and she handed me the bag. Where I erred was by asking if she was sure that everything had made it into the big brown bag, rather than emptying the contents on the counter in the store. She assured me everything was there and we were on our way. When we returned to the house, I was getting the food out and spread on the kitchen bar so that everyone could begin serving themselves. I quickly realized that 2 of the orders of fries were missing, and when opening the boxes of wings, the box which should have had 20 naked wings only contained 10. The store made an error and shorted the order 10 wings and 2 large orders of fries. I called the store, informed the person who picked up the phone and asked if I could return to pick up the missing items. She put me on a quick hold and then said yes, I could return. My nephew volunteered to return to the store and he took the receipt to show what we bought and what was missing. Rather than doing what they said they would do on the phone by providing what was missing, the supervisor David came out and told my nephew that he was the one who packed the order and that he knows for sure that all 20 wings and orders of fries were present. My nephew called me from the store to tell me what was being said, so I asked to speak with David. He briefly spoke to me and said again that all the items were in the bag. When I told him that I believe he made a mistake and would like it to be corrected, he handed the phone back to my nephew and told him he would have to go review the camera footage. For the next 15 minutes my nephew waited without being provided any updates. At this time, I called the store and asked to speak with David again. He again said that he was the one who packed the food and it was all there. I just said, I respectfully disagree and that we're all human and capable of making mistakes and that I was not lying to him about being shorted on 10 wings and 2 fries. He again just said he would need to watch the footage. I said that it's been 20 minutes and you still have not provided any video evidence of anything and that all we want is to get the complete order and be done. Finally, at that point he said he would get the 10 wings and 2 fries started and given to my nephew. I just couldn't understand why the service was so poor that the supervisor of the store is not empowered to fix a problem on a $65 order and essentially accuse a customer of dishonesty. 0 stars. read more

This is the worse experience I ever had . I placed an order online . We parked right in front of the store I went in and I told the gentleman my name and that I was there for a pick up . He didn't apologize or anything completely dismiss me and insinuated that I was lying about the ranch . I felt horrible he disrespected me as a woman and as a Latina because his behavior completely changed when he saw my 6"3 white husband walking through those doors. Jeff said he was the general manager I hope he was lying because that is not the behavior expected from a GM.Plus making bring the food back was health violation. Little did I know my bad experience was over yet when we got back into our truck that was parked in front of the store I looked up and there was Jeff and his crack his hands were fully down the back part of his pants adjusting them I was able to see his rear from the parking lot .he finished adjusting himself and went straight to grab the bags with food and arranged them on the togo counter and handed them to customers. I have ordered from this location many times but tonight's experience was something else. Needless to say I won't be back to any Wingstop again. We ordered for pickup when we got to the store I parked directly in front of the store and my wife went in to pick up our order. She asked the man at the counter, Jeff, if everything was in the bag and he said yes but she didn't see any ranch, we order a large ranch. He said that they had run out of the large containers and that there were nine little containers in the bag. So my wife came out to the truck and looked through the bag. There was no ranch. So she entered back in and told Jeff there was no ranch. He looked at her like she was is a thief and told her to bring the bag back in. My wife is hispanic and has a very thick accent so she has been victim to racism before and she felt that this situation might be one of those situations She came outside very upset to get the bag and told me what he said so I went in with her. This man took the bag of food from her and one by one took each item out opened them and set them on the counter in front of everyone. When he reached the bottom of the bag he realized she had told him the truth, no ranch. He then reached for a bag from the counter behind him that was full of ranch and said "oh, this must have been set aside by accident, here." He handed her the bag as if to dismiss her. No apology for his mistake, or for basically accusing her of being a thief. It's just ranch dressing and we paid for it! So I got upset and asked for his manager to which he replied "I'm the manager." I said you are the store manager or a shift manager. He then tells me he is the store manager. What a disgrace to have a manager act this way. I asked him if there was an area manager I could speak with or have his phone number. He just ignored me at this point so I left. I went to my truck and decided to try and find a corporate number and while I was looking that number up I witnessed, through the window, this man put both his hands in his pants. Not just under the belt but all the way in his pants, his rear end visible. He pulled his hands out of his pants and without even blinking an eye or even considering washing them he grabs another bag of food and hands it to another customer. This is disgusting!!
