My boyfriend and I are regular customers at this location and always order the Boneless Meal for Two, which has consistently included four flavors. When we called to place a pickup order, the manager told us it only comes with two flavors and insisted we were wrong. She stated she was the General Manager and said she would "address" any employee who told us otherwise. To confirm, I contacted another Wingstop location, and they verified that the meal does include four flavors. They were professional and even offered a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. I had me some hankering for some chicken wings, so I met my friend and at Wingstop. We were immediately greeted by a cheerful young man (Rob) with a welcoming smile. Ron our cashier was very polite and very knowledgeable about the menu and made suggestions to assist us with the menu and solid suggestions. I settled for 10 bone in chicken wings half lemon pepper and half garlic parmesan, while my friend settled for lemon pepper, and mango habanero. We both got the combo which comes with fries and a fountain drinks of our choice. I like coming here and staff like Ron make it worth the time to come here. This location is right down the street from my house, so it's the one I use to I go to regularly. The last time I went I got my order to go instead of eating at the restaurant. When I got home I noticed my entire order was wrong. I ordered boneless wings and received bone-in wings, asked for extra seasoning on my fries and had no seasoning and was missing both of my ranch cups. The only thing right was my drink, that I got myself. I filled out the survey and got a response from the store's general manager (David) asking me about my experience and saying he had tried to call me about my issues I had at his store (no one had ever called me). I sent him an e-mail back with my correct phone number and he never bothered to reach out or reply to several e-mails back to him about the issues I had at this location. Customer service is just as bad with their managers as it is with the employees apparently. Avoid this location, or just go to BWW instead. read more

They're so slow! The customer service isn't up to par at all. Will not be coming back to this location at all.. How y'all slow and the food still comes out cold and then they get mad when someone's says they want it remade. Naaaaah! By far one of the worst locations I've been too here in Dallas. Wingstop has always been a hit or miss for me but tonight will be the last time I eat Wingstop. I ordered online and my husband immediately went to sit and wait for the food (I like my food fresh so I don't mind the wait). We only live 4 minutes away. First time to visit them in awhile and after they moved into a larger spot in the same complex. Order wasn't ready, cashier was in a hurry, although it didn't appear overly busy. Handed me my cash back in one lump pile, didn't count it back. Bills all turned every which way. (Something I get A LOT from teens/young adults). This is a lack of teaching from their management, in my opinion. Ice at drink machine overflowing into floor, other liquids on the concrete floor. I've noticed that they don't put as much anymore and you have to ask for extra seasoning for what was normal amount back then. The wings are definitely smaller lately and I'm sure it's different batches everytime but we definitely didn't like our experience this time. So I called every wingstop near me and they said they didn't have it. My pregnant wife asked me to grab her some fries (the only thing she likes from here) on my way home from the gym. Realizing that my wallet wasn't with me, I asked my wife to pay for them over the phone or online and I would pick them up. She calls me as I'm pulling into the parking lot and tells me that the employee she spoke with wouldn't allow her to pay over the phone. Granted, I didn't have this conversation but I have a hard time believing that a company is refusing a customers ability to pay over the phone. Our fries and wings were totally soggy, chicken swimming in grease. Spending almost fifty dollars on wings, this is totally unacceptable. When we tried to call and get a replacement, all we were told was a bunch of excuses and blaming on vendor/truck delivery. Wingstop in Wylie is always on point so we know its not the vendors, its the preparers. This review is based on this location and not on Wingstop as a whole, the food tastes good but the portions for the wings are ridiculously small. I paid $12 for 8 wings and fries. Maybe it's because I got them boneless but the size of these wings is smaller than a chicken nugget from Burger King!! If I'm paying $12 for some fried chicken and fries it better fill me up. I did bring it up with the manager and he hooked me up with a bigger portion. But I wish I didn't have to ask for more!! This is by far the best wingstop location I've been too. The wings are never over cooked and service is great. I enjoy coming here over all other locations. I noticed they recently expanded the inside so there are additional tables. The lemon pepper wings are the best I've had. It's salty, peppery and crunchy, pairs well with blue cheese dipping sauce. We love wingstop but know most stores can always be "iffy". This store has it down though! You might wait an extra minute or two for fresh fries (worth it) but the customer service is great. Chris is amazing. I had an issue with my Apple Pay connecting when I got there but he helped to resolve the issue immediately. Ordered online a day ahead to make sure order was received in an ample amount of time as we were ordering for A 3PM pick up on New Year's Eve. I arrived at the store at 2:55 and was told it would be a few minutes. Ok no worries. A few minutes later I was called to the counter to pick up my order. My wife immediately called to complain and let the staff know I was on my way to get the rest of our order. When I arrived I handed my receipt to the same person that served me on my initial trip to the store and explained we were not given everything on the initial order. She then proceeded to spin around and drop the bag of fries on the counter in front of me with no apology or any other explanation.
