It was my son's birthday and he wanted wings. I had not been to BWW in about 10 years. Upon arrival we were sat right away. We had some Fried Pickles as our appetizer and they were so good. I had forgotten about how delicious the wings were. They were perfectly cooked and super flavorful. On Tuesdays they have a BOGO on their wings, so we got a total of 42 wings with french fries. Our flavors were BBQ, Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Parmesan. All of the wings were good but the Mango Habanero wings were my favorite. The fries were good too. For my drink I had a tall glass of Bud Light and it was perfectly cold. Our server was Chloe and she was excellent. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Twice in a row my family has gone to this location and not been served at all. This time it was after 6pm on Monday night football night. There were only people at two tables, so it wasn't because they were too busy. Three separate staff members looked at us, but refused to interact with us. After 15 minutes of being completely ignored I tried to walk around and get someone to help us. That didn't work, so we left. Tried giving this place a second chance and they failed miserably. Walked in with 8 of our party of 12 on a Saturday night and the place was dead. Was told we couldn't be sat u til our whole party was there. Hostess was so buried in her phone I had to ask her to get a manager when 11 of 12 of us were there. When they sat us they acted like it was some big inconvenience to seat 12. We ended up leaving and going to bourbon street bar and grill 2 doors down and sat immediately in our own room no problem. Popped by here last Sunday to satisfy a spicy food craving. Really can't go wrong with B-Dubs. This visit, we sat at the bar, but there was plenty of table seating for those who prefer it. A friendly bartender was there right away with menus and to take drink orders. I went with my usual 15 boneless. I like so many of their sauces that I always have to do 3. This time, I did Nashville Hot, Wild and Caribbean Jerk. While delicious as always, they weren't nearly as saucy as usual. Kind of skimpy on the flavor. Since I moved to Bedford, BWW has not allowed online ordering or door dash - uber eats. Always get "our system is down" what system?! To auto print an online order? Wow. If a dasher has an order to pick up they will say, "I can use your phone to place the order" Does anyone realize the orders are supposed to be ready for pick up when it's doordash? The dasher is lucky to make $2 off delivery, so waiting is a waste of time. Service is 50/50 terrible. This is the rudest buffalo wild wings i've ever visited. Upon entry no-one was there to greet me so I was like "is it self seating?" it literally took about 5 minutes for someone to help me and the restaurant was empty. Maybe 4 tables were seated. Then no-one was wearing a mask when we entered, then they sat us a table that still had the perspiration for the drinks before still on the table and sauce mess all on the booth. I asked if there was a clean one we could sit at and she just rolled her eyes and grabbed a sour smelling towel and wiped both the booth and the table off with it. Was craving some wings and I was so glad to see that not only was Buffalo Wild Wings still open, but they were still having specials!! Tuesday is BOGO traditional wings! So my mom and I decided to split 20 with her Buffalo dry rub and my Chipotle dry rub. I don't know if K will ever go back to sauced wings again as the dry rub was so good. Also, I love that it is low in calories--the rub only adds 10 calories compared to much more with others. So great that you can order online and they do not charge extra for carrots and sauce.. I tell the lady working behind the counter I'm here. My order was taken by somebody else. Whatever it happens. They start remaking my order, which took longer than it did to make the first time. The manager came over and interrogated me about my name and my number. He said somebody came in and asked for my order by name and left with it already. I have an uncommon name, so that's a lie. He was insinuating I'm scamming them out of a second order. Finally I get my food. Get all the way home and it's all wrong! I call the store and the manager supposedly is going to send a gift card in the mail. Turns out that was a lie too. I thought maybe that was a one off, so I placed an order with ubereats tonight. This is our go-to place because the staff is great, the beer is delicious and cold, and the food is OK. Prime location, staff , and the cold beer keeps us coming back! But y'all. Ordered a basic order for delivery online through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. They sent our order through DoorDash. 20 minutes after Buffalo Wild Wings said our order was 'out for delivery' we got a call from our dasher saying they were all out of the sauce we ordered and he asked us what other sauce we'd like. Why would that be the dasher's responsibility to call and ask us? BWW should have called us. After the mixup it took another 40 minutes for our order to get to us. We tried calling the store to ask about the status of the order and was hung up on 2x before we could get through to an actual person. Seems like they're very under-staffed and shouldn't be accepting online orders. I feel so sorry for our dasher because he lost a lot of time sitting and waiting for our food. I don't know what I expected. My boyfriend and I went to this B-dubs last week. If I feel the need to give a poor review, I try to wait a week to see if I still feel the same. In this case I do. 1. No one works up front. If you want to be seated you have to wait. It wasn't even a busy day and we sat and waited to be seated. 2. Once seated, our waitress took at least 10 minutes to get with us. This might seem nit-picky, but there were only three tables occupied. 3. After taking our order, the kitchen took 30 minutes to make our ONE order. It was incorrect because our waitress (after triple checking it with us) put the order in BACKWARDS. Thus we waited 30 minutes. 4. I wasn't expecting much from the food, as this is a national chain, but it was sloppy even by B-dubs standards. Some of our wings had a bit of sauce while others were completely coated. 5. The waitress gave us ONE refill in the HOUR AND A HALF we were there. I believe she checked on our table maybe twice. I've never given a 1 before, but this experience definitely warranted it. Bad service. Our server was the white chubby dude with longish greasy hair and he stood so close to the table it was kind of weird, but he brought out 2/4 of my table's food, didn't say a word not even "the other 2 aren't quite ready yet". Not a single word. After about 10 minutes we started wondering where our food was and the other 2 were already done eating, so we tried to find our server and he completely ignored us. We went to the front and a manager was there and I guess he went and talked to the server because he brought our food about 5 minutes after that, and it wasn't even warm. When he dropped the plates off he again didn't say a single word and I had to go to both the front and the bar to get salt and ketchup. He never asked us if everything was good or if we needed anything. The manager Alex was great, he made sure we were all good and comped the 2 meals that came out late. But this is the second time I've had terrible service at BWW and I can't say I'm going to be going back any time soon. read more
