Burgers are messy, chicken sandwiches drip, Philly cheese is greasy as heck, and the wraps always seem flooded with dressing. Frequently dinner is done before the new drink you ordered when the food was dropped, even shows up. How do you make sure your guest always has something, bring waters. You can often feel overlooked when there are huge parties in the building. Bring ketchup out when food is delivered, rather you wait so long for the server to come back to the point it's just not worth it to ask. It's the small nice touches this place lacks. I will say the fried jalapeños are good! They also have cheap drink specials if that's what you are looking for. Overall, don't have high expectations, and you won't be disappointed. read more

Third time wasn't a charm at this Boomer Jack's this summer/fall. I don't know if this location is under new management or what the deal is, but it has gone downhill dramatically. In the last three times we've come in, the story has been the same every time. Show up, ask an uninterested hostess to sit on the patio, then wait....and wait....and wait. Thankfully their patio is nice or this would easily be a one star. You wait once seated for drink orders. Then twiddle your thumbs for 20 minutes til they take come back, then wait 20 minutes for your food, don't expect them to check on drinks, then wait and wait and wait and eventually get up and get your own box, someday they'll come back with the check. An hour and 20 minutes later, most of it spent doing nothing, you'll finally be on your way. On the plus side, the people are always pleasant, they just seem uninterested. The food is always solid, just takes forever. It's a shame because once was a one-off, twice was disappointing, three times is a trend. We probably won't be back anytime soon. read more

This review is for a Doordash delivery from Boomer Jack's. It's a rainy day, and I just didn't feel like driving over there. I ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich with onion rings, plus some boneless chicken wings. The Monte Cristo was excellent - plenty of meat, nice batter, and cooked perfectly. The powdered sugar and jam (raspberry?) were provided separately. I will definitely order this tasty sandwich again! The wings were garlic-parmesan, and they were cooked well and very tasty. Tried this place a couple months ago with grand daughter. As we were been seated outside 2 dogs jumped and crawled at my 5 yr old grand baby. Owner had to pull them back and lucky he did. I'm retired officer carrying my weapon. Luckily he pulled them back before they bit her. Would have been ugly. I notified the manager and he could care less. I expressed my concern and he just said I'll make a note. He's lucky no one was bitten would have been a bad day and lawsuit. I love dogs but u have to control them in public. Hi, I just recently went to this location to treat my husband and friend to dinner since I don't get a lot of time to see them a lot. When we walked in it was just me and my husband. The location was easy to find, plenty of parking and accommodated about half the total team and parents who came. We ordered a few flat breads and wings which hit the spot. Out door activities kept the kids entertained. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed! I had a great experience at this boomer jacks location today. the atmosphere was amazing and my server, Kayla was very kind and helpful.

Stopped here for a few drinks and the place was packed due to a pay per view fight. The hostess stated that it would take over an hour to get a table inside. We opted for a table outside while we waited for an inside table. The outside area is somewhat covered, and they do have some heaters and fire pits to keep you warm. We tried their fried pickles and they were good. We also had the table side s'mores which was a very cute concept, these were also very good. The vibe was chill, but no one ever came to get us to let us know a table was ready, and it was cold and raining. Overall this place is nice and I would return. read more

This place has been one of our standbys for years. Simple but tasty food and friendly service, and a great neighborhood hangout. We often come up here with laptops to work and get some snacks and drinks. They are happy to let us hang out and be comfortable. Their appetizer sampler is a great choice, as are the burgers. They used to have a great healthy-ish entree of chicken skewers with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes, but sadly it's now off the menu. Their salads are huge and packed with tasty things. Definitely recommend. They definitely do things right. read more
