The food was great and my server Daniela, customer's service was even better. All of the staff is super friendly, and they make you feel at home. Definitely recommend.

Man o man!! I guess everything really is bigger in Texas. I wish we could rate with half stars, as well, because I would give it 's and a half but... the format doesn't allow that. (What do you think, Yelpsters? Should we be able to give half stars?) Either way, this cozy Mom n Pop style experience hit the Hungry Hungry Hippo spot for sure. The size of the portions were ridiculous! So-Much-Food! And the prices were incredibly fair and surprising lower than many of the over the top breakfast joints. First thing I look for is a good fresh hot cup of Joe, and I begin my reviews from there. Side note: why is a cup of coffee called Joe? Why not Walter, Jose, Bruce Wayne? Nonetheless, coffee was smooth and not bitter. Our server checked in on us quite regularly to top off our cups, so we never had to ask. Once we placed our order, it was delivered relatively pretty quick. Now for the plates... man let me tell ya... them pancakes were thick and fluffier than Gabriel Iglesias. No joke... unless you're Gabriel... then you're all jokes . The French Toast was probably some Texas Toast, 'cause they be thicc like Lil' Kim! The omelettes were plumped and stuffed with all kinds of happiness. I chose to have Home Fries with the omelette, which were as if Wolverine sliced and diced them himself, 'cause they were chunky. That Breakfast Burrito was astoundingly huge and easily could have fed 2-3 people (that's what she said- Michael Scott). The Blueberry pancakes were made with real blueberries, and the Banana pancakes were made with real Bananas, and the Snozzberries taste like snozzberries! All joking aside... this place was more than what I'm giving it credit for... screw it.. hold up... changing that 3 to a 4 right now! At the end of the morning, the food and service was top notch, and the pricing was perfect. The location? Seemed a bit out of place but hey... we found it and lucky us! As Always compadres, Enjoy and Happy breakfeasting!

Very good restaurant, Daniella was the best server I have ever had . Very helpful with the menu and had a great personality. I had the fried catfish dinner, fries , and coleslaw. Everything was delicious. Definitely recommend.

I love coming to Texan Kitchen here in Euless the food and service are always so great. It's really clean as well which I do enjoy for this local diner. I would give it 5 stars but there are some experiences that have taken from it. However regardless I still keep coming back because the good out ways the bad. Keep up the good work workers at Texan Kitchen best diner in Euless.

The chipped bowl just made me lost my appetite. I don't remember the name of the food I ordered but it was ok. I would not order this again if it comes like this.

Texan Kitchen is definitely a locals place, but that does not mean they are not friendly to new comers. I've been here once before and found it to be a nice breakfast place with great options. They also serve lunch dishes. I try not to review a place into I've been there at least twice. Gives me a better basis to build a review. I should have gone with my gut and reviewed them after the first visit! This is a seat yourself kind of place so we found a booth and settled in to wait for a server to bring menu's. It was a very short wait (maybe a minute at the most). Daniela arrived with menus and to take our drink choices. She also pointed out they had a new "specials" menu. Most places the specials menu is just a rehash of current menu items with something added to make it "special". The Texan Kitchen doesn't follow that process and instead had unique items staring birria, If you are not familiar with birria it's a slow cooked beef in a adobo marinated. I ordered the Birria Skillet which included two eggs on a bed of potatoes and served with sliced avocado. Jane order her normal three breakfast sides, grits, hash browns and sausage gravy. All three of Janes sides were in her words "excellent" and the Texan Kitchen has replaced her favorite breakfast place! My birria skillet was served on a cast-iron skillet and designed to keep everything warn. The birria had a nice spicy without being overly spiced. Eggs were ordered over medium and perfectly cooked, yokes were still a little liquid. Potatoes were chunks and well made but the birria is the star of this plate. The avocado added a nice touch to the dish. The atmosphere has a locals vibe and not "fancy brunch place" but it is clean and the noice level was low enough to have a conversation without felling like you had to raise your voice to be heard. They have a nice selection of coffee, lattes and iced coffee drinks to go with the sodas and teas. Daniela was very helpful and made sure our meals were perfect and checked back to refill our drinks. She also suggested pie to go as we needed a take home box for our breakfast. The coconut cream pie is still in the frig but it looks delicious. We will be back soon. Texan Kitchen is a hidden gem right off Hwy 183 and Euless Main if you are close or going by on Hwy 183, you should spot and have breakfast or lunch.

The server stood at the far end of the table to take our orders. He couldn't hear us and kept asking to repeat what we said. Some of us had menu questions but we couldn't shout loud enough for him to hear. I finally had enough of his indifference and asked sternly for him to move closer so we could ask questions. If I pop in by myself to get some work done and grab lunch, I either have to take up a giant table or sit at the bar. For sides, I chose the mac and cheese, cornbread, tallow fries, and Brussels sprouts. This is the kind of meal you remember for a while. The Wagyu tomahawk ribeye was the star of the table. Tender, flavorful, and packed with that rich beefy taste you'd expect from a steak of that caliber. The garlic stuffed filet was incredibly tender and added another layer of flavor, while the New York strip had a great texture and a perfect mesquite grilled finish. The Gulf shrimp were cooked well and added a nice contrast to all the steak. Smoky, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides were excellent across the board. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, the cornbread was warm and comforting, the tallow fries were crispy and addictive, and the Brussels sprouts provided a nice balance to the feast. The restaurant itself has a true Texas atmosphere with a rustic upscale feel. Service was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel special. This wasn't just dinner. It felt like a Texas steakhouse experience from start to finish. Definitely one of the most memorable meals I've had in the Dallas area.

Burger had absolutely no flavor to the meat, chicken fried steak was a thin slice like you would see in a small diner and bland! corn bread had absolutely no hint of "corn bread flavor". The ribs tasted ok but they were average at best. Very overpriced, average food now. Stood at the bar for 5 min being ignored by the bartender even after we made eye contact several times and he knew I had a question (not busy at all). Instead he continued to talk to the couple in front of him and straight up dismissed my presence. I Finally walked over directly in front of the bar tender and asked for a price menu. They had a great selection but everything was marked up 200% on a pour, and that's 200% on TOP of what most restaurants already mark up. It's a shame.
