TERRIBLE experience one after the other. This place has low standards as far as customer service goes. The manger is gross, he pick his nose, eats wings behind the counter as customers are ordering and is not polite in the least. Never have I heard a please or a thank you from his mouth. But it was todays experience that prompted this long overdue complaint. I called in an order and was immediately put on hold for almost 3 minutes, when I returned from hold I was not thanked for holding, asked my name or for my order. I was coldly asked for my number, I repeated my order and even offered my name. The employee (with attitude) asked for my number again. I asked her to speak to the manager she said he wasn't there. Side note, in all the years I have placed phone order never have they called me to say my order was ready. Within minutes I was at the restaurant only to find the cook in the front of the restaurant smoking a cigarette. I asked him where was the manager and he said he would be in the store "later". I went into the store and confronted the cashier about her rude phone etiquette and she proceeded to argue with me in front of the few customer who were in the store. Claiming she placed me on hold because another customer came in to place an order. I thought I was a customer too and should have been attended to first since I called before the other customer walked in by her own admission. I've ordered a few times here. Not bad and not epic either. Three stars is probably a good rating for this joint. The front waiting area is kind of confusing. No one directing traffic so you are wondering if you are going to just have a seat first or order first. Wings are pretty good. The fries are also pretty good. You HAVE to get their fries as they are very fresh and goes perfect with their ranch! Stopped to grab some wings. While deciding what to order I watched the entire BOH staff prepare orders and touch food, inside of bags, etc without gloves. First off, Ive been a Wingstop loyalist for years. You cant go wrong with lemon pepper, hawaiian, garlic parm, or even mild. The fries are amazing, laced with salt & sugar, they are best fresh (dont try reheating later in the microwave). This particular location messed up my order my last visit by giving me the wrong flavor. I called the number on the reciept & the manager Jose apologized & told me he would replace the order free on my next visit. I got to try the 15 bbq flavor wings & they were ok, but even better because they were free! I was a little skeptical I would have trouble redeeming my 15 wings the next Sun., but I just asked for Jose & gave him my phone number & he was able to see his note in his computer. No problem at all.... I love this place! And the wings are excellent, dip them in ranch or blue cheese & enjoy! read more

I like the variety of wing flavors, and have never gotten anything that wasn't tasty. For sides, the Cajun corn and voodoo fries are a nice kick as well. And I don't expect chicken wings to be large since they are naturally small. Wish the service were better but seems to have improved recently. I hope the trend continues. read more

I can never complain about wingstop, their food is too good. Mango habenero is so delicious, that the pain you feel from eating it (it's hot) is so worth it. Buffalo hot is pretty good, but I really like louisiana rub and lemon pepper. Go on a monday or tuesday, and you can get like 20 boneless wings for around $13! 60 cent boneless is the best. Fries are also amazing.. People complain about the 18 minute wait... obviously they dont know that they are making them fresh and that's how long it takes. I give the food 5 stars. Always. The mango habanero boneless wings make me tear up with bliss. The fries cross my eyes. All that good stuff. The food will always keep me coming back. HOWEVER, I cringe when I come to this location because one of the cashiers who gave me my takeout one time would not let my hand go when I grabbed the bag to leave. He made deep eye contact with me and stroked my hand. I don't really see how that's appropriate. I have gone back at least four times since but I always make sure he puts the bag on the counter before I touch it. Creepy. read more

I used to not have any issues with my order, who's is almost always the same...10pc lemon pepper EXTRA WET and confirm more than once during ordering EXTRA WET!! The last 5/6 times I've gotten home with my order, the wings are more dry than not. How hard is it to make wings like they're ordered??? I don't really want to say that it's Wing Stop fault however Wingstop nor doordash wants to take responsibility. I ordered wings and it took over an hour and a half to get here when I called Wingstop they said that the order had been picked up the order didn't arrive however until an hour later. By the time they were here the fries were cold and the wings they were dry. So both Wingstop and doordash is responsible and they should do what they need to do to make sure their customers are happy. read more
