I really appreciate when a restaurant gets both the food and customer service right. Everything was handled with care, and my order was exactly what I asked for. When my food was ready, a gentleman at the front counter personally brought it to me, which I appreciated. My entire meal was very good. However, I will say that the fries I had on my previous visit were even better. They reminded me of Popeyes' Cajun fries, but with a flavor I enjoyed more. The fries I received this time were still good, but those first fries were easily five-star worthy on their own. I'm not a fan of coming to this area because it tends to be very crowded, but I'll gladly make the trip whenever I'm craving Bojangles or happen to be nearby, like I was today.

I ordered the hot honey option without realizing its a huge upcharge, because thats not listed anywhere on their menu. Dont ask me why hot honey constitutes an additional 5 bucks, but it does. I ordered medium spice; wasnt spicy at all and i do not have a particularly high threshold for spicy like some ppl do; i love it but i dont always handle it well, if that makes sense. So something dropped the ball there. Now to the most disappointing part: the chicken tender they used for my slider was the skinniest chicken strip id ever seen; so majority of the sandwich was eating the sides of the bun that only contained pickles and coleslaw. It was messy and RIDICULOUSLY PRICED for the tiny little skinny chicken strip that was dwarfed by a slider bun at that. This structure of sandwich made it impossible to keep the sandwich together and was super messy. I dont understand why the sliders in commercials and in their advertisements look more similar to a filet of chicken yet what I got was like a mcdonalds chicken strip. Super tiny gone in two bites. If the meat is way smaller than a slider bun; somethings wrong and youre getting ripped off. A better business model would be to just offer a standard size chicken sandwich with a filet and offer chicken strips as a separate option. Or maybe pound out the chicken tenders before frying so they fit the bun better. Something. The fries are of course several dollars extra and theyre ok. Seasoning was good but theyre literally not even handcut fresh in house; which youd think they would be and should be for the price. Literally just a bag of frozen ore ida crinkle cut fries; as generic and low quality you can possibly get from any chain. The flavor of everything was good; but not good enough portion of the chicken or quality of the fries to come anywhere near justifying the outrageous price. For the same amount of money you can get four to five nice normal sized chicken strips and handcut fresh fries at literally any other place that serves it; even sit down restaurants before tips. Daves needs to pull their heads out of their ass cause if they wanna charge what theyre charging; ppl have to see value in some capacity; and theyre falling way short but charging way too much. Sorry. :/ the chicken was really good tho; the 3 bites i got.

All three of different Bo's restaurants I tried, I found orderes were being held up waiting on chicken from the cook line. Maybe during busy times cooks should be dropping chicken constantly until the rush in over in order to fill orders in a timely manner. You still would be serving fresh hot and crispy chicken due to demand. Imagine how many more customers you could push through the system if you had chicken ready to fill orders. This location did have the best biscuits compared to the other two. The biscuits here were fresh and hot, like they just made them. At the other locations biscuts tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for hours and were very dried out and over cooked. Sweet tea was better at this location as well. It was the right sweetness and a litte stronger. Other two locations the tea was almost clear and barley sweet. This location is the best of the three I tried. I learned to go inside the restaurant to place a order because gas now days is too expensive to idle over 30 minutes in a drive thur. I do like the crispy crunch and hint of heat of the chicken. I'm not a fan of the sides but I haven't tried the mac & cheese yet, rumored to be good. Sweet tea was better here by far, but nothing special about it. HTO and QT have good sweet tea too.

Between an item not being available first thing in the day and having to return for something I had already paid for, this just wasn't a great first impression. The lemon basil is hands down the best flavor out of them all. The bright lemon and distinct basil flavors pair soooo well. The Maui Mama has a nice kick to it and I liked the occasional sweetness from the pineapple. It was a bit too salty for me, though. The Classic Carol didn't have much flavor. I would have liked more celery for a little crunch. But not bad for a basic chicken salad. I will definitely be back to try other flavors!

The mild flavor is...different. I give the sandwich a 5/10. The bun was a little hard and the coleslaw didn't add much flavor. The breading was thick and crispy but too thick. My daughter wasn't a fan of the country. But she liked that the chicken was juicy. The fries were the best part. Ordered well done but ours were soft. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and they made sure we were good to go throughout our visit. The food was great, and honestly, how can you beat a spot with good food and BYOB? Now to the important stuff: the food. The sides we got were pretty much what you would expect, but they definitely did not disappoint. The onion rings and fries were both crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. For sauces, we got the MC Comeback Sauce, which is similar to Thousand Island, their ranch, and our favorite, the White Garlic Sauce. The wings blew me out of the water. They were huge and definitely lived up to their name. One thing that can happen when you get wings this big is that they are either undercooked or dry on the inside, but that was completely the opposite here. All of the wings were seasoned well and incredibly juicy on the inside. The batter on the outside was exactly what you would expect from a Korean chicken wing: perfectly crunchy, even with all the sauce on top. We got the Cheesy Flake, Seoul Hot, and BBQ Soy Garlic, which we ranked from least favorite to favorite in that order. The sauces were not overly sweet like you see at some places, and they paired perfectly with the sides and wings. I will definitely be adding this place into my regular rotation. It definitely beats out a lot of the chains I usually go to, and I am looking forward to coming back more often to try some of the other items on the menu!
