A window to peek at the prep. Very clean and welcoming.

Very good. Glad to see them expand to our area. I've only had them once in a great while traveling outside the state. Nice to have the new choice. This particular location is super clean, still has that newness. It appears we just happened to show up when corporate was paying a visit so they were on all hands on deck, so it was especially good today. The service people are extra nice. At the end of the day, it's fast food chicken, but very good, southern style, comes off like the Carolinas to me. There's a neat viewing window to see them prepping the chicken, reminds me of old memories of Shakey's when you could watch 'em tossing the pizza. It's a nice touch to show you how clean and tidy the food area is. The food was great, the chicken strips style of batter reminds me of like that lumpy chicken fried steak style, a little spice worked in, VERY filling. I got 4 piece but I could have easily done with just 3. What I am most impressed with is the buscuits, which taste great and are "the real size", not those little bottlecap-sized crap most places get away with. I really like them! Anyway, a bit far from home to come regularly, but sometimes. Since they're expanding here in dfw, I hope we get one even closer in north Fort Worth! Great spot!

How have I not known about Bojangles. Makes Canes look like KFC! Those biscuits are delicious and that chicken is heaven.

Chicken strips, biscuit, side of Mac, dippin' sauce, and milkshake for $12.65

This is the furthest-west outpost in the US and A of the legendary chain from Charlotte. Having any connection with Charlotte makes me instantly fond of the person, place, or thing. So I was more than a little surprised as I was driving from the airport in the D side of DFW into the FW side of DFW and saw a sign for Bojangles off of the highway going the wrong way back into the D side. This seemed way too far west for a Bojangles chain, just like when the first In and Out opened in Texas this felt way too far east for it to come, at first, but then I learned how much Anthony Bourdain loved In and Out and I felt a lot better about that situation. I mentally bookmarked this Bojangles location for a later day I was going to be wearing my Charlotte FC t-shirt, since that would be the anointed day. The anointed day came later after a rope drop morning at Six Flags where about half of the thrill rides were broken down and it was well past 100 degrees out so there was no reason to stay out in the heat and sun any longer. By the time I rolled up at Bojangles the drive-through lanes (they have two, which is s-m-r-t!) were empty, but the store was busier with walk-ins. Since I had my air conditioning and Joshua Bassett's The Golden Years going in the car I decided to utilise the sensible modernist drive-through rather than parking, walking in, waiting, and walking out to a hot car. Since the drive-through was empty the voice on the speakerbox instantly hit me the second I crossed the threshold of the drive-through vicinity. That is good service for their drive-through team to be that on top of service even when it is not busy or at peak rush. I needed a minute to review the "limited" menu that others have referenced in their reviews, as this is not the full menu you get in Charlotte or at other places more traditionally considered to be Bojangles-country in the deep fried south. Once I had my order ready the sentient speakerbox was ready to take it and I pulled around to the first window. The young lady was pleasant and efficient. Then I rolled up to the second window. The young man handing me the order was very pleasant and wanted me to enjoy my order. Since I was staying in a hotel I had to bother him to ask for a fork or some type of plastic implement to eat the mac and cheese with. Without an attitude he went to go get me a spork and delivered with a smile. I don't know much about Euless, but this is the good, friendly/neighbourly service you would expect out of one of the Charlotte locations. In exchange for $12.65 I acquired some chicken strips, a honey mustard dipping sauce, a biscuit, a side of Country Mac's famous mac and cheese, and a vanilla milkshake. A review of the Euless Bojangles in four acts today. Chicken strips - perfectly breaded, moist chicken, but WAY too heavy on the spices. You could tell this was Tejas and not North Carolina. This was way too heavy of a hand on spices. We wanted chicken, not torture. Tone it down on the spice level por favor. Honey mustard dipping sauce - it has high fructose corn syrup so this is really not worth spending much time on, it is not real food and if you care about that sort of thing you are definitely not in your underpants reading my reviews about fried chicken joints in DFW right now. Biscuit - they are known for their biscuits. I am not a bread person but I did admire the sturdy, sensible build of this biscuit. Mac and cheese - now we are talking. Slightly salty, sensual, flavourful, this is the moment right here. Best side that Bojangles makes in this or any other state. Vanilla milkshake - I drink your milkshake!! Far and away the highlight of the meal. This is how you make a milkshake. You can taste the vanilla. It is cold, tasty, and absolutely decadent. I would drive back here from Fort Worth just for the milkshake. After I sweated out a lot of body weight on the Titan earlier in the day it only made sense to replace those electrolytes from fast food and nothing else. The line was too long at In and Out for that shake, so Bojangles came in clutch and on the anointed day to pair Charlotte's own fried chicken magick (now available in Euless) with my Charlotte FC shirt.

Shout out to Bridget!! She made this visit 4 stars! Super friendly and accommodating, and I saw her being that way with all the customers she interacted with. Maybe I came on a good day, seeing as how quite a few people have had issues with the customer service here. I came around 11a and it was a little busy, but my order was immediately taken. I ordered the chicken sandwich with an order of fries and side of buffalo sauce. Everything was fresh and delicious. The chicken sandwich was really good, there was a nice sized chicken filet and very crispy. The fries are just ok, but they were fresh. This chicken taste similar to Popeye's to me, just mildly saltier. I've also had the chicken breakfast biscuit which was way better than Chik Fil A, the biscuit was buttery and fresh, chicken well seasoned. I wish I had a Bojangles closer to me, it's a place I'd regularly go to for sure

After early Sunday service we needed a morning snack before the BBQ later today. Glad we stopped pulled into the drive thru and received top notch service and hot fresh food.

Is it hit or miss? Not sure, first time coming here it was excellent. The food was good, nicely flavored all the sides came out hot and ready, good service but very inattentive. Tenders were delicious. Crispy and moist. Downside is you have to pay for sauces which sucks. You only get one sauce and then have to pay extra if u need more. 2nd time went here food was not as good, maybe cause it was night time compared to afternoon? Chicken tasted stale and old, like old oil. But better service, they actually let you know you can substitute the biscuit for boo biscuits for like 50 cents. Overall it was good, but try to go early in the day.

two big cups of ranch. Love that they arent stingy with the sauce.

I came here for a second time. I like bojangles but I still don't understand why the Texas locations only have tenders. That kills me inside but luckily their tenders are actually good. But STILL... we want the fried chicken on the menu please. However, I ordered the three piece combo with dirty rice and ranch. I like their dirty rice. Its simple and not overly seasoned but still a good flavor. The tenders were good per usual. I like that they have a seasoning unlike some others. I also tried the peach cobbler. The peach cobbler wasn't bad in flavor. I prefer a regular crust instead of the biscuit, but it was still pretty good. I think next time ill get the blueberry biscuits for dessert. The lemonade is really good too. Not too sweet and not too tart. It was just right. Service was great and the lady at the drive thru was really sweet and nice. I ate the food in my car and had a good lil lunch just vibing out. I hope to see some locations open up on the far north side of dallas soon instead of all in the same area like they are. Also, bring us the full menu please bojangles.

Update: I finally made it for lunch, the chicken sandwich is so GOOD! The fries were hot, and seasoned very well. There are several other things I want to try, but for now, I'm a happy camper. Alright, I first visited Bojangles when I visited North Caroline earlier in the year. I had the breakfast chicken sandwich, I did not enjoy it. When I heard they were moving to Texas, the interest to try it again wasn't there, but I took a chance and am happy I did.

I've been hearing about Bojangles for years and one finally opened up in my area And it totally lived up to the hype. I mean we truly loved everything we had, but I would have to say our favorite was the bo-berry biscuits. In other words if you go and have yourself a meal at Bojangles be sure to finish it up with some Bo Berry biscuits. (Bo Berry biscuits! Bo Berry biscuits! Bo Berry biscuits!) Other than that there's not a whole lot to say because as I previously mentioned everything was amazing... Oh wait there is one other thing, If anyone from Bojangles is reading this, this particular location is an 80 minute round trip for me and my family so Please! open a location closer to me, maybe like in the Terrell or Forney area which is on a more Eastern wing of Dallas *Poor *Decent *Good *Great *Best *JLFoodie Certified Food. Best Service. Best Cleanliness. Best Consistency. Best Variety. Good Value. Good

The Supreme Sub on white is stacked with tender, flavorful Halal meats, crisp veggies, and fresh bread -- all sliced and prepared only after you order, so every bite tastes unbelievably fresh. This isn't fast food; it's quality, crafted comfort. The Turkey Club easily earns second place on my list, and the fries? Perfectly golden, kissed with salt and pepper, and downright addictive. The shop itself is small and quiet, with owners who are warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating -- the kind of place that makes you feel like family. And don't miss their sister spot, Big Guys Chicken & Rice. From hearty platters to flavorful wraps, every dish is another winner. If you're craving food that's fresh, satisfying, and made with care, Big Guys is where you need to be.

My boyfriend loved the chop cheese 5/5 I was not a fan of the chicken Caesar wrap because the texture of the chicken is off. It was tough and chewy and made me lose my appetite completely. Aside from that aspect the actual taste of the Caesar salad was good. 3/5 My daughter had the same issue with the chicken sandwich, she wasn't a fan because of that. The fries are basic, some were crunchy with a soft inside and some were very hard. 2/5 I am not sure we will return as the food is basic for an expensive price. I would suggest they at least offer some type of combo option to include a side and drink.

Low value and chintzy earns Captain D's my "NOT Recommended" designation…read more I recognize that this location just recently opened, but the employees were clearly overwhelmed and under trained. At lunch time I would expect adequate staffing, especially immediately after their grand opening. This restaurant's food service fell well short of expectations. The food was poor quality at premium prices. The fish fillets tasted similar to Long John Silvers, but at a fraction of the size. The hush puppies were traditional. Unfortunately, I can't find anything complimentary to say about anything else. The stuffed crab was tiny and pasty. The shrimps were shrimpy, as in small, and over cooked. The fried okra was soggy, and the corn on the cob looked like it may have been cooked last week. But, none of that gets under my skin as quickly as doling out ketchup a few tiny squeeze packages at a time as though it's a rare and valuable commodity. It's a freakin condiment for pete's sake! To top it all off, I had one order made to go, and we found out much later that it wasn't made correctly. The ambiance is a smart and clean fast food restaurant with limited seating. It appears to seat maybe 25 customers. As cramped as the dining area is, it appears that the service and kitchen area is even worse. I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish by restricting the footprint like that. So, my experience at Captain D's fell well short of a earning my recommendation and continued patronage. In my opinion the word "chintzy" best describes every aspect of this restaurant.

It was one of those places you just kept going back to because the food was consistently great and it felt like a true Chicago institution. So when Portillo's finally came to Texas, I was thrilled. Let's start with the star of the show...the Italian Beef with hot peppers. It's incredible. Order it dipped and you will be in food heaven. And if you really want the ultimate Chicago move, make it a combo by adding the Maxwell Street sausage. That combination is absolute perfection. Messy, bold, and ridiculously good. Of course, the Chicago-style hot dogs are outstanding too. Just make sure you order it the right way and "drag it through the garden." That means the full lineup of toppings, just like they do in Chicago. It's the real deal. The sides are fantastic as well. The crinkle-cut fries are always solid, and the onion rings are super crispy and addictive. If you're trying to behave a little, the chopped salad is my wife's favorite. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and honestly one of the best salads you'll get anywhere. And here's the surprise for people who haven't tried it...the hamburger is fantastic. Big, meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. I'll say it plainly. It's better than just about any fast-food or fast-casual burger out there. Bottom line...Portillo's isn't just another restaurant. It's a Chicago legend that delivers every single time. I'm glad Texas finally got the memo.
