Had an amazing time at Bellwether in Chinatown! Highlights: All-You-Can-Eat KBBQ - seriously delicious, fresh, and flavorful; the meats were perfectly marinated Variety - so many options, from beef and pork to tasty sides Atmosphere - lively and fun, perfect for groups or a feast If you love KBBQ, this place is an absolute must-try!

Review update. Came back to this spot a year later. This time earlier and got to really explore the menu. It is way better than i thought. Tried the wagyu beef toro and the thin sliced short ribs along with the lamb chops. All three of these were outstanding. Going to bring some friends back here before i leave town

It's a solid choice for all you can eat kbbq in Seattle. We love coming back because Groupon always has a deal, the price comes with the hot bar which has chicken wings, noodles, taro ball, and fried spring rolls, and they have a soft serve machine. I don't know what they do with the fried chicken wings at the hot bar but they are always so juicy and I love dipping it with the house chili sauce that is also at the hot bar. The cheapest option comes with kalbi on the menu which is great. They recently added more options on the menu such as kimchi soup and steamed egg which is great, but the soup was pretty salty. You also grab corn cheese, lettuce, mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion from the bar to grill if you wish. If you love beer, they also have $1 refills. I only come here on the weekends and it gets pretty packed. They're also pretty understaffed so service can be slow. The waiting area has tea and snacks and they're often out of snacks. You order from a tablet once seated and sometimes I need to order the same thing multiple times before it gets to our table. The hot bar also runs out of things often when it's busy. The quality of the meat is average, nothing exceptional, but I've only ever gotten the cheapest option (option A). Overall, it's a cheap option in the city with a good variety when I'm craving kbbq.

This place has solid Korean barbecue. It's not the best but it gets the job done for the price. It's not super bad considering it's in Seattle, but the meats were nothing special. We got their basic option, which was option a I think it's honestly good enough, especially if you don't care that much about premium meats. The service here is a bit slow, but I think they might be a bit understaffed, considering how spotty was. This place does get pretty busy though as we waited for 20 minutes to get seated

friends and i were happy with this place! there was a good amount of selection for the A menu. Theres also a good amount of things at the salad bar. I was surprised to see dessert available as well. I didn't get to try their beef bone soup, but it looked pretty good as well

Aight so we were originally trying to get into happy lamb for a late xmas dinner, but the line was wayyyyyy too long so we "settled" for bellwether. But sheeeeeeit I'm glad we did! I've always seen/heard about this place but never had the opportunity to try it out. There are two different options for AYCE: "regular" vs "premium" (think wagyu options). We opted for the regular option A + AYCE beers, which were $8.99 for the first one and then $1.00 for each additional glass (fam I had 7!). Total per person after a 20% tip was around $55-70 depending on how much ya drank hahaha. Service was great! All the employees were super busy especially since it was a holiday... but they were all super kind and efficient. The quality of the meats was ok. Not the best, but also I've had worse elsewhere (but again, perhaps the premium option had better cuts, too). I believe we were limited to ordering 5 items with a 10minute lockout in between orders. Honestly not sure if there's an actual time limit for the meal either. But yeah! I'd def recommended checking em out. I'm def chancing their premium option next time!

It was our first time here and it was just ok. Self service food area was very dirty, they were out of rice for almost 30min. Not sure if I will be back.

The marinated beef. Yum!

Welcome to my favorite KBB spot the city has to offer! So many amazing protein options to choose from at a really great price. Service is quick and friendly, and helpful (if it's your first time). A hot bar of yummy bites, sauces, and soft serve are just a few steps away from your own sizzling grill. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Perfect for feastful date night or large parties.

Improved experience the last couple of times we've gone. Corina and Sabrina have been great, quick, and attentive. Surprisingly everyone had a birthday the day my family and I went therefore there were back to back happy birthday songs and everyone was singing along. The self service counter is always amazing, a big improvement in getting our sides, all you can drink beer is always great. The hostess is always kind.

overall great place to go to for a casual dining went here two years ago and came back and it still was what i remembered. like infatuations said, the meats are nothing special or no like marinade that's over the top, but gets the job done. we got the premium this time and enjoyed it. i would say if you do do the premium, look on the groupon and save yourself $30. the pickled radish was probably the best thing out there and paired with the brisket sauce. the staff was a little bit spotty, but that's probably because there are like 4 people attending like 30 tables for dinner. would come back and would recommend others to come here

I walked in and decided to give them a shot. Try something easy ..I got the wonton soup with egg noodles.. the broth was umami and garlicky, and warmed up my soul. The wontons were nice and tender, flavored with shrimp and pork. It was like a warm hug. Hit the spot! Second, I ordered the crispy spicy fish. It was an extraordinary presentation even my Chef friend was delighted to see the culinary expertise of the Chef. And it was also very reasonably priced. The service was excellent. They were very welcoming. The decor of the restaurant is super upscale. It looks like a fancy club. This would be a great place to bring a first date. He offered great menu suggestions and shared the story behind the restaurant--his brother designed the space, and he built it with the help of friends, which made the experience feel even more special. The menu is Thai-forward with a few standout dishes from other Asian cuisines mixed in thoughtfully. The décor is gorgeous--an elevated, glamorous tribute to the water buffalo that feels bold yet refined. We ordered the Miang Kham, Crying Tiger, and Mango Salad. I always order Miang Kham when I see it since it's such a rare find, and this one was excellent. The Crying Tiger was tasty but came out more well done than the medium-rare we ordered. That said, we still finished it because the dipping sauce was fantastic and the purple-and-white sticky rice was delicious. The Mango Salad was beautifully prepared with shredded mango that had just the right crunch and tartness. Generous portions served. Even during a busy late afternoon, the chef handled guests with ease and a big smile, serving beautifully executed dishes and cocktails. Very impressive. We'll definitely be bringing friends here next time we're in Seattle. Tip: They do true Thai spice levels here--proceed with caution."

Everything was delicious, noodles, bok choy, and the broth was killer. I drained it after I ate everything. Staff was really great and helpful, we had a kid in our party and they had no problem making a spiced up order of their kids noodles. I booked a reservation weeks out and we got our party of nine right in for brunch on a Sunday. We just loved the vibe of this place from the moment we arrived. The decor. The ultra friendly staff who greeted us and sat us at our table. And I always love an open kitchen in the dining room. This was the last meal with family before we headed back home to Hawaii later that evening. So the goal was to order as many dishes as possible and share share share. We ordered the Tower of Chengdu Wings, Japanese Zosui, Burmese Laphet Thoke salad, Caribbean Pineapple Cornbread, World Butter Board and Beirut Hummus. Talk about a dance party on your palate. Every dish was so flavorful, thoughtfully prepared and so damn tasty. Broke da mout to be exact. The wings were amazing and packing heat with Thai chilies all over. I avoided the chilies and devoured the chicken. Yum. I loved the Burmese tea salad, cornbread and hummus. The World Butter Board is a must if you're in the mood. They have a great selection of cocktails and beers too. The Kat Chai was refreshing and delicious...and the Rupee Beer Basmati Rice Lager was something I never had before. That was really nice as well with the meal. After we finished our meal we couldn't help but notice all of the different collectibles displayed in the wall. This character with big red hair caught my wife's attention. She was excited to find out they actually made shirts with the character on it...so we also left with some Nue swag. Once seated and the rest of the party arrived the service was quick and courteous. I ordered the "chicken and waffle", friends had the "sunny bunny" and the French tacos. Shared the corn bread. Chicken was super yummy! The sichuan pepper sure was tingly and the generous sprinkle of birdseye chili on top was giving enough heat to make the coffee a little uncomfortable. And no, that's not a bad thing, quite the opposite. Cornbread is almost impossible to cut without turning into a head of crumbles, but the flavor is on point. Note: the "topped with coconut shavings" is an understatement. There's almost as much coconut as corn here. So if you're not a huge fan of coconut you may want to steer clear. The place is hustling and bustling, and there is little space between the tables, but while seated you don't mind; the noise level is ok and your conversations don't carry between tables. Been quite a while since I was here last, and as with every time I do I wonder why I don't come more often... Great place.

Back to my rave: this place is comfy and a great place to just sit in when it's chilly outside. There's a comfy couch near the entrance, many knickknacks strewn around the inside and it's brightly lit to the point where you feel like you're at home instead of a cafe. The owner of the place is very sweet and welcoming, and the pastries shown around the area looked so delicious. For this visit, my friend and I got the Thai green tea latte, key lime tea, egg tart and a slice of tiramisu crepe cake. The egg tart was warm and yummy, and quite big too so it has a mochi-like layer inside it. The tiramisu crepe cake had tons of layers of crepe and cream along with the tiramisu powder sprinkled on top. This was creamy, delightful and calming all around, that's how good this cake was! My key lime tea is a mix of Thai tea and fresh lime juice, and I'm surprised that neither part interfered with each other too much given one is sweet and the other relatively sour. The Thai green tea latte was just as great to drink. This place is so cozy and cute, and the owner gave us great service.
