It was smooth, cozy, and somehow tasted like a hug but also woke me up like I had responsibilities. This was much needed after we landed from cold Chicago, like "hey girl"! I told him we'd never return, and his wife loudly said from behind the counter inside, "Good!" and "We lost a customer because of you all!" The level of pettiness and hostility was shocking -- especially after we'd already spent a significant amount of money there. This place is run by owners who clearly do not like families, do not understand hospitality, and do not treat customers with even basic respect. There are plenty of places in St. Augustine that are warm, welcoming, and kind. This is absolutely not one of them.
