It is made in a commercial kitchen most likely brought up from Orlando. The Mallorca bread rolls look nothing like they do on the island. This place has a yellow bread color to them on the inside. The cream in the middle saved the day and was delish with the bread. We felt it was expensive for the entrees and in Jax it would be far less expensive. Shortly after, we went back inside to see if it was ready, it was. We had it bagged up "for to go". We took it back to our BNB place to enjoy the pretzel. Here's why they get minus two stars. It was so skinny and small! I thought it was a joke. But, while I was in the restroom washing up, the lady told Ernie, "I tried to find the biggest one in the bunch". So, it's out of her control. I blame this on the Owner, who ever he or she might be. If you're going to charge $5.00 or more for a pretzel, serve a decent one please! I will come back, but not for a pretzel. We were celebrating my sister, so we ordered a bunch of fun drinks and sheepishly asked if it was okay to just finish them while they closed up. They didn't just say it was fine--they made us feel completely at home! Here is why you absolutely must stop in if you are in the area: The Drinks: We had a blast tasting everyone's orders. My Lavender Lemonade was completely on the money--exactly what I needed on a sweltering day! The Amazing Staff: Ashlynn was an absolute doll. She was so sweet and accommodating, even at the very end of her shift. Above-and-Beyond Hospitality: The owner, Mike, is simply awesome.
