I stopped here again today for a late lunch and was once again very impressed with this Arby's. Angela helped me download the app so I could order on line, which gave me some great savings. She was very kind and patient, even though they were busy at the time! The dining area was clean and the condiment station clean and well stocked. Be sure to check your order well before driving away. I asked for no Arby's red sauce. I looked thru the order and saw the sticker on the top of the lid "special" and it was explicitly stated on the receipt *NO RED RANCH. I thought for sure I was good. Nope. My sandwich is absolutely soaked. It has so much red sauce it soaked thru the bread and into the box so much so the box is falling apart. I can't scrape it off. No salvaging the bottom bread. It went in the trash. $7 for this sandwich and I had to throw half of it away. Should have been simple...Bread, meat, cheese. Done. Guess not. read more

Ok. I'm not one to believe all the hype you see in commercials ... you know .." we got the meat". So anyway , I made the mistake of ordering the wagyu burger Arby's is pimping in all their ads. Beyond a doubt this was /is the worst burger I've ever had. I know there's no real truth in advertising,but come on Arby's. What I ordered wasn't anywhere near the picture in the ads. Lukewarm burger ,8 pieces of stringy lettuce. Sauce everywhere , and for good measure --left the bacon off. I paid entirely too much for such a nasty burger. My birthday is coming up and every year around this time I sign up for free stuff from various restaurants and fast food joints. My quest is to eat for absolutely free for an entire week. So far, I've only been able to hit 3 square meals/snacks in 5.5 out of 7 days. Yes, I'm easily entertained. Arby's didn't offer anything FREE but they did send me a "Buy a sandwich and get fries and a drink" coupon, so I came here to use it. It's fast food and there's your breakdown of how it was. But what works for me about this Arby's is the wonderful sunlight that spills in through the many huge windows. It's a very attractive setting and, during my stay, a pretty clean one too. However, all Arby's stores could look like this because this is the only one I've ever been to and wouldn't know how to compare. If they'd actually promoted free birthday meals, they might've made it to 4 stars because I like not paying for stuff. read more

They tend to forget things if you go through the drive-thru so be sure to double check before driving off! Their sanitation score of 94 should say it all. I'm thinking Arby's?? Maybe not! Stopped in to visit with an old friend. Saw a display for their 'new' Andes mint shake so grabbed one. Thing was AWESOME! It could have used a spoon with it as the mint pieces makes the shake thicker than usual. I hesitated with the three-star and almost went with two due to a staff member outside taking a break.... smoking right by my window and spraying what I assumed was insect spray on the eaves above him. And then not a few minutes later he was gone and spotted back in the kitchen. I sure hope he washed his hands. Other than the above, the staff at the counter was friendly and the place looked pretty clean. If I happen to be back in the area I'd stop by if not just for that mint shake. read more

You know the commercial for GHRN syndrome? Yeah - I've been having a craving for a Reuben and thought I'd check it out. Well, my Gotta Have a Reuben Now craving was fixed to - I wish I didn't get that Reuben because it really doesn't measure up. Also, I recently tried the angus philly cheesesteak - no thank you to that too... way too salty and the toasted bread was burnt - so I'm trying to figure out if they tried to hide the burnt bread with the condiments or by overseasoning the sandwich. Wow, I have had positive experiences here in the past, not so recently. Went in for lunch and the operation seemed in complete disarray. Several people in front of me waiting for someone to take our orders. One person behind the counter trying to take orders, ever so slowly and painfully. Behind me were 5 additional people waiting to give orders. Four additional people had paid for their orders were waiting for those orders to be completed. About 12 min. passed and no progress was made to get closer to ordering food. Amazingly everybody was STILL waiting to get their food or get somebody to take their orders. I left my position in line as did 2 other customers followed me out the door without any food. As I stated, complete disarray, I would have been somewhat happier if someone would have made an attempt to acknowledge me, those in front or in back of me or those somewhat patiently waiting for the food they paid for! No such luck...Clearly, no management is noticing such conditions. I will not be back! read more

Ridiculous. I waited a good 5 minutes before the lady came to take my order. At the time I was the only one there. She made eye contact 3 times but kept talking with her coworker. Once I ordered a classic and curly fries I stepped aside thinking it would only be a minute. She gave 4 people who came in and ordered after me their order before finally handing me a bag (I ordered eat in). I sat down with my bag and realized it was the wrong food! I went back up and she took it from me and handed it to another lady. They hadn't even made my food! Finally made mine, still bagged it and tossed it at me. Honestly, I am so disappointed that I had to leave a review. There isn't an arby's close by my house so my boyfriend and I rarely get to go even though it is my favorite fast food place. Tonight we decided we wanted to drive a little further to satisfy our craving for arbys. Though the lady helping us was polite, our order was wrong when we got home. I am so upset because she even repeated back the correct order over the drive thru speaker. We planned our schedule and quick meal with our diet and other errands. We live a way out in the country and it is somewhat of a drive to get to Arbys in Apex. I ordered a salad and roast beef sandwich. After prepared, we had to ASK for a knife and folk, except they didn't have any forks and assumed a spoon was fine for salad. As well, my diet doesn't allow white bread so I cut it up and eat with a fork. After complaining, they said they wouldn't have any forks until Wednesday (it is Sunday). The staff and shift manager seemed like it was my problem and apathetic. So I asked was I supposed to go buy my own fork? Geez. They forgot to order forks they said, well if they are OUT of forks it shows people NEED forks. Couldn't they just drive across the highway to Walmart and buy some forks?? I asked why they didn't tell me they had no forks when I ordered my food, especially when I ordered salad. They didn't seem to care. Poor level of customer service, poor training. A staff member said, "we didn't know we were out!" and I replied, " you cannot run a business like that". The shift manager asked "do you want your money back?" Yes, and no. I'd already looked up the menu and aspects to fit my diet online before we headed out. So no. We drove 30 minutes back home, where we had plenty of drinks (but had paid for drink) and in 102 degree temps, all the ice was melted anyway. Waste of my time, and my gas, and my money.
