Fresh and hot food, as if it was made to order just for us. Ordered through the drive through so I did not get to see the inside. Speedy order and our order was correct. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Free Birthday rewards meal. Club Combo.

It's alright enough. I'm pretty sure the prices were reasonable, but I didn't check. I only went in there for the free birthday meal, which was great because it was free. It really is your average Zaxby's. I went in, gave up my BD coupon and ordered the Cajun Club sandwich with fries and a drink. Did I mention it was free? Oh, and it was my birthday too. They didn't say happy birthday or anything. And they KNEW it was my birthday because I said so. Anyway, I'd totally go back there for free food. The sandwich tasted good, the drink was there and the fries were good enough. If i were to complain, I'd say that the drink area gets clogged too easily with people. I sat at my table watching folks just waiting in line for sodas like it was a bus stop. Did I mention it was my birthday?

Enough sauce for 6 out of the 10 fingers.

I ordered drive-through. I ordered 10 fingers with buffalo sauce. Then the question came do you want them coated or do you just want dipping sauce. I asked for coated. Then I got the price announced to me which was three dollars higher than the menu price. I questioned the three dollar difference. He told me if they coat them there's a fee for that or I can just get dipping sauce and it's the price on the menu. Check out the picture, I ordered the dipping sauce and got two little janky containers full of what appears to be and taste just like franks red hot sauce just like Hardee's does. Wow Zaxby's is really falling off.

It looks clean. The guy seemed unsure regarding menu choices. However, our wing basket was ok -,this is a self serve eatery - order and pay at the counter- get your drinks from a fountain. It seems like ban upscale fast food eatery. I plan to revisit and order something else that may suit me better.

Zaxby's a good fast food chicken option, similar to Chick-Fil-a. I like the tenders and the wings. The sandwiches are not my favorite due to the toppings options ( I'm kinda picky ). The service is quick. Most meals come with crinkle fries, which I'm sure are of the frozen variety but they're not bad. Fresh brewed tea and one of the fancy soda machines where you can pick many options. I love the ice - little cylindrical pellets.

The best chicken strip in Raleigh! The chicken finger dinner comes with your choice of sauce (I recommend the Zaxby sauce) or a very tasty hot sauce, french fries and slaw. The sweet iced tea is really something as well, delicious! The only thing I found wrong with my recent Vista (which was actually a bit funny, was a coat hook was installed upside-down and the side of a booth ;) Five stars.

I always stop by for chicken fingers when I drive on Six Forks Road. Their fries are addictive too.

"Consistency Matters"…read more The food is delish, let's start there. This hasn't been on my bingo card for a while and boo hoo! The garden pizzette and chicken shawarma are fan favorites for a reason. Chicken Shawarma is a (IMO) well seasoned cinnamon forward profile that delivers a tender chew. Don't let the cinnamon description deter you. The flavor is complex, savory, and very good! The garden pizzette is delicious. The perfect mixup of feta, mint, tomato, and cucumber...Chef's Kiss (dip in hummus and/or tzatziki for that extra, extra added flavor). We also loved the tzatziki/lebnah sauce. Perfect balance for our Americanized palate. My biggest complaint, would be consistency. I ordered twice in one week. Each meal was delicious, but noticeable different. Not a huge factor, but one I thought worth mentioning. Bread was whole wheat ... cool/ not a problem .. but also not my preference. All in all, a darn good meal! Sold side options. Fast casual Mediterranean/Lebanese : 4.5

I was going to be closer to the Raleigh location this past month so I decided to go to the Raleigh location and see if they could do the same as cary. I went in and asked a young man he said that should not be a problem for me to put in my catering orders and then have my payment done a certain way at the register, as they usually do, in cary. I placed my order and got to the register and then the very nice girl that was there was going to ring me up. She wasn't sure how to manually enter my credit card information that I needed to give, so she asked what I'm going to assume was her manager or whoever was in charge that day? The woman turned around and looked at me as if I walked in and started in her face. Her face was so disgusted, twisted up, and snarled with disapproval. She asked me, with a huge attitude, "what was going on here?". I politely explained the situation, which is that, at the Cary location our company pays over the phone when I arrive. I handed her the phone to give her the credit card information and she was speaking to my boss (who is a very world-renowned doctor) about the payment info. She was so rude to him and said "well usually we don't do this but we'll do it this time". I informed her that from now on, since it was such a problem we will gladly go to the other location or just another restaurant in general. The younger people at the register were extremely friendly and polite and really made this experience the most positive thing from this whole trip to this location. As I was leaving the female who had the attitude earlier did say that she " was sorry, and that she just didn't know what she was walking into". At this point, I really did not care about an I'm sorry, because I will never go back to this location. I don't care who or what she is, but if she doesn't know what she's walking into, then the best idea for her(if she had any business or common sense)would be to approach it in a professional manner and not with a stank attitude. I have worked in doing catering sales, amahing businesses, throwing events, and ordering multiple catering orders for other businesses that I run. I have never and would never, approach anyone like this if I was uncertain of any situation. It puts a really bad look on their whole concept. I have already talked to multiple people about this and told all the physicians that I work with. I have also discussed this encounter with other people who do multiple orders for catering and other event networking groups. I will never be ordering from this location again. I hope whatever they do, they get it right, and start hiring people who appreciate having a job, to make sure that no one else feels so turned off by someone like this. I'm only giving a two stars for the Friends League kids that were at the counter and at the cash register

The protein bowl comes with a habanero dressing and I don't like spicy quite as much as he does so I changed to tomatillo vinaigrette. It was absolutely delicious! There are tables located inside and outside of the business to dine in after you order your food. When I entered the business I was greeted & asked if I was picking up a to-go order. After viewing the menu I chose to create my own bowl. All of the ingredients are already prepared and chosen as you walk along the display of food and toppings. I got jasmine rice as my base and added herb roasted chicken, hot black beans, corn, tomatoes, feta cheese, pico, tortilla crunch with the avocado cilantro dressing. The ingredients tasted fresh and I got large pieces of chicken. The bowl was filling. The beans were low in quantity when the server was preparing my bowl but instead of changing out the container the clerk drained the juice off the beans to fill my bowl. I asked for a cup of water and was charged 50 cents for it. I was also charged $1.00 for cheese. I don't mind paying for the items but I feel like I should be told that there is a charge for these items.

I've been desperately wanting to try this place since I heard it was coming to Raleigh, so when a…read morefriend and I found ourselves leaving a nearby event and looking for dinner, I jumped at the chance to try it. TLDR: I was so disappointed! The vibe is cool, and the hostess was sweet as can be. But our waiter started off rough when we asked him what the sauce on the shrimp bao was and he looked at us blankly and said he really didn't know how to describe it. We eventually figured out that it should be analogous to bang bang sauce, so we ordered those, the brisket bao, & the potstickers to share, plus we each got a taco (shrimp for her and tuna for me). We also ordered the strawberry basil rum-based cocktail to share. The cocktail was ok to me and unpalatable to her - it didn't have even a hint of discernible basil flavor. It tasted like the strawberry daiquiris my parents made in the early 90s except poured over ice instead of frozen. It was fine, but not worth the price to me. Then it was on to the bao. They were both weirdly moist on one side, like they had been sitting on the plate too long. The filling was good, but eating the bun was like eating wet bread. We ate the filling and left the buns (disappointing for the price!). The shrimp is fried and the sauce was good. I was surprised to prefer the brisket - it is quite spicy, though! Next we tried the potstickers. They were decent but nothing outstanding. I am no potsticker aficionado but they seemed very similar to the fried dumplings at Bul Box... but more expensive and less tasty. Last were the tacos. My friend took one bite of hers and made a weird face before placing it back on the plate and pushing it away - she said it just was not good. I saved my tuna poke lettuce wrap taco for last because it sounded so good, and the waiter had pronounced it the best thing on the menu when I ordered it. It was the biggest disappointment of the night. It wasn't wrapped at all; it was just a piece of lettuce with toppings piled on it. The lettuce was too floppy and wilted to use it as a taco. There was too much of whatever was wet in the toppings - there was literally a wet puddle around it. There were so many green onions in it I couldn't even pick them all out (they are not in the menu description, and I hate them). And the tuna, while beautiful in appearance, was variable in quality. Some chunks were great; some chunks had a weird texture like the stuff you cut off of chicken when you're cleaning it. And some was so fishy I had to spit it out. I estimate I ate about half of it. So overall, some things were good, some things were not, and some were in between. I'd give it 2.5 stars if I could but I rounded up. At a lower price point I'd be more forgiving, perhaps. But I won't seek it out again.
