You can tell from looking at Jeremiah's shop that he really enjoys his work. Computer parts and test equipment are everywhere, along with a series of cool looking modified cases that would do well as an art display. If you bring in a broken computer or laptop, Jer will sit down with you and discuss the possible causes of the malfunction. He will then help you find the cheapest sources of any replacement parts that you might need. Once the parts arrive at his shop, repairs are completed in a timely manner. Jer will also build you a high quality custom PC, if you are in the market for one. read more

I'm not too tech-savvy when it comes to computers, but even I knew I had a serious problem with my Acer computer when I just couldn't get it to operate, after only having it for just over a year. Jeremiah and Apogee Computer Tech was recommended to me by a friend and it was the BEST recommendation I've ever received from anyone. Jeremiah and his team know their stuff and had my computer operating in no time...and as far as pricing goes, I couldn't have been more happy. Great work at a great price isn't all that common these days, so I wanted to spread the good word about Apogee! And yes, I've already recommended Apogee & Jeremiah to several of my friends and coworkers!!! read more

PC was having problems turning on. Went to other PC repair shops & they couldn't identify the problem and were charging for the extra diagnostics. Jeremiah & his techs figured out the problem before i could even explain what was wrong. My PC was fixed quickly and the price for the repair was cheaper than any quote i got from other places. Definitely recommend coming here for any problems. You will leave with a happy wallet & more knowledge on how to prevent future problems. read more

Went in with busted/malfunctioning USB ports in my laptop. Nicole did some research and found a "hidden" port that I could just connect to a splitter. 1) the other computer store I took it to a year ago failed to give me this information so i just continued to suffer using the crappy ports (didn't want to pay for repairs at the time) 2) instead of charging me for a job I didn't really need (for which I was completely prepared to pay for), Nicole was HONEST, fixed my problem, and I didn't have to pay anything! I will definitely be going to Apogee for any computer problems I have in the future and I fully recommend this business to anyone else. read more

The bottom line was I got Great Customer Service and I highly recommend this place. I brought my 6 year custom built computer in because my monitor was going to sleep and wouldn't wake up. Jeremiah found, in a matter of minutes, my video card fan wasn't working and more than likely fried it. We replaced that but still were having some issues. I was thinking about just dumping it and buying a new computer when Jeremiah and Nicole went on Ebay to locate my same motherboard. It would be a fraction of the cost to replace that and if it didn't work, I had 14 days to return it. He kept it over night to make sure it didn't have any more issues. My computer is working perfectly now all thanks to Jeremiah! It has been a pleasure working with Jeremiah and Nicole and now I know where to go if I have any computer problems. I highly recommend their services and would encourage you to use them also. read more
