Computer had not been used for a couple of years and would not get on Internet or print. Prior to service, Brad quoted me the repair price which was reasonable. He picked up computer and called 2 days later it's done. He brought it back, set it up.... And remotely the same day he fixed the computer/printer connection due to the fact he had another appt he had to rush off too... It has been a week later and everything is working great. Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it…read morehere to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me. They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process. As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.

A battery is one thing, but a cracked screen with no haptic on my daily driver phone is a hard stop, so I figured I would give this place and try and see what the price and turnaround time would be... they had my phone ready in an hours time, and at a price that was more than fair for their time, expertise, and simply having the part ready and on-hand for installation. He ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and found that one of my front camera lenses was broken (not found) AND that my battery's capacity is only at 65%. Did he tell me about this? No. I didn't find out until yesterday when I had to pay for a new battery. If Mohammad would've told me about the diagnosis my insurance would've replaced my iPhone with a newer one! But instead, he decided not to say anything. He just replaced my broken screen and sent me on my way; KNOWING that I was about to cancel my insurance. I'm so mad. Do you think they will fix it if I call?

So I brought my PC here for a diagnostics. The man at the establishment starts looking at my PC and starts throwing it around all over his repair desk. To the point of one of the USB's plugged in was bent when I got it back. He tells me "GPU and RAM were bad" and thats why my PC wasn't working. I didn't suspect that to be right as he charged me $20 for this service. This man was trying to rob me for the most expensive parts! Like I mentioned, right away I knew what he said was wrong, so I went to another computer place right after, turns out I didn't have a wire properly plugged in and the service was way better. (shoutout ComputerTech Brookhurst) To make matters worse the man at the first repair shop also took my GPU support bracket as well!!! I had to go back the next day and retrieve it, not even a sorry. 0/10 for the costumer service, 0/10 for diagnostics and technical expertise. 0/10 for professionalism and trustworthiness.
