Went in and made a reservation for 6, we were 2nd in line for over 30 minutes, being completely skipped over with the whole party present. When I brought it to their attention, they stuffed our party of 6 into a small table for 4 while giving a two person party a whole booth. Our son had no space to eat thus didn't eat anything while there and they still charged us. When I told them about the seating arrangement being unacceptable for the amount of time we waited, they told us we could wait another 30 minutes for a booth to open, at this point everyone's hungry and waiting any longer wasn't an option. After speaking about the seating arrangement, the whole service went downhill. They would take their time bringing us anything and everything and only one item at a time. While tables next to us would be consistent and quick. It was pure pettiness, and for what? Their incompetence? We will never return to this disastrous bbq place again. It was okay when they first opened but it's been worse and worse as time has gone on. **Side note, it says tipping is optional, but it's not, the hit us with a service fee for a large group which we weren't, we had 6 of us and a child (5 years old) who don't eat and still was charged. Ok, I don't know what happened but they must have improved their meat selection for the better. I was not looking forward to coming here because the first time I went I thought the food was just ok. Well, I came here again and the food was REALLY good this time. The beef belly was great, the banchan was great, and the service was excellent. Before we got our food, I told my in-laws and husband to not keep their hopes up but they loved it and told me I was crazy harsh. Definitely recommend coming here! I don't know what has happened to this place, but this place's service and quality/quantity of food have free fallin. 1) we were a party of two, got seated before 3 families and were the last to get served 18 mins later 2) we saw our main server twice in 50 mins, another server tried to help but got our orders wrong. 3) the workers handing out the sides kept giving us the wrong sides. Also asks for a brisket sauce refill and never got it. 4) the portions are very minute for the price..ordered brisket and only got 8 small rolls on a small plate consistently. 4) the servers got our meat orders wrong. We tried ordering 3 small plates of brisket because the portions were so small and kept only getting one plate. On top of that the gave us a slice of pork belly which we did not order. 5) the rice paper was hard as a rock 6) the service was very inconsistent, inaccurate, and inattentive. Love Korean food! If you are in Temecula or nearby, 2N1 has very good price for all you can eat in the area. Monday- Thursday lunch is even a greater price for all you can eat! The food is delicious as well. For how busy it can get I have not experienced any bad service. The ambience is very fun and live. You can see all cultures enjoying the food under one roof. Rating: Temecula 4, LA 3. Had the regular ayce. Meat options and quality were okay. Ordered different marinated meats but they tasted similar. Banchan is ordered upon request. Definitely an option if you need to scratch the itch and you're in Temecula. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. Kind even though she had to rush us along because the kitchen was gonna close soon. She was communicative and really pushed us along in the 30 minutes we had. But once the check dropped, so did she. Even though we were still in the middle of our dinner experience. Lol. So had to keep flagging randoms for help (drink refills, clear plates for space at our table, water, napkins). Very nice restaurant. I went here yesterday for the second time and I enjoyed it even more than the first. It's an all you can eat style restaurant with plenty of meat options and lots of sides. I really enjoyed the thinly sliced pork belly and the beef brisket especially paired with a bowl of rice and mushrooms cooked on the grill. The steamed egg is also a must try. The service is excellent and the food comes out fast. The interior was very clean and they swap out the grill after it starts to brown. The cost is just around 35 dollars and for how much food you can eat it is definetly a deal. So nice for Temecula to FINALLY have a real kbbq in town. There are 3 other kbbq in town (2 not ayce and 1 ayce but the meats aren't great). There are 4 menu options here at 2N1. A. $53 B. $43 C. $34 Lunch Special $25 (M-Th 12-3pm) We've eaten here a few times already. Once, our director took our entire department here and got us menu option A bc he wanted ribeye steaks. The ribeyes are small, looks like it's the center part that they serve. I don't think it was worth it tbh (the other "special meats" that came w option A was underwhelming), our director was just bougie lol! I've had the Lunch Special option before and it's good enough, includes the kbbq very basic meats (brisket, bulgogi, pork belly, etc.) I've also had option B bc my fave is the finger rib meat and kalbi ribs (which option C doesn't have). Let's talk about the grills so you don't get confused. If you order option A, they will give you a grill which the meat will be fire seared directly. If you go w any other option, you get the metal grill where the meat doesn't touch the fire. My suggestion, if you order option A get all the specialty meat first so they can switch your grill to accommodate all the other meats from the other options. We were so confused about this when we got option A... so just be prepared for that. The banchans are really good and the corn cheese for one, is very good compared to other kbbq elsewhere. The cheese fondue is also good (the blend of cheeses in it makes a good cheesy dip). The green onion salad is fire!! Make sure to try this!! Japchae is good here as well as all other banchan. We also tried the fried chicken which was really tender and juicy on the inside and so crispy on the outside. Shout out to Kayla for taking good care of us 3 different times we've gone here... she made sure that we never ran out of meat and banchan and also constantly refilled our drinks. The food and the service is excellent!! We've been thru a lot of Korean barbecues but this one is definitely one of the best we've tried.

We made a reservation for 12PM on a Sunday to celebrate a birthday, and we were seated as soon as they opened up. We heard a lot of good things and some of our party had already been before. It's fairly spacious with a lot of great seating, and the place looked very clean. After we got seated, they took our drink orders and gave just enough time to let us decide on the menu. We ordered premium, and the rule for that is you can get one of the premium menu items per person. There were 5 of us, so we ordered one of each. I'd say the one that was worth it was the galbi because it was marinated perfectly with some great flavor. Otherwise, I think it's better bang for your buck to stick with the regular menu. The quality of the meat was good, and our server constantly checked up on us and cleared out plates from our table, which was very nice. We never had to call them over because they were very attentive to us and other parties, especially if they saw you looking at a menu. This is probably the best KBBQ spot in the area with the only caveat being that it's a bit pricier, but if you know what to order, it's worth it. read more

The service was horrible. The waiter was not friendly at all. Manager needs to train them better. He never smiled once, every time we ordered more food he acted like we were an inconvenience. We didn't even order that much, like 2 rounds of meats. Hands down, the ABSOLUTE BEST Korean BBQ in the area! The marinated meats were so flavorful I didn't even need the sauces. Also, they have so much banchan to choose from - TONS of options - including fries and fried chicken.
