This time we had a few small jobs to tackle (faucet replacement, garbage disposal replacement). I called and they said they'd have someone out the next day. It was not a rush at all, but every time we have used them it has always been that prompt. The price is always fair and the work is exceptional. Every plumber we have had has been friendly, and offers plumbing related tips and suggestions. This time was no different. Jack was our plumber this time. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We were completely satisfied with the work. An hour after he left though the call came. It was Jack. He said "something has happened that I have never had happen before". I thought, "certainly he has left a tool or something behind at our house". He then went on to say "I have one of your chickens". He had left the roll up door on his box truck open while working. We have free range chickens and apparently one of them wanted to check out his truck! Of course not expecting that, when he was done he secured the truck and went to his next job, which was an hour away. We were out of town by then and couldn't do anything. Jack said he had two jobs to finish but would drop the chicken back off afterward. Sure enough, several hours later (and no doubt an exciting adventure for the chicken) Jack dropped off the chicken, and took a photo of her back home. Yet somehow the story was still not over. An hour after that Jack texted again with a picture and said "I got an egg"!!!! Apparently she was so happy with her trip she left him what she could! She was back out the next day, hoping Jack would come back so she could ride along again! This company is first rate. Every time. They do excellent work and will always go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommended.

Last month when we had a water leak in the main running from our meter to the house, they came out here same day and were able to dig it up and Diagnose the issue. unfortunately the leak was happening below a section of paved sidewalk. They recommended us to a great landscaper to help us demo out the sidewalk and get that area prepped versus having them do it and back the next day after It was done in order to fix the job immediately. This is an honest company that really makes you feel like they care about your issue . We have also encountered only experienced plumbers when we've made service calls. Highly recommend giving these guys a try if your having any plumbing issues.

Short story: Tony from Extreme Plumbing was on time, courteous, professional, clean, and was able…read moreto fix a sink drain problem that another plumbing company could not. Long story: When my bathroom sink was draining slow I called my Home Warranty company. The first plumbing company they assigned for the job could not fix the problem by using an auger (snake). He actually damaged his auger, made my drain worse by creating a stoppage, and damaged my vanity by scraping off the enamel which I have to fix now. I called my Home Warranty back and they assigned a second plumber who never returned my calls. So Home Warranty assigned a third plumber - EXTREME PLUMBING. Just 36 hours later Tony showed up - and this is on a SUNDAY when everyone else is closed or not working. I also received phone texts in advance to notify me of his arrival, including the live tracking of Tony en route. Tony was very professional and communicative, he answered all our questions, made sure we knew what was going on and what our options were. It wasn't an easy fix for Tony because the recently remodeled plumbing was done incorrectly, so he had his work cut out for him. But with persistence, patience and skill Tony successfully cleared the sink drain. What a relief, now I have a functioning bathroom sink for the first time in 3 months. Tony also completely cleaned up before he departed, making sure to leave the room in the same condition it was in when he arrived. Not a single drop of water was visible. Thanks Tony!

We had a water heater issue in pur house, this guy came and told us to do annual maintenance first before any repair can be done. Then they charged me $500 for maintenance and still couldn't figure out the problem and kept stalling with stupid reasons. I asked another local plumber from the community to check and he found the problem of dirt blockage and fixed in 30 mins and told us that maintenance work should have caught this problem in first place. They don't have quality people working for them at all. Save your money and run.
