Service organized by my wife. This is the "woman's inexperience" tax, isn't it? For a single visit to a single bathroom, the invoice reads: replacing lavatory sink faucet $275 replacing lavatory sink hot cold side angle stoppers (valves) $250 replacing lavatory sink P-trap $75 We supplied the two faucets. The parts supplied by the plumber (valves, hoses) are not itemized in the invoice, but total $39.49 including tax at Home Depot prices. The work is barely acceptable. The supply lines don't leak, 2 stars for that. The sink drain and p-trap are installed crooked, apparently like they were originally. I personally as a handyman would never have done this job that sloppy. Photo of the crooked work is as submitted to my wife by the plumber. $600. Really? read more

Normally I take care of my own household fix it issues. I had a leaky valve beneath the bathroom sink which has had a slow leak for months, but it really wasn't very bad because I had a cup underneath it that had to be emptied every five days. I decided to tackle it today and replace the bad valve, but found myself fighting a losing battle. I called EZ Flow and they came around the time they said they would. I thought while they're at it they could also replace the leaky faucet outside. Within half an hour they had both jobs done to completion with no leaks. Parts and labor came to $340. They did respond to my phone call right away, even got a tech out within 20 minutes. I told them where the leak was and CT did a quick confirmation and straight up was like "$1050". I knew it was WAY over priced. The company that built the system was charging $109 assessment fee and then $22/15min. That company just didn't have availability until the following Monday. Just having a newborn I needed it fixed otherwise I would have done the fix myself. The area was quickly dug up by the two guys, then they split for 30+ minutes, came back and completed, everything done just over an hour minus the time away. I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with CT and EZ Flow Plumbing. Prices were more than competitive. When CT first showed up, he worked extremely hard to try and find our main water line for a soft water loop installation. Our builder gave us some really bad information, and CT spent hours trying to find the main water line based off their inaccurate locations. We called it a day, and I ended up buying some wall scanning devices, thermal imaging devices, and even a stethoscope to try to find this pipe on my own time. CT offered to do anything he could to help find that pipe, but eventually I was able to get some good information from other homeowners in my community. The builders estimates were not even close to the actual location of the water line, and it would have costed us probably hundreds in repairs if we started cutting through the wall to find it. CT and his crew came out, assessed everything, and scheduled to follow up asap to complete the loop work. They were always a pleasure to have around, extremely polite, professional, and super friendly. Everything looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the price and the incredible attention to detail on making this process super smooth and as efficient as possible despite the misleading direction we were given initially from my builder. Just the best. I needed to address a clogged sink in an upstairs bath. Made an attempt to clear but realized this was going to need a professional. I decided to replace both sinks and faucets do to the age. The Pros from EZ Flow were able to install all, along with replacing 1984 original waterlines and shut off valves. CT came by on short notice over the weekend to diagnose a suspected leak. The dripping sound I thought I was hearing turned out to just be some pipes knocking around the attic that may have come loose (a common occurrence). CT offered some helpful recommendations and was very honest about it probably not being worth getting professional work unless the noise really bothered me as it's not an issue that will lead to any damage. I called several other plumbing companies and all were booking a week out or charging massive service fees to come by on the weekend, so I was incredibly appreciative that EZ came all the way out to my house and gave the advice I needed without charging me or getting a contract out of the call.
