We had an excellent experience with APEX-ATX. The business owner responded quickly to our emergency call and ensured help was on the way. The two technicians, Justin and Harry, arrived promptly, were polite, and took their time with the diagnostic process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough; never rushing, but instead working through a process of elimination to identify the problem. Justin and Harry asked insightful questions to understand the full scope and timeline of the issue, collaborating with each other and keeping us involved every step of the way. They also provided helpful references for additional contractors, educational materials for moving forward with our hot water heater, and an honest, transparent invoice for their services. It was clear they had a strong understanding of plumbing systems, shower towers, various bathroom layouts, hot water tanks, and construction. We are impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and integrity APEX-ATX demonstrated. We will be hiring them again for future work. read more

Quick response. Was able to give rough estimate over email/phone. Next day scheduling. And was the best value among 4 other estimates. Definitely keeping them on my go-to list. read more

Apex Plumbing was fast to respond to my request and did a great job at a reasonable price without any hassle or upselling. Very happy with these folks! read more

another stellar job by Apex- Nate and his team. They installed a commercial water heater since our business was in need of a replacement (I tried to work with 2 other companies with not so good results) They quickly installed one the same day, left past 10pm and Nate wanted to make sure everything was right so he came back the next morning to finish the job! They're dedicated, committed with fair pricing. Happy with results! read more

If I could give them more stars I would. On Sunday, I woke up with a flooded front yard. I spent the next 6 hours digging to find the source, finally giving up and started looking for help. On Monday a guy from Champion AC and Plumbing came out and quoted me $8.9k to fix it as he said we needed to completely re-run the line. My wife and I were freaking out and started calling around and I am so grateful we reached Apex. Derek and Angel arrived the next day actually 10 min early and got straight to work finding the source and fixing our problem for a fraction of the costs. They both were extremely hard-working and helpful. My next plumbing issue I am going straight to Apex! read more

Justin and Wes were super workers. They installed new sink, faucet and reinstalled garbage disposal. It all looked great and works great. They worked most of the morning and it cost $850 for labor. We purchased the faucet and sink ourselves from HD. They did give us advice before doing that. I appreciated their hard work, but next time I will ask in advance how much they charge per hour. read more

Had a great experience with Nathan and Apex, when my tree roots were growing into my main water line. It was not an easy job and Nathan and his crew kept on it and got it handled. The price was fair and the work was solid. 10/10 would recommend again. read more

I put in a request for quotes from Yelp. Apex was the only one to offer a number without asking to send someone over during COVID which was appreciated. It was a fair price so I opted to skip the other quotes in response to this little touch. The crew was on time and friendly. I have a rather large dog and they were both friendly with him even as he was being a bit shy. I was looking to replace the valve on my shower system to set me up to finish the job replacing the remaining hardware. They looked at the current situation and suggested a repair instead of replacement cutting the cost of their quote in half. They ended up spending less than an hour and saw the hardware I was going to replace later and instead opted to install it as part of their quoted rate. Today was one of those rare rainy days in Texas. Not only did they leave a clean workspace, they took the time to wipe the floor on their way out to clean up the little bit of rain that had followed them in. Even after I told them that wasn't needed (really, it wasn't bad at all), they insisted they clean up before heading out. From quote request to completion, it was under six hours, under budget, and looks great. read more

The Apex office responded quickly to our call, did an excellent job of informing Derick of the issue needing repair. Derrick arrived on time, prepared with the parts snd tools necessary to complete the work,. He worked efficiently to complete the task, on time, for the agreed upon price, and with clear explanations of what needed to be done, and why. read more

Derick helped us out with a garbage disposal issue. Kept the service as short as possible and educated me a bit on maintaining it and what to look out for. Thank you. read more

Nate and his team are the best contractors I have ever worked with. Outstanding service A+ service. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. Finished project on time, the project cost was right on point(no surprises), and went extra mile to make sure I'm happy with the result. Definitely recommend them and will pass on their information to family and friends. Thanks again Nate! read more

Clogged guest bathroom sink, not urgent, so I called around. I did not want to be ridiculously overcharged by the larger companies. I also wanted a licensed plumber. I Found Apex Plumbing. They quoted me a cost over the phone and that is exactly how much the service cost. The Tradesman Plumber, Derick Blakley, was prompt, polite, competent, friendly, and cleaned up the workspace thoroughly. The cost was expensive but not outrageous and certainly less than the bigger companies charge. I will use Apex again. read more

Flexible scheduling and explained step by step process of install of new toilet. Honest and reliable service.

Nathan and his team are amazing! We had a sewer backup which was spewing water into our garage and bedroom. We had another company come out who told us we had roots that had broken or collapsed our main sewer line. They said they couldn't clear the issue because it would break their auger machine. The next day they sent me an invoice for $179 and an estimate of $8,500 to fix the problem. That's when I called APEX. They came out the next day, completely cleared the problem and showed me a camera scope of out sewer line leading all the way out to the city's pipe which was completely clear of any roots or blockage. Derick was completely thorough and professional. I've worked with APEX before and moving forward won't use anyone else! read more

We were having issues with our water heater (hot water was running out too quickly), and tried to flush it out ourselves with no success. We reached out to our neighborhood, and heard from Nathan from Apex Home and Commercial Services. He was very friendly, punctual, and did a free inspection. Turns out our water heater had rust on the top and was ready to be replaced (it was about that time). We weren't sure if we had the budget for replacement, but he gave us quotes for replacing our water heater and we were impressed with the price and quality. They came back the next day and did a great job replacing it for us. Excellent customer service and budget-friendly prices. Definitely recommend! read more

They came out when they said they would & he was very informative about the service. I loved that he was able to provide me with a flat rate & did not try and up sell me on other things. I was very pleased with the service!! read more

I've looked for a long time for a plumbing company that did everything correctly. Apex is that company. They are prompt, professional, excellent in the performance of their work, courteous, and their prices are fair. They installed two water heaters for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They even scheduled a followup visit two days after the installation to make sure everything was still perfect! When is the last time any service company did that for you, and this was after getting paid? I highly recommend them. read more

I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job you will ever need. They repaired my drain pipe. My drain pipe had tree roots in it, and it was broken. They did all the digging and repaired the pipe perfectly. They took the time to leak check it, and they offer the best and longest warranty I've been able to find. They also have the most competitive pricing I was able to find. They were very informative and very professional. There is really no reason to ever call anyone else. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. I am one happy and very satisfied customer! Thank you Apex! read more

Apex Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me - Hutto, Texas

Maybe my quote details got lost? They said they were very busy, will send it soon. But it has been two weeks since my appointment to bid my project, and never received a quote. I did send them reminders. So I can't say whether they do a good job because I never got the opportunity. Updated rating. Not enough information was gathered at time of estimate. I received quote and it is competitive. read more

My water heater died in the evening, and I started calling plumbers for estimates. Apex gave me the best estimate and kept to it. The were out very quickly the next day and installed a new water heater in record time. They were very friendly, courteous, fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call for any plumbing needs you may have... I certainly won't! read more

I had a terrible experience with another plumber, so Apex was my bounce back. Nathan was prompt, professional, detail oriented and highly knowledgeable. He followed through and did what he said he would. The previous plumber had left me high and dry without a kitchen sink for ten days. Nathan picked up the work where they left up and had me up and running in two days. A great experience and I would highly recommend him! read more

Nathan was very responsive and had an estimate ready over the yelp app rather than having to call like others I reached out to. His team arrived quickly, wore masks, and fixed the sink problem we were having and at a reasonable price. Would recommend this team again. read more

It was a great relief to have the Apex team respond to my call for a leaking water heater. Nathan checked to see if damage was being done to my home and if so offered to come out right away to turn off water to unit, fortunately that was not necessary. They installed the new unit that afternoon and all was back to normal. You should save this contact for all of your plumbing needs. They know what they are doing, are very fast to respond, and the price was very reasonable. THANK YOU APEX read more
