If I could give them more stars I would. On Sunday, I woke up with a flooded front yard. I spent the next 6 hours digging to find the source, finally giving up and started looking for help. On Monday a guy from Champion AC and Plumbing came out and quoted me $8.9k to fix it as he said we needed to completely re-run the line. My wife and I were freaking out and started calling around and I am so grateful we reached Apex. Justin and Wes were super workers. They installed new sink, faucet and reinstalled garbage disposal. It all looked great and works great. They worked most of the morning and it cost $850 for labor. We purchased the faucet and sink ourselves from HD. They did give us advice before doing that. I put in a request for quotes from Yelp. Apex was the only one to offer a number without asking to send someone over during COVID which was appreciated. It was a fair price so I opted to skip the other quotes in response to this little touch. The crew was on time and friendly. I have a rather large dog and they were both friendly with him even as he was being a bit shy. I was looking to replace the valve on my shower system to set me up to finish the job replacing the remaining hardware. They looked at the current situation and suggested a repair instead of replacement cutting the cost of their quote in half. They ended up spending less than an hour and saw the hardware I was going to replace later and instead opted to install it as part of their quoted rate. Today was one of those rare rainy days in Texas. Not only did they leave a clean workspace, they took the time to wipe the floor on their way out to clean up the little bit of rain that had followed them in. Even after I told them that wasn't needed (really, it wasn't bad at all), they insisted they clean up before heading out. Clogged guest bathroom sink, not urgent, so I called around. I did not want to be ridiculously overcharged by the larger companies. I also wanted a licensed plumber. I Found Apex Plumbing. They quoted me a cost over the phone and that is exactly how much the service cost. The Tradesman Plumber, Derick Blakley, was prompt, polite, competent, friendly, and cleaned up the workspace thoroughly. Nathan and his team are amazing! We had a sewer backup which was spewing water into our garage and bedroom. We had another company come out who told us we had roots that had broken or collapsed our main sewer line. They said they couldn't clear the issue because it would break their auger machine. The next day they sent me an invoice for $179 and an estimate of $8,500 to fix the problem. That's when I called APEX. They came out the next day, completely cleared the problem and showed me a camera scope of out sewer line leading all the way out to the city's pipe which was completely clear of any roots or blockage. Derick was completely thorough and professional. I've worked with APEX before and moving forward won't use anyone else! read more

We were having issues with our water heater (hot water was running out too quickly), and tried to flush it out ourselves with no success. We reached out to our neighborhood, and heard from Nathan from Apex Home and Commercial Services. He was very friendly, punctual, and did a free inspection. Turns out our water heater had rust on the top and was ready to be replaced (it was about that time). We weren't sure if we had the budget for replacement, but he gave us quotes for replacing our water heater and we were impressed with the price and quality. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job you will ever need. They repaired my drain pipe. My drain pipe had tree roots in it, and it was broken. They did all the digging and repaired the pipe perfectly. They took the time to leak check it, and they offer the best and longest warranty I've been able to find.
