Helped us trouble shoot a very complex issue! Even came back a second time to consider another option, just because he was curious!

I visited Aloha Plumbing's website and scheduled an appointment for our bi-annual maintenance check (installed 4 years ago [also by Aloha Plumbing]) of our tankless water heater. I received a reply text and reply e-mail confirming our appointment. I received a text message within 15 minutes of our appointment that he was enroute. "Jerrod" completed the check and even serviced our soft water unit at no extra charge! Jerrod also installed a toilet earlier in the year (the "Mighty Ferguson" [for those that remember Married With Children]), and I am very pleased with this service also. Aloha Plumbing has been our "go to" plumber for the past 4 years, and I cannot enough good things about this company. read more

On time, very professional, high-quality Kohler product. I have used them twice for toilet installation. I would not use anyone else for plumbing needs. read more

Had a good experience with Jerred about 12 years ago replacing a water heater, so I called them out again when that one died this year. I was shocked when they quoted over $2,900 to replace the 50 gallon gas water heater in my garage. I asked them to break down the materials and labor cost, and they claim they didn't know it. I then asked them to submit a quote, and they drove off and didn't even do that. After that, I quoted the project on Yelp and found several plumbers able to do it in the $1, 900 range. I would strongly suggest that you get a written quote from this company has early as possible so as not to waste anybody's time. read more

Consistently Excellent and Trustworthy Service! We've been customers of Aloha Plumbing for several years and have always been impressed with their work. Their service is reliable, their workmanship is excellent, and they've always been honest and professional. Highly recommend! read more

Jarred provided excellent customer service and provided me with several options that has saved me money.

Texted a request for help with my Navien 240A2 tankless water heater that is installed outside and affected by the current freezing spell, no hot water flow. Over the phone, and reviewing photos I sent of the installation, Jarrod walked me through what to do, affirmed that what I had already tried was good, and I got the hot water flowing again pretty quickly. He didn't even bill me for the calls back and forth. Now I have a Navien certified Tech who will assess what we need to resolve once the weather warms up. Thankfully, my unit is still under warranty, as well. Great response and service! read more

I called Jerred when I got a quote of $14,000 to fix a drain/sewer problem. I didn't call him first, because it was Sunday night & we could not wait to get a temporary problem fixed. I called Jerred out asap & he was able to fix the problem for under $2500. Amazing! Aloha is always thorough and provides a variety of solutions. If you want quality work & value for your money, Aloha is the plumbing company to call! Thank you Jerred! read more

A great team and a service. It was a pleasure to do a business with them. I learned a lot in the process as well.

This wasn't my first time using Aloha. They are the only plumber I call. I needed a water line in my garage upgraded from PVC pipe to flex pipe to make sure it will survive the Texas weather. I also needed some outdoor faucet handles replaced. Aloha gave me a fair bid. The work was done exactly as we discussed and quickly. I recommend Aloha to all my friends and family. read more

This review is for 2 aspects of service from aloha. First, these guys have been the most value for the services they offer compare to other local and chain plumbers. Second, I converted from the original hot water tank to Navien tankless heater and let me tell you, it's been nothing but amazing in the last year we've had this unit. Even with the numerous power outages and crazy weather, the heater works without a hitch. It's instantly hot and I saw an immediate change in my water and gas consumption. Navien also stands by their product offering g support and partnerships with local business whenever issues or questions come up. We are a household of 2 who constantly wash dishes, shower and do laundry and have never had problems with the volume of hot water at any time. I hope this review helps anyone looking to make up their mind about the extra expense. In my opinion it's worth every penny. read more

have used this company four or five times in the last several years. Very happy with each of the jobs they did, their promptness, their keeping of appointment times and communication, and the friendliness and competency of the guys they've sent. Will definitely continue to use. Highly recommended read more

Good work by the best Plummer. Used them for every need for years . From faucet repair to tankless water heater. Never fear to call Aloha.

Early last week I had one of my outside faucets break to where you could not shut it off. Running full blast, I had no water key wrench. I sent a txt to Jerrod and he was there under 45 minutes, shut off the water and replaced both hose bibs. Great service, very timely response, and just a very fair company to work with. read more

On Tuesday Feb 16th, during the earlier stages of the snowpocalypse that tore through Texas, the water lines in our master bathroom stopped. This was this first time that has happened since buying my home. I freaked as I have heard horror stories about broken pipes leaving major $$ repairs. I quickly looked up plumbers in Round Rock and called Aloha hoping that maybe they could give advice. Jerred answered and kindly offered help. His first words were, "take a deep breath, froze does not mean busted." That put me at ease and then he asked me many questions (other lines working, good pressure, etc...) to evaluate my situation. Jerred told me to open all lines in said bathroom, open cabinet under sink and place the space heater I thankfully had near cabinet to get the pipes, lines and wallspace heated. Within 30 minutes water was flowing from all taps. Then the best part, a few minutes later Jerred called back to check on my situation! Who does that! He also advised me to set each tap in the house to a small stream (not a drip) and keep space heater going as the next few nights the temps would dip into single digits. Well the snow has melted and my water pressure and lines are intact. The fact that this company stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the fix speaks volumes. He also described the how and why of what happened as well as the fix. All of this without any charge or trying to sell me something. I will certainly recommend Aloha Plumbing to family and friends as well as use them to upgrade my water heating system which works but is over 10 years old. THANK YOU ALOHA ! read more

I was happy with the service and would recommend Aloha Plumbing. The work I needed was not much of a challenge for Jerred, but it was completed exactly as it should have been. I will continue to use Aloha plumbing should I need service in the future. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of Jerred and Aloha Plumbing. I found that my water heater pan was full and was draining through the emergency overflow. My sister strongly suggested calling Aloha. I had wanted a tankless heater for sometime, but other information that I was provided made it seem unfeasible. Jerred not only answered my call, but scheduled to come out and diagnose my problem the same day. He spoke very directly, and clearly described my options, and the pricing of each. We talked about the pros and cons of the options, and eventually agreed that a tankless system would be installed later that week. The work was very professional, they showed up on time and completed the work with no issues. I was so excited to have the new system in place and now have the piece of mind that I will have unlimited hot water for years to come. read more

This makes me very sad, and we have counted on Jerred for years. They are now losing our business not because of Jerred, but because of Brendon - he has quoted us 2X market rate for basic work. Have never had issues with Jerred, but now we need to find a new plumber as I don't trust them anymore. Brendon even came in and accused us of having done something to the water heater that Jerred himself installed, stating that "they don't do it that way". Sorry, Jerred. Brendon has lost you a customer. read more

These guys are straight up the real deal. Not only at what they do but how they approach you, how they educate you as they're explaining the situation, and how they communicate with you before/during/ after their work. Oh, did I mention, they're ALWAYS on time or a bit early if it works out with you. I strongly recommend this company. Trust me, you will not be dissatisfied. read more

Jerred and his crew did an amazing job removing and installing a tankless water heater for one of my rental units. The installation was done up to code and looked great. He even added a carbon monixide detector since the system was a gas unit for the safety of the familiy living in the home. Highly recommend! read more

Jerred listened to me and advised of my options for a new water heater. My old one was still working, but not well. I elected to go with the tankless, bigger expense up front, but longer lasting. Brendon and Joshua were great. They actually arrived early to install my new tankless water heater. Brendon was very communicative throughout the process, telling me all I needed to know about this new applicance. The installation went smoothly, the new water heater fit perfectly in the closet in my garage and it's working great! And Brendon even explained to me the origin of the name Aloha Plumbing! Awesome! After getting the run around and an outrageous quote from a large commercial company I decided to call Aloha Plumbing. They came highly recommended by my neighbors. I explained the situation and they were extremely helpful and polite so I set up an appointment. I immediately received a confirmation text along with a picture of who was coming out. I really appreciated that. The next day I received a text saying Brendan was on his way. He was even earlier than expected, which was great! He gave me an extremely reasonable estimate that was more than half of what the other company quoted. Brendan explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of my questions in a courteous manner. The work was exceptional. I will be using Aloha Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future. read more

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and I needed someone to get it right the first time. Installer was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified some old outdated parts under my sink that needed to be replaced in order to maximize the efficiency of the new sink. Although the price went up from original agreement, I felt it was still a reasonable deal for the overall service. I highly recommend this company if you want quality service on the first try. read more

I had a toilet that would intermittently not flush. I originally called a different plumber that had good reviews. After about 2 hours, they just gave up!? I did a search here on Yelp and found Aloha Plumbing. I am so glad I did. I wish I had called Jerred first. He called me right back and scheduled a visit that same day. Not only did he fix it, but he was also super cool and taught me a few things on how to maintain my toilet. I am a customer for life. read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I woke up Monday 4/29/2019 to a severely leaking water heater in my garage. The thing was 23 years old so it was bound to go out. So I called around and nobody was available to come out right away, so on my 5th call Aloha Plumbing and Jared said YES they could come out within an hour. Brandon(Tech) came over analyze my old water heater and recommended a New Bradford-White model and offered to install ON THE SPOT. He had the water heater and everything already on his truck. Took about 45 minutes tops and he was done and my headache gone. It's only Jared(Owner) and Brandon(installer)and they are EFFICIENT. I co-sign these guys 100% read more

Aloha Plumbing came out to my home after the snow storm to diagnose my water heater issues. After charging $60 for doing near to nothing, they quoted almost $5K for a $1K product & installation. This seemed fraudulent so I googled the fact water heater they wanted to install and it wasn't even close to the quoted price. All in all, Aloha Plumbing was willing to take advantage of the unfortunate situation to line their pockets. Instead, I used a more reputable local plumbing service who is honest & trustworthy. read more

Great service! They done a lot of plumbing work at my house. Always do a great job of educating you.

I had a problem that they actually helped me fix myself instead of charging me. The owner took the time to walk me through how to do it. They easily could have sent someone over to do it, pretend like it was a lot of work, and then charge me $50, but no, they didn't do that. These guys seem like genuinely good and honest people, and the next time I have any sort of plumbing issue, I'm going to give them my business from now on. read more
