I got more than 1 estimate & compared reviews. The "all 5-star reviews" on Yelp made me apprehensive at first, but they all seemed legitimate. We decided to go with Plumbsy, based on - Kyle's clear & fair estimate, the review standings for other businesses, & his understanding what we were looking for despite my laymen's descriptions (convert our 60/40 sink into a single sink, under mounted, oil rubbed bronze faucets etc.). He offered the best solution without any sales pitch and completed the work the same day too. I even asked him to fix a faucet issue we had. The faucet was fixed, but broke the next day, not to his fault. Still he/his son came the next day and fixed the faucet and also repaired a broken shut off valve. I would give Kyle five stars as he really did a good job. I called him 8pm on Sunday evening , And he arrived 9PM. It took him a little bit because my door frame was just about an inch short so he had a hard time getting it in. Plus there was an issue with the ceiling and vent. He finshed the work at 11pm. Kyle was able to come out the same day to unclog my bathroom sink. He used the snake drain, tested it and it drained slowly. He ran the snake through again then it worked as it should.
