Reached out to Juan and Only Plumbing in Spring 2026 for a free estimate on replacing a kitchen faucet and two toilet fill valves, and I was impressed right away. Their response time was incredibly fast. Jose F. and his associate (my apologies for forgetting his name) were courteous, professional, and polite. They explained everything clearly, gave a fair quote, and based on their professionalism alone, I went ahead and had them complete the repairs. The work was done smoothly, and the whole experience was stress‑free. It's refreshing to work with people who show up, communicate well, and treat customers with respect. I'd absolutely hire them again -- and my apologies for not leaving this review sooner. read more

Received phone quoted of $275 to replace 1/2hp garbage disposer (Moen Easy Mount). I got the disposal and then called for appointment, reminding them of the $275 quote. They charged $650. Home Depot cost $275 and Lowes $205. I called plumber later to discuss, but no call back. Think twice about this place! read more

Connor and Luciano from Juan and Only just left a rental property of mine and I am really happy with their work! Another company told me that I had a broken sewer line and tried to charge me $40K to dig under the house and replace it. Connor and Luciano actually inspected the line, figured out that it was just super clogged, and once they jetted it out, the plumbing is perfect and in great working condition. They seriously saved me tens of thousands of dollars!!! These are honest people who you should hire if you need plumbing help. read more

Had a undermount sink drop and they were out here to check it out, quote and got everything done within a week or so. Added some wooden bracing underneath and the sink looks like it'll hold for more than the ten years the original build and glue has held up for. read more

Excellent professional service and reasonable. Punctual and completed the job without issues. read more

Juan came at a few hours' notice to change out my shower cartridge. Charged quite high $400 for the service, but I believe it was fair value since the service was prompt and quick. Very professional service but if I had time to shop around, I may not have settled for this pricey offer. Unfortunately I was up against a deadline and didn't have another vendor available. read more

From the initial call to having Jose and his partner come out and take care of my plumbing issue, the service was excellent and timely. They were professional, responsive, and did great work. We have a new go-to plumber now. Highly recommend! read more

Could not be more pleased with my experience with Your Juan and Only Plumber. I submitted a request for quote via Yelp and got a response from Juan within an hour. I was able to schedule a free estimate a day later. Juan texted me when he was en route, arrived quickly, diagnosed my issue, gave me a quote, and fixed the issue within an hour. On top of that, he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain exactly what was needed to fix my issue. Needless to say, moving forward, Juan will legitimately be my one and only plumber. Highly recommend him and his company! read more

He was fabulous! He arrived quickly and was very fair in pricing. We've used him twice now, and he's my go-to plumber.

Had an issue with my shower, spout diverter. They were at my home in less than 24 hours and fix the issue. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. On time and did a great job explaining the quote and what they were doing suring and after the installation. Would use again! read more

Joshua was very professional and courteous about a misunderstanding on the quoted price given over the phone. He went above and beyond in correcting the issue to my satisfaction. The repairs were fast complete. read more

Update: After getting another estimate, the quote was fair, however I wouldn't work with this company because of lack of communication and response. When you say you'll do something, you do it...no excuses! read more

Super quick and easy service! Juan was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Also educational in case something happened, he let us know how to fix it ourselves. read more

Juan was fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and he went above and beyond what we expected. He was really honest about what was going on with our house, and he was a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend his services. read more

We recently had an emergency leak in our kitchen. Even though it was Saturday, Juan was able to make it over in about an hour. He arrived and quickly helped us diagnose and stop the leak. He took the time to guide us on what brand of kitchen faucet to buy since we'd need a replacement. Juan also gave us a break on the after-hours fee and even called us Saturday evening after I got the replacement faucet to walk me through turning the water to the house back on. Juan will definitely be our go-to plumber moving forward - we've never had a better experience with a plumber. He was extremely communicative, professional, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole visit. read more

Connor & Robert came out and took care of my issue right away! I thought I needed an outside spigot changed because I couldn't get the old water hose off of it . They managed to get it off without having to replace the whole thing now it has a quick con on it . I give them a 5 star review but really want to give them a 10 star . Polite efficient.great service. Highly recommend read more

The service by Eric and Israel was fast, easy, informed, friendly and preformed in very profesional manner. They informed us of our choices for products to replace our broken tankless water heater and went with the brand we both agreed on ... not once did they pressure us to go in a different direction. Best plumbing experience I've ever had ....Highly recommend! read more

I have used this company for all of my plumbing needs, I have not ever been disappointed by the job and price if their work!!! Talmedge, Simon, and Juan himself, are superior in so many ways. They are always professional, courteous, and get the job done!!! Highly recommend!!! read more

They were very consistent with communication, regularly checking in to see if I needed to schedule an appointment and following up on my plumbing issue. I really appreciated their dedication. The communication was excellent, and the customer service felt genuinely caring and professional. I'm not sure about the pricing, but if I ever have another plumbing issue, I'll definitely keep them on my list. read more

Juan responded to my request for a quote within 5 minutes on Yelp. He gave me the pricing for diagnostic work and for labor right up front. We scheduled him to come out the following day. He and his assistant Victor showed up on time, and they were very friendly and immediately got to work. What made this the best experience I've had with a plumbing company happened next: he took the time to show me what the problem with my disposal was (it had jammed and needed to be cleaned out and reset). With an Allen wrench, he fixed it in 5 minutes but walked me through it all as it happened. I feel like the next time this happens, I'll be able to troubleshoot before calling a company. That is excellent customer service!! I would 1000% recommend Your Juan and Only Plumber. read more

Good experience! I dread looking for an honest plumber but sometimes you have to! Juan was very responsive, made a next day appt. and he actually SHOWED UP ON TIME. His fee was reasonable, did the job timely and is bidding other larger jobs we have! If you are reading this, I found him the same way, honest feedback works! I wouldn't hesitate to refer him! read more

Reviews online and on thumbtack really hyped this business up and now I think I understand why's Eric L Lopez from Juan & Only Plumber went above and beyond helping us install a new water heater. Shoddy building of the house lead to nails in the water line which caused a leak during the install. Eric helped to patch that up free of charge while working all day to get the new unit installed. The old unit had so much sediment it took a lot of time and effort for him to drain it. Thanks for hanging in there and taking care of us! Don't forget to scoop your drill bit when you come back lol read more

I normally do not write negative reviews as I know that people, companies can have a bad day. My experience is one that I feel needs to be shared as it showed very untrustworthy practices. I selected Juan & Only Plumber to look at our hot water heated based on reviews and posts on Reddit. While searching, I found that people experience "zip code" pricing by some companies. I have never experienced this and did not believe it until working with Juan & Only Plumber in Austin. The tech was supposed to arrive between 1-4pm. I called at 4:30 to see if we needed to reschedule. I was told I would get an update ASAP. Finally at 6:20p, I got a text saying a different tech would arrive in 15min. My husband met w/ the technicians, they decided it best to replace the hot water heater. We were given a verbal quote of $3250 for replacement of the propane heater. I received a quote later that evening for $2650 that stated in 3 areas replacement of a propane heater, propane lines & propane set up. I accepted the quote. In the morning, the tech texted, said he quoted incorrectly as it was not for a propane heater and would send one for the $3250 he told us. I then got the same exact quote from the night before with the only change being the price which was now $3750. I pointed this out via text to the tech. Someone from the company then texted & emailed saying that I should accept or deny. No explanation of why my price jumped overnight by $1100. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. read more

I reached out to Juan last minute asking if he could stop by to fix a loose faucet. He was responsive and flexible, even saying he could come over on a Saturday between jobs. While here we had another issue come up and asked if he could take a look. He was more than willing to continue helping us. It turns out that the other issue involved soft roots in the toilet plumbing. So glad he came over to help, as now we can address what we didn't even know about. Highly recommend this team. read more

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and professional. I got a very reasonable quote, and then I was able to set up an appointment for the work that needed to be done very promptly. Xavier arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. We were missing some fittings, but Xavier threw it in without any charges. Once the work was done, he tested everything. We observed a leak (which later turned out NOT to be a leak) and called GC Services. They sent out a plumber ASAP, and it was just a loose housing. They did not charge for the follow-up visit. They also provide a solid warranty for all the labor and parts. I will recommend GC Services and hire Xavier and the crew for the next plumbing job. read more

Excellent service! Juan was very professional and responsive on my messages. Honestly i thought he was a very good individual, but for some reason we scheduled a job and he never showed up nor did he give me a call back to notify me, anyways all is forgiven and maybe it was a one time thing but for future references it would be nice if you just notify before hand..thank you bud read more

Juan was the 3rd plumber who came to check out our washing machine drain pipe that was backing up and flooding the laundry room. Previous plumbers said to expect to dig under the slab because the old cast iron pipe (1960s) was probably collapsed. Juan suggested trying to snake the pipe again (which had already been done twice without success). He was patient and took his time and had the drain open in less than 20 minutes! He could easily have suggested a bigger job but he knows what he's doing. Of course we may eventually need to have a huge repair but it was not needed now. He was honest about what to expect and he's the only plumber I will call if we need more work to be done. Thanks, Juan read more

I found Juan thru Yelp while looking to get my gas stove hooked up to an existing gas line. Juan responded quickly and came out to give an in person estimate. Arrived on time and was very communicative. Very reasonable on pricing. Did the work same day and quickly. Also very knowledgable about all things plumbing and pointed out how I could repair something myself for a fraction of his cost. Very impressed by his professionalism. Would recommend for your plumbing needs! read more

Juan is super friendly with a positive demeanor! One of my underground sprinkler heads busted and water was shooting up in the air. Juan came out and was able to diagnose the issue in under 15 minutes or less! Would absolutely recommend him for all your plumbing issues. read more

Juan was terrific! Very fast response to my inquiry & scheduling. He was able to arrive within an hour. Highly recommend!! Your Juan and Only Plumber deserves more than 5 stars for their knowledge, experience, skills, integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I had a serious undetected water leak that tripled my bill. I received an initial estimate from another plumbing company who only did a walk around - no testing- and assured me I had a slab leak requiring a $20,000 reroute for my entire plumbing to the attic. So I found Your Juan and Only through Yelp. Juan and Luis quickly figured out the location to start digging by assessing my past foundation repairs and noticing soft soil and unusual grass growth near the connection between my house and the pipe to the City connection. They dug and found the gushing leak caused by a huge root, even before they got to the testing phase. They repaired my leak in a day at a very fair price. No upsell or BS, just great service. Look no further for a plumber! read more
