I've had a PurAgain system in my home for about two years, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. During the original installation, the plumbing underneath my sink was installed incorrectly, which caused a backflow issue and eventually rotted the wood at the bottom of my cabinet. I was initially assured that someone would be sent out to repair the damage. Later, I was told they couldn't find anyone to do the repair and was asked to find someone myself to provide a quote. The contractors I spoke with told me that because of the extent of the damage, it would likely be cheaper to replace the lower cabinets than to try to repair the rotted area. I relayed that information back to PurAgain, and after that, communication basically stopped. When someone later came out to service my filters, I showed them that the cabinet damage was still there and had never been addressed. On top of that, the under-sink water tank stopped producing water. PurAgain did replace that tank, and the technician told me I should hear from someone within 48 hours regarding the cabinet repair. Once again, nobody contacted me. Now, only about six or seven months later, the replacement tank appears to have failed as well. At this point, I've dealt with damaged cabinetry caused during installation, repeated equipment issues, expensive replacement filters, multiple promises of follow-up, and very little actual resolution. I also previously left a review about my experience, and I recently noticed that it is no longer there. I have no idea why it disappeared, and nobody ever contacted me regarding it, but I wanted to make sure my experience was documented again. I'll be contacting PurAgain again regarding the latest tank failure, but after approximately two years of dealing with these issues, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. read more

I'm so glad we finally pulled the trigger on a whole home system during their promotion. We got the whole home filtration system and the RO alkaline water system. We have always had very hard water and apparently WAY too much chlorine in our water. It clogged our pipes and fixtures and wrecks your hair and skin. J did a fantastic job helping me understand the system. I wasn't given a lavish sales pitch and he helped me understand all of the benefits. After doing plenty of research, I feel he really knows his stuff. He got his installers out the same day, an hour after he left for the original survey, and they all did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Alcides, Luke, and Alex deserve some serious credit for the efforts. read more

We can wait to start our new pure water in our house and no more bottle water. I can wait to see the difference in my daughter's skin too. We had our water system (whole home water filtration & Reverse Osmosis w/ Alkaline for drinking) installed today. Now, we can readily recognize the very good quality of water in our home. Customer service is also outstanding specially the technician/installer (Mr Chuy Villanueva). He thoroughly explained how the system works and answered all my concerns/questions. We are very happy for the buy! read more

My review of the Austin location of Puragain Water is being updated to reflect dedicated and personalized after-care that was afforded post-installation. My primary goal of obtaining a water conditioning system is to passively protect the water supply during boil water notices and that Temple, TX water reports are identifying undesirable contaminants in the water. Based upon various water test I asked three (3) companies who specialize in water conditioning to provide a sales presentation and bid. I was not satisfied with the installation and lodge my complaints that evening and the next morning. Ryan, Diego, and Carlos all reached out to me to resolve the issues. I can confirm Puragain will respond to service calls in a timely manner, and I can confirm those who are tasked with ensuring customers are satisfied are responsive and timely. After all was said and done, I felt comfortable with my purchase and the level of support I received. Different types of water conditioning are available to meet most customer needs, but I opted for Puragain Water for the ability to condition the water at every spigot and faucet. read more

Very nice skilled people. Did a very nice job! Was able to put the unit in the outside closet.

When we had them out to get info on the system the sales guy promised a superior product and superior service. They have miserably failed at both. We had them out 8-9 times trying to fix the issues. we were finally promised a refund. We have called 13 times in the last 10 days with no returned calls. Left messages with Tina. I have sent messages online with no returned call. Next stop 7 on your side so other people in the area know what they are doing. Not good to the consumers when there are problems. read more

This review is based on my install process, since I've had the system for less than a day, I'll give an update in a month or two on my satisfaction with the whole house and RO filtration systems that were installed today. Re: the install, I'd rate the experience a 10/10. My installer, Yandy Pino, was knowledgeable, professional and very detailed focus. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions (which I had many!). He installed the whole house system in a place and way that is going to make servicing easy and simple. The RO system is under the kitchen sink and was also installed with precision. Yandy explained everything to me including how to shut off the system and or by pass the system should I need to. Yandy also provided me his contact info for any questions or problems. I'd highly recommend Yandy for your install if you live around Austin , TX!! read more

Excellent install and service from Chuy. He explained everything after the install and ensured I knew how the system works!

Alcides Besada completed our project with professionalism. He kept is updated every step of the way. Thank you for doing a great job.

I've had this system installed, and then reinstalled six separate times because each time the crews have done it incorrectly. And then each time the next group of guys came out, they said it was wrong and then blamed the crew prior and then still somehow messed it up again. Management being primary in blaming other guys and then still overseeing it done wrong. One manager, after leaving a negative review, aggressively attacked my own business. Not to mention, the thing will freeze every year when it gets to around 20° even with the weather bag on. Which we have to pay for fixing. Do not buy this and deal with these people. One employee made a mistake inside and caused leak to which management did not schedule it being fixed for two weeks. And then did not pay that company for three weeks thereafter. Do not work with Puragain water. read more

Very very good work. Very polite explanation of everything he was going to do. The work is perfect

Alcides Besares and Luke are topnotch! They took time to explain how the system works and what to do in case anything happens to the system.

I reviewed several different companies and multiple products before I decided to choose Puragain. Tierney and Dexter arrived for the consult and instantly made me feel confident in my decision to use this company. They were extremely professional, kind, and provided an exceptional value. The fact they use professional plumbers and have a very family oriented mindset really sold me. They also checked our water pressure and truly saved our home from a potential water pipe disaster. 10/10 would recommend them! I can't wait for our home to have safer, cleaner water! read more

Tierney and Dexter came to our house for a consultation and were absolutely amazing. They gave us the entire breakdown on why getting the system made sense for our family and we feel way better about our own and our small children's safety. Our salt based water system suddenly stopped working so we did our research and opted to call Pureagain Water ("PAW"). PAW made time to visit the day of and walked us through the system, pros and cons of their system versus the salt system, etc. Dustin Madsen made the trip and I'm glad he did. He explained the product, the service, and the overall processes very well. Essentially, he was able to explain a lot of chemistry to us in laymen's terms making it comprehensible. If that wasn't enough, he was able to show us firsthand. He'll give you all the proof you need to updgrade to PAW's system. Given our sense of urgency, Dustin was also able to get the techs out here on the same day as well. Despite the late time of day, Alcides and Yandy made the trip to Lago Vista and replaced the old system with the Whole House System. They were knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and they went above and beyond in explaining everything and optimizing the performance of the system, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, great team, communication, and left us with a sense of understanding. We look forward to using this new water system! PAW is paws approved! read more
