We requested a representative to give us a quote because our water in burnet has caused a lot of scaling in our faucets and appliances, not to mention the chlorine taste. Dustin came out and showed us just how bad our water was (though the tests didn't really show much more than what I already expected, he was just able to prove it science/chemistry and tests). Dustin didn't try to push us or upsell us. He just offered us a reasonable priced solution with a monthly cost similar to what we are already paying for bottle water service. I put in a request online and with two days received a call to have Dustin scheduled to come out. He accommodated our schedule and came out on Saturday afternoon. He explained how the system works, how the install would go and is very knowledgeable about different water issues. On installation day due to unforseen issues at another job my installer was running late but called well before time to let us know. Once he arrived he got right to the install and made sure everything was working no leaks before he left. Told us what to look for over the next few days and ensured we had contact numbers to call if any issues arose. Everyone we spoke with and worked with has great customer service. We had a Puragain Water system installed at the house today. The installer Brandon Medina was very professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the equipment for the system. The installation was very good especially from the outside that everything was put back in place and didn't even look it was touched. Miguel did a fantastic job taking care of us. He came to replace the filters for regular maintenance, and made it a point to follow up and test the water again. Good thing he did, because there was an issue with the RO system, not just filter replacement. He replaced everything and made sure the tests came back within margins.
