Kyle took the time to answer all of our questions in detail before we made a decision. He walked us through all of our options and really took the time to make sure made a fully informed decision. He showed up right on time to install our system, did meticulous work and walked me through every aspect of his work and our new system. We ended up adding an RO system and new faucet on top of our original project based on our conversation the day after them install and are so happy we did. We were originally drawn to Steve and Aqua Systems as a local company and we were wanting to do…read morebusiness locally. We called and got a very competitive quote from Steve for a water softener install and were so impressed with his professionalism that we just decided to use him from the first call. We scheduled our installation and then Steve had done several water softeners in our neighborhood and knew that there was a builder that did not connect the clean-out from the water softener to the septic system. He did the research and confirmed that our builder was the builder known to not have connected them to the septic system. He then came out on his own time after-hours one night and dug the hole around our clean-out to confirm at no extra charge to us. He referred us to a plumber who got the clean-out connected correctly and then came back the next day and completed the install in the time frame promised, at the price promised and with a thorough training job done to make sure that we knew how to work the system. From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service/professional jobs that I have ever seen from a contractor and will continue to use Steve and Aqua Systems in the future.
