So I was in the process of adding a Tesla Wall Connector to my home. I sent out a request to three…read moredifferent companies ( all Tesla Certified installers ). All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. All in all, quick, fast, efficient, and professional. Cleaned up work area when done. Thank you!

We hired Austin's Texas Electrical Services of Austin (TECL #29127). One part of this was…read moreinstalling an outdoor outlet, which requires running a conduit. For this they used a flex conduit and to hold the flex conduit outdoor-rated fasteners need to be used. This was clearly not the case, as there is corrosion and rust clearly visible on the fasteners that were used to hold the conduit (see pictures). I'm sure of this because we also had conduit installed by another electrical contractor for another purpose on a similar exterior wall on the other side of the house that has zero corrosion on it. I reached out to them several times over the span of 4 weeks regarding this, and didn't hear back once. I also specifically remember that the person sent out to do the work was very rude and difficult to work with. This was particularly relevant for hanging a chandelier, since it ended up crooked and he didn't ask for feedback until after he had already taken down his scaffolding, and wasn't willing to put it back up. So to this day we still have a misaligned chandelier. Cost isn't all that matters. For what this level of quality you're better off either learning to DIY, or paying more to hire a better company if you want everything done right and good customer service.

They cracked the drywall and will not reimburse for the repair…read more I had a new direct line ran for a new outlet to the circuit box. When they were in the attic running the wire down the wall to the circuit box, for some reason they had a issue getting the wire down the wall. Whatever tool they used cracked the drywall directly on the other side of the wire. It was a pain having the drywall fixed. I had to remove my TV for the dry wall guy, take time off of work, and have the whole wall painted so it would blend in and not look like a patch job. The owner said he would reimburse me for the bill for the repair. I sent him a copy of what I paid the drywall guy but he has not gotten back to me. It is very hard to contact this company, if you call you will find you always get voicemail. I should of known better. Very dishonest company, I would stay far away from these guys even for a simple job like mine. Update 1: The owner texted me to let me know he intends to reimburse me but he has just been to busy. It's been over a week and I have not gotten any refund, so I feel there is dishonesty in this. Update 2: The owner never reimbursed me. As I suspected, he was lying. I lost quite a bit of money for a relatively simple job. If only I chose another company.

He did a great job making the vision come alive and was transparent with any problems that arises (and importantly fixing them when necessary). He was friendly, fair with pricing, and also very quick-- framing and installation took only 2 separate, spread out days (to allow for drywalling and parts arrival in between). My personal experience with him in terms of communication was excellent, but I also purposefully avoided peak summer season so as not to catch him at a busy time. We also had to re-do the crown moulding around the piece, and he noticed the poor installation of the rest of the moulding in the room, so he agreed to re-do the rest of the moulding, too. He's meticulous and thorough. We got to watch the progress as he built the piece, because he posts pictures on his Twitter account, which is great! The installation went smoothly, and the final piece looks great (as you can see in the picture) - it's exactly what we wanted and discussed. The new moulding also looks great! I had a fuse that kept tripping and needed it replaced. I messaged TEC and sent them pics. They provided me a quote and sent a tech out the next day. He was one of the most polite and nice techs we have had the pleasure of meeting. He inspected the breaker, panel, and the line all the way to the outlet it serviced. It greatly improved the environment in the shop. I can work out there year round, no matter what the crazy Texas weather is doing. The blower motor was not acting right recently, so I called him out. He checked it out and the motor was bad. The motor itself was covered under warranty, so no charge for that. I had to pay for the labor. I keep the unit running most of the time. Over time, things need to be cleaned. The fan blade had become quite dirty over time. Wang and his assistant fully cleaned the whole unit, and replaced the motor. It is now fully clean and running like new. Cooling my whole shop very quickly. I can fully recommend Wang and Breeze Cooling and Heating for any HVAC needs you have. He is knowledgeable, quick to arrive, and always fair with pricing. He also does electrical work. I will continue to call him for my HVAC needs and will continue to refer him to other people.
