So I was in the process of adding a Tesla Wall Connector to my home. I sent out a request to three…read moredifferent companies ( all Tesla Certified installers ). All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. The sail significantly cools my back deck when it's sunny, and the lights perfectly illuminate the space. Their staff--from admin, to sales, to technicians--are responsive, friendly, and efficient. When they came to put up the cafe lights this morning, I asked last minute if they could install an eye hook for my laundry line to my shade post and they cheerfully agreed to do it free of charge. The hook and loop hardware are much nicer than I'd imagined, and it was clear they'd done it thoughtfully.

The job was never completed, parts of the lighting were left tangled around wiring, and their ladder remained at my house for weeks. I repeatedly called, texted, and emailed Anthony trying to get the work finished and received little to no communication. Anthony did respond once, but after promising to return the following week, he stopped responding again and I've never heard from him. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly before posting a review. Unfortunately, the project was left unfinished and communication was extremely poor. The ladder is still left in my yard after months and cords and project not completed.
