Max electrical Services responded quickly and came the same day I requested help. My fridge had lost power, along with several other plugs and another electrician couldn't fix it. Chris and Mason came to the door and spent a couple hours figuring out the problem that had stumped that other electrician. My house is old and some things done by previous owners were problematic like having that circuit powered by two breakers. They fixed that problem, fixed the outlets and installed a new breaker. I hired Max Electrical Services to install an outdoor outlet on my back patio to power some string lights, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My electrician took the time to walk through where exactly I wanted it placed and talked through the best way to run the wiring to minimize visibility. Really appreciated that he made sure I was comfortable with the plan before getting started. The work itself was clean and professional, and the outlet works perfectly. What really impressed me was how helpful he was beyond just the electrical work. While he was here, my patio door handle completely broke off (totally unrelated to his work--someone else in my house broke it). He gave me some informal advice about what replacement part I'd need. Then when he had to run to the home improvement store to grab something for the outlet installation, he offered to pick up the door handle for me too. I called Max electric and we were able to schedule an appointment for the same day! My electrician and his apprentice were polite and knowledgable. I thought I needed to replace my fan, but they were able to re-program it with parts the manufacture had sent. I was also considering replacing vents in the bathroom, but they were able to fix them so that they were quieter with out replacing them. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. read more

I've had these guys out on three different occasions and each time was great. The first time I couldn't figure out why my dryer kept dying midway through a load. Had an appliance guy out and they couldn't find anything. Turns out, a lizard had made a home in my outdoor breaker and caused some damage. We all had a good laugh and they quickly had it fixed. I am a huge fan of Max Electrical Services and have used them for a variety of services at my home over the past two years. I have had them run new power outlets for my wall mounted TVs as well as install new network cable connections. I also had them install eight security cameras around the exterior of my home. I had a hallway recessed ceiling light that went out and it wouldn't work anymore. Sounds minor like I could ignore it, but it was in a place where I really relied on it. Had an issue with the AC and the lights inside tripping the breaker. They actually were not able to fix the AC issue as it ended up being much more complicated to the point where we are likely replacing it (lights got fixed) but they really went the extra mile to try to help me. Even though they didn't solve my issue I would still use them for any electrical issues I have in the future. This is the second time I've used Max Electric, and I wouldn't use anyone else. We tried to have our new oven installed by Lowe's (BIG mistake), and their installers had no clue what they were doing. When the oven didn't work, they claimed it was a bad oven and said GE owed us a new one. After GE told us we needed an electrician, we called Max Electric and Chris came out the same day with two apprentices. They ran a new circuit to the oven (& did the technical stuff that goes with that). These guys are amazing! Darin called me back quickly after I left a message. I was desperate for someone to come out the same day for a new water heater install where the plumber was unsure of how safe the aluminum wiring was for the connection. I called at least 5 other electricians, but Max Electrical were the only ones to offer to come out and look at my water heater connection within an hour. They evaluated it and said they could do what was needed for a couple hundred, which I was thrilled about because I was already spending so much money on the water heater installation and needed to be able to turn it on. They got the job completed within a few hours, professionally and reasonably while explaining everything to me. Darin even swung by my place before the original ETA to talk to the plumber, see what was needed and leave equipment for his crew coming later. I can't recommend them enough!
