Yard House has a great craft beer selection and great food to boot! I really love the atmosphere too as it has a pub vibe but with plenty of natural lighting. It's a great place to hang out for a few beers! The food is quite good too with a big selection of appetizers, soups, sandwiches, pizzas and entrees. They also have 1/2 price selection appetizers and discounts on beer during Happy Hour which is M-F from 3PM-6PM. Excellent food and service. The restaurant is a little noisy, but you would expect that from a sports bar. So many yummy sounding foods on the menu made it hard to decide. We started with a half price appetizer - calamari. It was chewy and a little too greasy so we wouldn't get that again. The Kubota pork sandwich and jalapeño burger were both delicious. Stopped in Sat for drinks and a snack and watch a little bit of football. Got there and was told a 25 minute wait even though there were 4 empty high tables and 4 booths in clear view. Thought maybe they were short on help and would be ok. Multiple people came in without reservations and were seated immediately!! We checked online and it stated no wait. Made a reservation for asap and was told a table was ready. Hostess was too stupid to understand why were mad for being told to wait. Decided to brush it off and stay. The waitress was good. The woman that greeted us was friendly and sat us right away. Our waiter was extremely friendly and brought us our drinks asap. A cold beer and a Moscow Mule for her. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and she ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Both were prepared well and my tomato soup was incredible. Our romantic lunch together was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed time together. One waitress saw me kiss my girlfriend and stopped by to tell us we "looked adorable together." The restaurant seemed well-prepared, which made for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Meh. Its a pub. Expensive. SUPER LOUD. Staff is "mehok" kinda young and beautiful looking for superstar attention. Eh. Take it or leave it. The Poke salad was ok. Not bad. Good, and ok. Like good pub food. Just nothing special. Expensive. Impressive number of beers, that I simply don't drink. Service is not mediocre but not anything memorable. Had a nice evening out to dinner with some friends. The cosmo was delicious. It was tart and sweet, the color was very pleasing, and the decal was sophisticated and beautiful. The firecracker shrimp was perfect as always a little spicy and tangy, the crunch on the shrimp and rice was amazing. The pizza for the price was very underwhelming. To go service was awful. Staff was rude and slow. I asked if my food was ready and they said no without checking (they were very busy) the food was sitting in a bag behind them. They continued to talk to each other and someone brought another several orders out. They went through those names then "re-called" the bag that had already been sitting there. The staff work as a team, they introduce themselves personally, and always see your drink almost empty asking if you want another one followed by do you want the same one or different one. I have never had a bad experience at this chain especially this location. Been here twice and it's not worth the very high price. Most recently, the patio server had too many tables to keep up with but encouraged the host to keep sitting more. Apps were brought without plates/silverware. Drink were delayed so long I canceled them just for it to be brought regardless and told it would not be on the bill but then it was on the bill. The 20% gratuity on a high price menu was not justified. And hard not to feel like the server isn't incentivized to take more tables than they can handle because of the guaranteed gratuity. Bar is woefully understaffed so you'll wait 30 minutes for the IPA you didn't order because you don't like IPA's, but don't worry the waitress will assure you that the obvious IPA in your hand is in fact the honey blond you ordered. read more

My friends and I decided to have some beer and lunch. The waitress was friendly. We ordered some drinks and food. The waitress returned to our table about 20 min later saying that the beer we ordered was not available. She left to see which beers were available. My friends were thirsty and impatient so they went to the bar to order some beers. She returned after they had purchased their beer and gave us a list of beers. We apologized for our impatience. Eventually the food arrived and everyone was satisfied with their meals. I ordered the bacon burger which was very well done! Well I ordered it well done so they made very sure of that! My friend ordered the Mac n cheese. It tasted pretty good. Too bad the truffle sauce made it taste like mold! But my friend likes truffle sauce so he liked it! read more

However, the bar staff and servers could have been friendlier--some were quite dismissive, making it uncomfortable to ask for service. We were left waiting for attention both at the bar and when looking for a table. I hope they work on improving the hospitality overall, as it was the assistant manager's courtesy that kept our visit from being entirely disappointing. I was staying at the Sheraton witch is connected to them and was there the first night and tried to go the second night as is one of my favorite restaurants but after being treated so bad I will not be going back for the next 3 nights I'm in town. read more
