    Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

This is actually more like 3.5 stars but the good service and nice quiet space with high ceilings and clean look make it closer to 4 than to 3. The food is good but it's expensive for the relatively small portions. I was literally a little hungry after the poke bowl. It's almost the size of a starter more than an entree.

Interior is lovely and feels quite upscale, we were lucky to be sat straight away. Service was good and I really appreciated the variety of food options both on the menu and the happy hour menu. My only complaint was that my food was cold. I'm assuming my plate was finished sooner than the others and sat out longer. Overall I'd say my food was tasty and I took couple bites of my sisters truffle fries which were delicious.

This is my first time at Earls and my husband's many-th time. He had good experience here in the past but hasn't been back in years...the food was okay/good, nothing to write home about but nothing bad either. Service was good (although it was slow but I don't blame our server, she had a lot of juggle). The cocktails were terrible...i had a mojito but hated it so I tried an old fashion, which was slightly better but still tasted rough. The place was so loud we were practically yelling at each other to hear what the other person is saying. And it seems like the burger was not as good as it used to be... good location otherwise though. But the cocktails were so bad it's just downright wrong!

Wonderful happy hour! I got a drink and few snacks off the HH menu but other offerings looked like a great deal as well. I sat right at the bar and found the bartenders to all be extremely attentive - my water glass was always filled

Yummy vegan options including a delicious burger. Espresso martini is delish. Ambiance is chic, upscale, yet relaxed. Cozy booths and beautiful upstairs. Ricky was a knock-it-outta-the-park waiter, so you're extra lucky if you get him! Def recommend.

From the amazing hostess who was not only sweet but stunning. To the kind server with great recommendations. This was a beautiful restaurant with great food. It was medium level noise and they played the Knicks game which was a huge win! I Got the Tuscan seated salmon and loved every single bite. The chips and guacamole was also tasty

I ordinarily like to leave a review after dining at a place a couple times or had the chance to eat multiple dishes, but since I was here solo for work, this will have to do. I had crispy sushi with steak tataki which was spot on. $37 for what is a considerable amount of food. The menu was expansive. The ceaser was great. My waiter and hostess both were helpful, involved and polite. Definitely a pricey spot but has a young, cool, elegant vibe. I'd return to try more dishes.

Service here was fast, polite, courteous, and professional. Our waitress was on top of her game serving with ease and skill. She was able to answer menu questions and offer up valuable suggestions that lead to good choices especially in the noon lunch hour rush. My deluxe burger was hot, fresh, and delicious. Good experience all around.

Food was delicious!!! Drinks were good, nothing great or amazing, but best deal around this busy area! Service by bartender started at 3 and ended at 7. I had the crab cake, and from the Happy Hour menu options,I had the Moscow Mule and Guava Crush drinks, along with the petite Steak Frites 4oz, loved the quality, presentation and portions! All seemed fresh and made from scratch, the crab cake was worth trying for sure, I also loved the protein and snack with the Steak Frites too, I even took them on my plane ride home, snacked on the fries and even shared some of my leftover steak with my doggie!!

Our friend had recommended this restaurant and I had made reservations for 6 at 6:45pm for Friday evening, days prior. We did arrive early with our family who is visiting us for the week, and were told there were new hostesses who had given our table away. We waited in the lobby for the right amount of time however we were a little confused initially because they wanted to sit us at two separate tables which was odd... & 'the best they could do with the restaurants new onset of conference guests' - both had high chairs and a wall separating our group from one another. We were really on the fence about staying, until Weston was caught up to speed with our situation. Another group at the table next to us said they'd give us their table which was incredibly nice. We awkwardly sat at the corner table waiting for them to finish their food, but also not wanting to rush them. Weston was amazing and graceful. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and overall has a great personality. He really went above and beyond for our table and we really appreciated it. Everyone loved their food however I felt the steak & sushi dish was off. The ponzu sauce was so tangy and acidic it overpowered the steak. The layout with the highchairs needs to be changed, we weren't the only ones who disliked the set up. Besides the chair and the mishap with the table, I would dine in again & recommend Earl's Kitchen.

This place is shwanky for sure. I wouldn't go back just didn't have a lot of options on the menu that could be gluten free and pescatarian. And I didn't appreciate the lack of service. Our server was nice but sparingly came back to check on us. I ordered a bottle of sparking water and when I attempted to open it sprayed all over me, my menu, and the table. I sat there waiting for someone, anyone, to come and assist. Had to be at least 10 minutes. When I told the server, she didn't offer any towels, to have someone wipe the table or to bring another bottle of water since about 1/4 of it ended up outside anyone's glass. The corn and artichoke dip was basically guacamole. Not a fan. The salmon was just ok. Lacked flavor and was underdone. The sticky rice was the best part of the dish, which is sad.

So the wife and I went here for happy hour. It was so good our waitress was awesome and place has a cool vibe. Our appetizers were so yummy the tacos and short ribs were on point. My margarita was so good they have beer wine and full bar. The prices are pretty good too. We will definitely be back. Cheers

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Laid back vibe and welcoming staff. Nothing pretentious at all. The bartenders were knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Always stayed on top of my drinks. The thing I like most about Death & Co is the way the categorize their drinks: Light and playful, bright and confident, elegant and timeless, boozy and honest, and rich and comforting. I had the aqua profunda (cognac, St. George basil eau di vie, lillet rose, strawberry, lime, and absinthe). I also had the eight limb daiquiri (rum, Canada aguardiente, Thai tea cordial, lime leaf, and Maraschino). The Blood Oath (mezcal, Vecchio del capo, Calabrian chili amaro, St. Germain Elderflower, lavender, honey, lemon). All were complex and delicious. You could pick out every flavor, yet everything melded together so well. They also have some basic bar food and snacks, but somewhat elevated. I had the D&C Burger and it was juicy, rich, and had some great accompanying fries. I usually try to give a more in depth idea of cocktails available, but Death & Co has such a diverse menu with so many amazing craft cocktails that I can't offer that this time . . . you'll have to go in and see it for yourself!
