WOW is all i can say about the experience I just had there! Placed an on line order for 4 of us at my office. Placed the order at 11:43. Receipt said it would be ready at 12:15. Well at 12:40, almost 1 hour after placing the order, I finally walked out with our food. They forgot to make it, and the the little blonde Hispanic girl behind the bar got attitude with ME when I said something and said I should have called up there AFTER placing my order online to make sure they knew about it! So it;'s MY place to make sure you do your job?? Really? Took 1 hour to get the food, attitude, and blame placing on the customer. Yeah no thank you. 4 of us, won't be back anytime soon! read more

Worst experience there ever. Went in about 9:15 they were busy , got seated and then sat there waiting g for 10-15 min for anyone to acknowledge us. The sad part is other tables got seated next to us after and they got some service fairly quickly. I get it you guys are busy. But if you at least say something to the table I will sit there for a while waiting. Never saw the manager walking around and the place is not that big. There seems to be a lack of leadership there tonight. I have been coming here a long time and will be back, but from my experience tonight and the 3 star rating, I am saying to Wings N More , there is clearly a problem there please address. read more

I have been coming to this location for years but it is under new management. I learned this because of my most recent visit to this location. I over heard the new manager talking to another patron. I have always had good service but this time I was by myself and it took 15 minutes( with my CCARD in my hand) to have anyone stop back by my table after I was clearly done with my drink and food. It took me going to the bar to get my tab. They were clearly under staffed and all of the employees were running all over and this was at 12:30pm during football season. Poor management! read more

I have never been to a Wings N More but a group of my friends asked me to meet them there for a football game. First, got there for a 3:25 game and the people watching the noon games had left. All the tables were stacked with glasses and plates. It took the empty tables an HOUR to be cleared-- the table I was sitting at took over 30 min. I waited for 30 minutes to be waited on then went to the bar to get a drink since no one was coming to me. 20 minutes later the bartender came over to take our food order. We weren't at the bar. Apparently whoever does the schedule does not book extra staff to accommodate the extra fans during football season--according to the understaffed wait people. Nice job management. I ordered the chicken tender wrap. There was more lettuce than anything in it. The tenders are half the size of other places and I guess they only put one in a wrap, so it was like eating a lettuce wrap. It came with curly fries and I'm not sure how this could happen but the fries were the worst I have ever had in my life. How can you mess up fries?! They were rubbery and tasted terrible, so I guess they sat in oil too long (probably oil at a low temperature) and it was oil that was either old or used for their wings or both. Disgusting fries, and I've never had disgusting fries anywhere. Would not be back. Pathetic management, customer service and food. read more

The customer service is always horrible. Everybody is always distracted. And even when I call for a pick up order they still suck on the phone. I just called for a pick up and I was on hold for 3 minutes and the guy forgot about me and asked how may I help you again. When I told him I've been holding he acted like he didn't care. Because he didn't and then when he told me my order as soon as I said "okay" he said thank you then hung up. I had a couple of questions that didn't get answered. I definitely took my business elsewhere and did not pick up that order and I am over this place. The food is good but not worth the customer service. Never again. read more

Well I have a lot to say about this place, food is good not fast but good ask for fried pickles wings are good there's only one thing that gets me really mad when I go, is the poor service always end up leaving with complains in my head, I am a server as well and I know is hard to be one, when i started going to this place me and my boyfriend use to get served by a nice african American guy that was very kind and always looking if everything was fine my water cup never got empty when I needed something he would bring it, I will always see the manager around. now is the tottaly opposite, everytime I go I end up leaving mad food is good but the service just makes me not want to go ever again! I always tip good the less I give is $2 and thats is if the service is terrible otherwise I LEAVE 15% they need to improve the service I will give an update if this changes. read more

We have been here for 41 minutes waiting for an appetizer, took us 30 minutes just about just to get waters .REALLY!!! so how bad can you be when you have a crowded restaurant that are here basically to watch the game not even ordering food and it takes you to go to the manager and actually have him come over here for you to get your order. Seriously. and then someone else comes in after you sat here for 25 minutes, orders something and they get their order before you. This used to be our favorite spot for wings for more than 10 years. Lately the service is slow, the food is always cold, the wings are dry, the place is dirty and if you order over the phone they always forget something. I feel like they changed the manager because the service wasn't like that at all. Sad we have to look for another wings dinner. read more

We ordered take out during a big game. For starters they didn't give us the correct amount of wings. Ontop of that ALL the food was cold. Onion rings, fries, and wings. So my husband finally treated us to a restaurant, he said wings today!! At first hostess was kind, then we got a waitress who was clearly a little dingy. With the tiniest of volleyball shorts on....any who we still went ahead and ordered hopeing she would surprise us,with amazing costumer service.. she did not know if brunch was over at 1:30pm. She found out, my kids got pancakes husband and I got 10 boneless wings each..Now if you have all the time in the world and absolutely nothing else to do on a sunday..this place is for you. So about 45 minutes later the food comes out..pancakes looked really soggy I did not dare to taste them..my 5 and 8 year old didnt complain.. But also did not finish it. NOW the curly fries where pretty SAD. Had a few pretty curly fries at the Top of the basket but underneath that there where only overdone pcs,crumbs of fries. Yes..like leftover fries!!cold! For my 10 boneless wings; i ate them,but I stopped on the 4th one because the chicken felt super chewy on the inside, not crispy on the outside what so ever..SOGGY is just the word i can best use to describe this..so my husband decided to count his wings and was missing One.My waitress was no where to be seen so another waitress passed by, she said we should tell our waitress but as she looked around;and saw no one, she said she would tell the cooks in the back and that was that...as time progressed everyone left their plates have full we decided it was time to go, our waitress appears we told her about the wing she asked had we told anyone else about the problem, we told her yes but the point is the damn wing never made it to our table..at the end all that was done was a 2dollar discount for that piece of soggy chicken & terrible experience .. The chicken tenders were cold and tasted like freezer burn. I asked the manager to exchange the tenders for 5 wings and was very clear that I would pay the difference or full price but did not want another order of tenders. 20 minutes later I asked about the wings as my daughter was just about done with her dinner to be told nothing was coming. The manager insisted I did not ask for anything. I repeated what I wanted TWICE! My dinner ended up being an order of cold fries and semi warm appetizer onion rings. The service is always slow, and the wings are sub par. They do on the other hand have some of the best fried pickle chips in central Texas.

My favorite wing place. The honey bbq flavor is my favorite. Tip: the boneless wings are just as good as the regular wings without the mess.

The owner contacted me via Yelp about the bad experience I had at his restaurant. Both him and the restaurant manager, Carlos, invited my husband and me back in for a meal. We decided to give them another try, and the food and service was fantastic! A complete turn around from my last review! The service and food was so good, that we went back AGAIN last night. We always get really good service whenever we come here. Even when we're a pain in the butt and ask for things that aren't quite on the menu (like mixing up the appetizers). I've been at the restaurant and used their delivery service. It is always hit or miss with food and service. Sometimes, I get great service and the food is great. There are times I have received cold food or greasier than usual food. I've also had to wait a while to receive the food, or have had something forgotten that I ordered. The food wasn't half bad, for some type of "sports-bar" quality. Had ordered food through UBEReats, solely for its convenience. Unfortunately my entire order was not delivered. I mostly blame the driver, as it's his job to make sure the correct items are being picked up. But, after I placed a call to the restaurant directly, one of the employees and a manager apologized for the inconvenience, and assisted me with being able to pick up the rest of my order. I really appreciated it. The two downfalls, upon entering the establishment it took about 3 to 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presents, and then there was the little attitude-stricken girl at the "Pick-Up" window. I'm a Manager in the fast food industry, so I'm definitely well aware of how this kind of business works, but if it's one thing I enforce of my employees is that they treat EVERY customer with respect and with a sense of urgency. Got lunch here today. I have only been here once but man I can't wait to go back! The wings were fresh and the spice was awesome. They have tons of frozen drinks and that staff didn't ruin things.
